Afterwards, I heard various other detailed requests from Freesia-san.
The building will be two stories tall, with a room for a servant. One toilet on each floor. There will be two bathrooms, one for the couple, and another for the servant. Needless to say, it absolutely must be near our mansion.
And now, I was going to the site of Freesia-san’s intended mansion lot with her.
It was a two minute walk from my mansion.
The central district where Mimir’s and my mansion are built had the cathedral and music hall, but it wasn’t a residential area, so there was plenty of space. And so, it was possible to build Freesia-san’s residence a stones throw away from mine like she wanted.
「A garden similar to the one at the Sylphide mansion would be fine.」

As with Sophia, when I built Mimir-sama’s mansion, it was the sa as ours, and we didn’t focus on making it with wood, so I thought they were putting up with it when they used it.
Freesia-san’s request was an ivy-crawled mansion.
The ivy would damage the walls when covered, but in Yggurle Kingdom, the wood walls weren’t damaged, perhaps because of the spirits. It was fine in Yggurle Kingdom, so naturally, it would be fine here.
We arrived at the planned location all too soon. It’s not that I feel it’s far too close, but it was impossible for Freesia-san to be any farther than this.
After waiting in that area for a little while, Dryas appeared.
「Dryas, thanks for coming.」
「It’s okay~ Takumi-chan~ You can always depend on this Oneechan~」
The reason why I asked Dryas to co was because there were pretty flowers and trees that need to grow in house that I am building for Freesia-san and Dante-san today. Outside the Sanctuary, the soil would need to be prepared, but here, we have a special way of doing it.

As Dryas outstretched her hands, and the vegetation at the site began moving.
「I will take these babies to an empty lot, okay~」
「Thanks, Dryas. See you at the mansion.」

Dryas walked away, taking the plants with her. The grass and plants move out of the way and return, as if making a way for those plants that Dryas took with her.
When Freesia-san and I thanked her, she waved her hand and walked off.
Now then, it’s my job from here on. I need to level the land that Dryas had cleared of vegetation.
「Okay, I’ll prepare the soil first.」
I poured magic power into the land to flatten it and hardened it.
「Like this, I guess? I will build it in one go, so please make the small adjustnts after that.」

Freesia-san was dumbfounded for so reason, but I paid it no mind and continued with the build.
I withdrew the stones and a large amount of Treant wood from my Item Box. Additionally, I also took out quartz, soda ash, and quickli for the window panes.
I took a deep breath and concentrated. I brought to mind the blueprint of the house that Freesia-san wanted, and held a solid image of it. Then, to not make any mistakes, I amassed more magic power than usual so it perates through the materials, and invoked alchemy.
「『Transmute』!」
A magic circle of the sa size as the mansion lit up the ground then covered the materials.
Then, in the next instant, a two-story wooden mansion stood before us.
「Mhmm, that looks well made.」
「Takumi-chan~ It’s Oneechan’s turn~」
As soon as the mansion was completed, Dryas returned.
The naked ground was covered by lawn grass, and the mansion’s exterior was adorned with ivy.
「Ohh! That’s perfect, Dryas.」
「Right? You can praise more~」
Thanks to Dryas, Freesia-san and Dante-san’s ho transford into a western-style ho was crawling with ivy in a blink of an eye.
「Now then, Freesia-san, let’s check the inside.」

I urged Freesia-san to enter the mansion.
I was a bit curious about Freesia-san’s expression, could it be that she doesn’t like it?
