Songs in the Void: A Multiversal Score Chapter 218 218: An Unexpected Addition

Void Between Worlds.

Like always, after completing a mission, the mbers of the [Dinsional Chat] were soaring through the void engulfed in white light orbs while on their way back to their ho worlds. Also, like always, the successful [Mission] ca with a painful reversion of the participants' bodies to how they were before they left.  On the upside, at least there was music to listen to on the way back like always, as well.

Luckily for Elicia, she did not grow much during the more than a month trip to the TYPE-MOON Universe. So, there was not much to integrate into her prior form. Though, her magic power did take on a slightly different quality from the rest of the wizards in her ho world thanks to being connected to Fuyuki's leylines for an afternoon. But Elicia seed to be handling the pain fairly well.

Tatsuo, on the other hand, was going through another bout of soul tearing pain. On top of imprinting all the Magecraft that he learned during the [Mission], the changes were also altering his body to handle the [Humanoid Dragon Transformation], which was a step up from the [Half-Dragon Transformation] he attained during the Arifureta [Mission].

"Hey, Tatsuo, are you okay?" Elicia asked, her worry clear in her tone.

"Ahh~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~!" Tatsuo's only response was a scream that sounded suspiciously close to a dragon's roar if you listened close enough.

On top of that, had Tatsuo not been covered by the light orb that made traveling through the Void so simple, his [Dragon Fear] would have been radiating outwards, as well. And considering his relatively low level of power in the Void, that would have been quite bad.

As ti passed, however, Tatsuo's screams weakened. As a result, Elicia's worry lessened, as well. Then, just as Tatsuo's screaming stopped completely, the two light spheres split, heading along their own paths.

"When you get back, say sothing in the [Chat] and let know you're okay!" Elicia shouted as she sped off towards the tal and Threads Universe. "You better let know you're alright as soon as you get back!"

Smiling weakly in response, Tatsuo just barely managed to raise his right hand to wave at the Magic Seamstress to let her know that he heard her. Then, after only a second or so, Tatsuo's light sphere entered what appeared to be his world, marking the true end of the [Mission].

Hub World, Earth, Japan, Tokyo.

*Flash!*

*Thump!*

A mont later, Tatsuo appeared in his bedroom in the Sasazuka penthouse in a flash of light. However, before he could get his bearings, he collapsed to the floor, his body still feeling battered from all the changes that were made during his return.

At the sa ti, just before his body hit the floor, the monochromatic world that was produced when the ti in the world stopped while he took [Missions] faded. As a result, the sound of his collision could be heard by everyone in the apartnt.

*Bang!*

"Tatsu-Chan! What's wrong?" Sumire shouted after running through the house at speeds none of the other girls could perceive and slamming Tatsuo's bedroom door open.

"Ugh! Mom, don't yell." Tatsuo groaned, his voice taking on a bestial quality as scales, claws, wings, and a tail began to sprout all over his body. "My head is killing ."

"Tatsu-Kun~~~~~! Your Mai-Nee is coming!" Mai, the next to arrive, shouted just before she reached Tatsuo's open door.

"Please, stop yelling..." Tatsuo groaned as he struggled to raise his hands to cover his ears.

Eventually, Mai entered the room with a pair of her fans in hand, looking as if she was ready to kill an intruder. And when she saw Tatsuo lying on the floor, completely transford, that impression deepened. At the sa ti, there was a certain glint in her eyes as she started inching closer to Tatsuo's prone form, the sight of his transformation not bothering her in the slightest.

"Who hurt you, Tatsu-Kun?" Mai asked angrily while looking around the room for so hidden enemy. "I'll rip them apart. I'll tear out their intestines and hang them with them. I'll cut off their ding-dong and make them fuck themselves, I'll---"

*Bang!*

*Clatter!*

"Ow!" Mai cried as she dropped her fans, crouched to the floor, and held her head with her hands. She then looked up at Sumire, the one who hit her in the head, with teary eyes as she continued. "Sumire-Sama~! Why did you hit ?"

"How much ti ya got?" Sumire asked while glancing down at Mai from the corner of her eyes. "Because there's a rather long and varied list of reasons I can think of off the top of my head. The least of which not being the way you were looking at Tatsu-Chan when you saw how defenseless he was lying on the floor."

Mai blushed in response, embarrassed to be seen through so easily.

Around that ti, both Kasumi and Ayane also arrived at the bedroom door. And just like Mai, neither kunoichi was bothered when they saw Tatsuo's entire body covered in midnight purple scales. Though, they did look intrigued by the sight of his wings and tail.

"Tatsuo-Kun, are you okay?" Kasumi asked softly as she stepped towards Tatsuo to help him up.

"Wings and a tail, huh?" Ayane asked as she followed her sister. "Looks like soone is gonna end up going through a lot of clothes in the future."

As Ayane said, Tatsuo's clothes were torn, his shirt barely hanging on because of his wings while a rather large hole was pierced through the butt of his pants thanks to his tail.

"Haha..." Tatsuo laughed hollowly while Kasumi helped him up to his feet. "Yeah, that might be a problem. I should probably think of sothing for that, huh?"

"Unless you don't mind looking like you're into Prince Pants 2.0." Ayane replied with a smirk.

"Hahahaha!" Tatsuo could not help but laugh at that. "I never expected you to make a Prince reference, Ayane-Neechan."

anwhile, Kasumi gently helped Tatsuo sit on his bed. At the sa ti, Tio entered the room. Though, she did not look too worried after hearing the sound of Tatsuo hitting the ground. But that was too be expected. She had seen the pain Tatsuo had to suffer through at the end of a [Mission] before. However, her eyes did widen by quite a bit when she saw Tatsuo's current form.

"Tatsuo-Sama." Tio said in a respectful tone. "I'm glad to see you've returned safely."

"Yeah, it's good to be ho." Tatsuo replied with a smile.

"Anyway, why don't you end your transformation?" Sumire said with a smile of her own from right next to Tatsuo, having sneaked over to sit next to her son with no one the wiser. "Then, you can tell us about your trip."

"Oh, right." Tatsuo murmured while looking down at his scaled form. "Yeah, I should probably do that. I don't wanna break anything with all these extra parts."

With that said, Tatsuo closed his eyes. Then, his scales, claws, wings, and tail began to retract into his body. A mont later, Tatsuo's brown skin was visible once again. Though, there was more skin visible than usual, his shirt having fallen off after no longer being supported by the extra mass provided by his scales and wings.

"Mmm~! Mai likes." Mai said before licking her lips at the sight of Tatsu's chiseled torso.

"Down, Girl." Sumire said sternly while glaring at Mai.

"Ugh... I think I'm gonnna take a shower." Tatsuo muttered after his transformation was complete. "I didn't get to take one after my last fight. And even though I'm not covered in sweat, I feel like I am."

*Growl~~~~~!*

"I didn't get to eat, either." Tatsuo muttered while rubbing his stomach. "And transforming like that drains a lot of stamina."

"Well, we'll just have to train to fix that, won't we?" Sumire asked with a smile. "Anyway, you go get cleaned up. While you do that, I'll make you sothing to eat."

"Thanks, Mom." Tatsuo replied while wrapping an arm around Sumire from the side, which caused her to squeal happily.

Then, after releasing his mother from his embrace, Tatsuo stood up and started to turn towards his bathroom. Yet, before he did, he stopped. Then, he glared at Mai.

"You all should leave first." Tatsuo said as he sat back down on his bed.

"Tch!" Mai clicked her tongue in disappointnt. "I was really looking forward to seeing that toned butt."

While Tatsuo rolled his eyes at Mai's usual antics, Kasumi, Tio, and Ayane subconsciously looked at Tatsuo's waist since he was sitting on the hole in his pants. A mont later, however, Kasumi and Ayane shook their heads, unable to believe what they had just done. Tio, on the other hand, continued to stare.

"What are you looking at?" Tatsuo asked in acold tone, causing Tio to shudder. "Why in the hell do you think I'd let a disgusting pervert like you see my butt?"

Tio's shuddering only intensified after hearing Tatsuo's question.

"Okay, okay, Tatsu-Chan. Please don't get Tio-Chan started." Sumire said while smiling awkwardly. "If you do, you'll never be able to take a shower. And we'll never get to hear the story. You'll never get to eat, either."

"I could just ignore her." Tatsuo replied with an uncaring shrug.

"That would only make things worse." Ayane pointed out.

"*Sigh* Please stop teasing Tio-San." Kasumi said softly as she stepped towards Tio. She then turned the Dragonman princess around and ushered her towards the bedroom door as she continued. "Co on, Tio-San. Let's make so tea for Tatsuo-Kun's story."

Tio did not struggle against Kasumi. She did, however, look back at Tatsuo over her shoulder with longing in her eyes. And when she saw Tatsuo pointedly look away from her without acknowledging the feeling in her eyes, she shuddered once again.

"I'm gonna have to change my panties first, Kasumi-San." Tio said quietly as Kasumi ushered her through the door.

Kasumi could only sigh at Tio's remark.

"I'm curious to know how you found a pervert like her." Ayane said a she turned toward the door and started walking. "Then, again, it seems like perverts are attracted to this family. I an, there are already two of them living here."

"As much as I'd like to deny that fact, I didn't expect Mai-Chan to be the way she is when I first rescued her." Sumire said as she covered her face with her hand. "Perhaps we are cursed to attract perverts."

"Hey! I'm not a pervert!" Mai said as she shot up to her feet. "There's nothing wrong with loving my Tatsu-Kun. We're going to be husband and wife in the future, after all."

"Whatever you say, cradle robber." Ayane said as she walked past Mai.

"You take that back!" Mai said as she spun around to glare at Ayane.

"Why don't you make ?" Ayane replied provocatively. "et in the training room whenever you're ready."

Mai's angry and Ayane's provocative glares t midair and the two continued to glare at each other for a few monts. And after a while, Sumire rolled her eyes before kissing Tatsuo on the cheek. Then, she stood up and bounded over to Mai before reaching up and grabbing her by the ear.

"Don't think I can't tell what you're doing." Sumire said sternly. "Dragging the ti out by getting into a staring contest with Ayane-Chan won't make Tatsu-Chan so impatient that he just goes to the bathroom even while you're here."

"Tch!" Mai clicked her tongue at having another plan seen through so easily. "Fine~! I'll go."

However, Sumire did not let go of Mai's ear. Instead, she pulled her assistant along as she left the room. anwhile, Ayane laughed at Mai's misfortune with schadenfreude in her gaze as the two walked past her before she turned around and followed them out of the room.

As for Tatsuo, he only smiled warmly at the won he called family. Then, when Ayane closed the door behind her, he finally stood up from his bed, took off the rest of his clothes, threw them into the trash, and made his way into the bathroom.

"*Sigh* I hope Lici isn't mad that I took so long to let her know I'm okay." Tatsuo said quietly as he opened the [Dinsional Chat] in his mind.

Wizard Marshall: So, all of you are from different worlds?

Lici: I'm still wondering why you're even here

Lici: There was no random invite as a reward for this mission

Lici: Or did you do sothing to Sakura and take her place?

Wizard Marshall: It wounds that you would think so lowly of , Mrs. Taylor

Lici: Well, you are a Magus

Wizard Marshall: Fair enough

Jas: Yeah, so how did that happen?

Jas: I an, if they didn't invite you, then how did you get here?

Akatsuki: I just hope he's not a pervert
