The day after killing Christie, Tatsuo awoke earlier than his alarm usually went off. When he did, he noticed he was not alone in his bed. Snuggled up to either side of him were Mai and Kasumi. On the other side of Kasumi, Tio was curled up like a cat. anwhile, Sumire, his mother, was sleeping peacefully on his chest.
"Well, I wasn't expecting to wake up like this." Tatsuo muttered groggily.
Lying motionless for a few monts longer, Tatsuo eventually slipped out of bed, trying his best to not wake up any of the bed's other occupants.
"I guess they were worried about after what happened last night." Tatsuo said quietly while looking at the four sleeping won in his bed. "Honestly, I barely even rember what happened last night after Mom gave the go ahead. But I feel great right now. Today feels like it's gonna be a good day."
With that, Tatsuo smiled. Then, he turned around and headed into his bathroom to get ready for the day.
At the sa ti, without Tatsuo seeing her, Sumire's eyes opened. She then watched Tatsuo walk into the bathroom. After the door closed behind him, Sumire shifted her gaze up to the ceiling.
"His draconic aura settled by quite a bit last night." Sumire mumbled to herself. "Things are progressing a lot faster than I expected. He's already reached the limit of the seal placed on his soul. On top of that, his draconic aura is integrating with is body very well. At this rate, he'll be ready for his bloodline's full awakening well before his sixteenth birthday. I guess facing and overcoming a trauma really has a good effect on the soul."
Shaking her head lightly, Sumire decided she would go back to sleep until Tatsuo's alarm went off. Tatsuo's bed was the most comfortable in the penthouse, after all. She had made sure of that personally.
About twenty minutes later, Tatsuo stepped out of his bathroom and imdiately looked towards his bed. And when he saw the sight, he could not help but smile.
Currently, with his absence, Mai and Kasumi were both hugging Sumire, looking like a pair of children who were quite attached to their mother. anwhile, Sumire, her face trapped between Mai and Kasumi's breasts, looked as if she was struggling to breathe.
Deciding he did not want to be pulled back into bed, Tatsuo stepped into his closet and put on his school uniform. Then, once he was dressed, after taking one more look at the scene in his bed, he left the room, making his way towards the kitchen.
"Good morning." Tatsuo said after reaching the kitchen.
At the end of Tatsuo's line of sight, Tatsuo saw Ayane, wearing an oversized purple sleeping kimono, probably sothing Kasumi lent her, though, the back of her head of short purple hair and her butt poking out were what stood out the most, as the young kunoichi rifled through the refrigerator to find sothing to eat.
Hearing Tatsuo's voice, Ayane looked back in both surprise and embarrassnt. Surprise because until he spoke, she did not notice Tatsuo's presence. As for embarrassnt, to be caught searching for food as she was, was more than just a little embarrassing to a kunoichi like her.
"I guess you're hungry. Tatsuo said with an amused smirk on his face. "Well, I'll whip up so breakfast. Just take a seat at the table."
In response, Ayane nodded her head. She then pulled herself away from the refrigerator before standing up straight. After that, she turned around and made her way to the kitchen table without saying a word.
"I guess it will take a while for her to get used to living here." Tatsuo muttered as he approached the still open refrigerator. "Well, hopefully she'll be able to fit in. She might even be able to make up with Kasumi-Neesan, too. Hmm.... I wonder if I'll be able to find Honoka, too. I an, she's Ayane's half-sister, too. Just from the other side."
Deciding to put that thought off for now, Tatsuo started pulling out ingredients for breakfast. Then, once he found everything he needed, he started preparing breakfast like a professional.
'How can soone so fierce be so skilled in the kitchen?' Ayane thought of herself while watching Tatsuo cook from the kitchen table. 'If soone told that the only thing he knew how to do was fight and kill, I would believe it without question. But he looks so... dosticated right now.'
Ayane found herself growing more and more curious about this boy who would have most certainly defeated her had their fight not been interrupted the day before.
Like that, ti passed quietly. The only sounds coming from Tatsuo as he bustled around the kitchen during the cooking process.
About half an hour later, just as Tatsuo was plating the food he cooked, Sumire, Mai, and Tio, still dressed in their sleepwear, arrived at the kitchen table. Kasumi, on the other hand, had gone back to her bedroom to get ready to leave for school.
"Good morning, Ayane-Chan." Sumire said with a smile, her ssy bedhead making her look a little younger than she already did. "Did you sleep well last night?"
"I did." Ayane replied.
"Wonderful." Sumire said with a happy smile. "Unfortunately, you'll have to share a room with Kasumi until we find a new place to live. But that shouldn't take too long. We'll head to a real estate agent today after we get the adoption taken care of. By the way, what would you like your surna to be? Tenshin, perhaps. You and Kasumi are sisters, after all."
"Absolutely not." Ayane said coldly. "I don't want to be that closely associated with her."
"Hmm... Then, what about Mugen? That would certainly fit. You're pretty enough to have co out of a dream or fantasy. Or maybe you'd like to take on my surna, Soramoto. If you did that, at least no one would doubt that you've beco part of my family."
Ayane stopped to think about the options she was given along with several other ideas she had. However, before she could think about it too long, Tatsuo, carrying a platter with plates of breakfast exited the kitchen.
"I hope everyone's hungry." Tatsuo said cheerfully. "Breakfast is ready."
With that, Tatsuo approached the kitchen table, putting a plate in front of everyone's seat. Around the sa ti, Kasumi, dressed in her Yagami High School girls' uniform, also entered the room. And when she saw that it was Tatsuo serving breakfast, her eyes widened slightly in surprise. Even so, she did not linger long, quickly taking her seat.
"Good morning, Ayane." Kasumi said in her usual soft-spoken tone.
However, Ayane did not even look in her sister's direction or acknowledge that she heard her.
"*Sigh* I guess this will take so ti.' Kasumi muttered in a slightly disappointed tone.
"So, what's for breakfast, Tatsu-Kun?" Mai asked excitedly while watching Tatsuo put a plate in front of everyone.
"Just the usual." Tatsuo replied. "Eggs, mackerel, miso soup, rice."
"It slls wonderful, Tatsuo-Sama." Tio said with a smile.
"I just hope it tastes as good as it slls." Tatsuo replied cheerfully. He then took off the apron he was wearing, hung it over the back of his chair, and took a seat. "Well then, let's eat. Don't want the food to get cold."

With that everyone picked up a portion of the al and took a bite, or a sip in the case of the soup. Then, everyone other than Tatsuo froze with surprised expressions on their faces.
"This is really delicious." Ayane muttered.
"No~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~!" Sumire scread at the top of her lungs after chewing and swallowing the food. "Tatsuo-Chan caught up to ! I can't allow this. I have to be the one who cooks for Tatsu-Chan!"
"*Sniff* Tatsu-Kun's a better cook than now." Mai said while sniffling. "What should I do? Do I have to start taking more cooking lessons? How will I be the perfect housewife if I can't cook better than my husband."
"We would never get married anyway if you were thinking of being a housewife, Mai-nee.' Tatsuo said, his words cold but said in a warm tone. "If you don't plan to better yourself, then you should just give up."
Imdiately, Mai's posture straightened. Then, with a determined glint in her eyes, she spoke as if she never said anything about being a housewife.
"I have to learn how to cook better." Mai said in a tone sharp enough to slice through iron. "We'll both definitely want a good al after we've had long days at work."
Tatsuo and Ayane both rolled their eyes at Mai's lodrama. anwhile, Sumire was still lanting the unfairness of the world. Kasumi and Tio, on the other hand, only smiled as they usually do.
Eventually, breakfast ended, Tatsuo and Kasumi then left the apartnt for school, leaving Sumire, Mai, Tio, and Ayane in the penthouse.
"Well then, I guess I should go see just how badly Tatsu-Chan dealt with Christie.' Sumire said as she started moving towards the elevator.
Also curious to see what Tatsuo did to Christie, Mai, Tio, and Ayane followed her. After the elevator returned from the first floor, it did not take long for the four to go down one floor. However, when they saw the blood splattered all over the training room, they were quite shocked.
"I knew there was a lot of blood in the human body, but this is crazy." Mai said in a surprised tone.
"Yeah, I wanted to kill her, too..." Ayane mumbled while looking around at the state of the training room. "But I don't think I would have gone this far. I would have made it quick and incredibly painful."
"I would have done about this much, too." Tio said nonchalantly. "Especially after what Tatsuo-Sama went through.'
Hearing that made Ayane perk up in curiosity. However, Tio did not elaborate.
"Actually, I doubt Tatsuo would have been like this in normal circumstances." Sumire said as she walked over to Christie's corpse. "But he was basically in a feral state last night. *Chuckle* Looks like he didn't lose his sense of humor, though."
Hearing Sumire's chuckle, the other three approached Christie's corpse, as well.
"Yeah." Mai said. "He also said that she was heartless. So, he made that statent true."
Sumire, Mai, and Tio discussed the irony of Christie's death a bit longer before Sumire made her way over to a part of the wall with what appeared to be a magic circle on it.
"Alright, you all return to the elevator." Sumire said with her hand hovering over the magic circle. "I'm gonna start the cleaning spell. And trust , you do not want to be in here when it starts."
Trusting Sumire's warning, Mai, Tio, and Ayane made their way back into the elevator. Sumire then signaled for them to head back up to the penthouse. Then, when the elevator doors were closed, Sumire injected a bit of her [Energy] into the magic circle before [Blinking] up to the penthouse's living room.
A mont later, the floor, walls, ceiling, and all the training equipnt was covered in a translucent film of [Energy]. Then, what appeared to be a fla ember appeared in the middle of the room. It then grew to about the size of a tennis ball. As it did, it's temperature increased drastically, reaching approximately 10,000° F, the sa temperature as the surface of the sun.
As a result of the high temperature, Christies corpse, and all the splattered blood, which was isolated from thetraining equipnt, walls, ceiling, and floor by the [Energy Barrier], was atomized in less than a second. A second later, the tennis ball-sized sun shrank until it faded from existence, leaving the room in the sa condition as it was in before Tatsuo's rampage the night before. On top of that, the [Energy Barrier] absorbed all of the excess heat before it, too, faded away.

Akatsuki: Even if she tortured you, wouldn't it be better to turn her over to the police?
Jas: Like she would have ever stayed there

Tatsuo (Admin): That so-called god needs to pay for not only what he made your uncle do to you, but for everything he put Tortus through

Akatsuki: I still don't know if killing her was the right thing to do
Jas: You can't hold Tatsuo to the sa standards as a human, Akatsuki

Lici: Apparently, neither was Christie
Lici: Torturing a childlike she did
Lici: Doesn't sound like sothing any human I know would do
Alfonzo: Yeah, that bitch had to go
Alfonzo: It's a pity she was so bad, though

Lici: I'm starting to think you have a thing for girls with white hair

Jas: Which was still sohow better than Shion's cooking
Tatsuo (Admin): That's a scary thought
Tatsuo (Admin): Anyway, I gotta go
Tatsuo (Admin): I'm almost at school
Tatsuo (Admin): And I need to talk to Yakumo-Chan about coming over for training
