Ti reversed slightly as Ree Shil had just entered the Instance.
At this ti, he found himself in a rather strange place.
First and foremost, what t his eyes was an endless expanse of lake, with no shoreline in sight.
If it were just this, the place wouldn’t be considered strange.
The main oddity was the "ground," if it could even be called that, which was particularly bizarre.
It was made up of pillars of earth that extended up from the bottom of the lake.
The earth’s texture was as hard as iron, as if it had been compressed.
Each one was uniformly sized, just enough to support the weight of a single foot.
"Plum Blossom Piles?"
This was the first thing that ca to mind for Ree Shil.
"Even such plants can grow in this environnt."
He noticed plants akin to lotuses growing between the earthen pillars, along with other flowers and grasses taking root within.
So roots were exposed or entwined around the pillars, making them appear like cross-sectional specins of cylinders.
"Let’s check out the mission first."
As was his routine, he opened the Instance panel first.
"Hmm?"
What he found was a situation he had never encountered before.
The Instance Mission was, unexpectedly, blank.
"Is the mission hidden, or is there simply no mission?"
This was sowhat puzzling.
However, for Ree Shil, he thought this might be good news.
Because if there was no current mission, then he could spend a sufficient amount of ti in the Instance.
It wasn’t a problem if sothing ca up outside in the anti, as he had drunk a Temporal Departure Potion before entering.
Since there was nothing specific to do, the best start would be to get familiar with this world.
Standing on the Plum Blossom Piles in the middle of the lake, and with no visible boundaries around, Ree Shil didn’t know which way to go.
He chose a direction at random and proceeded.
The Plum Blossom Piles on the lake surface were uneven in height and interspersed with greenery, which often obstructed his line of sight.
Moreover, the spacing between the piles was irregular, and occasionally he would co across rotten pillars, which would crumble as soon as he stepped on them.
All in all, it wasn’t an easy environnt to navigate.
This made Ree Shil wonder why this Instance required a card player level of Level 20.
Without a strong physique, just walking around in this terrain would be problematic.
Now look at him, leaping several pillars at a ti with ease; it didn’t bother him at all.

After about 30 minutes of walking, a jumbled noise ca from up ahead.
Ree Shil paused slightly, hiding behind a green plant with broad leaves, and looked toward the source of the noise.
Then he saw the cause of the commotion.
About ten ters ahead was a large black-and-white spotted Green Frog.
Its feet were perched on four earth piles, and its mouth was wide open towards the sky.
The tongue inside moved back and forth like a nimble python, seemingly ready to lash out at any mont.
The spotted frog was clearly on the alert, and its focus was on a Giant Mosquito hovering in front of it, fluttering its wings.
The Giant Mosquito’s body also featured a black-and-white pattern, but unlike the frog’s dots, it had alternating stripes.
Naturally, frogs eating mosquitoes is a matter of course.
But what Ree Shil witnessed deviated from this norm.
Whoosh!
A few seconds after his gaze fixed on the scene, the frog’s tongue shot out like lightning, leaving a blur as it struck towards the Giant Mosquito.
But the mosquito’s reaction was incredibly swift; it dodged easily with a lateral move in the air.
The frog, undiscouraged by the miss, kept shooting out its tongue like a machine gun.
None of the strikes were successful; anwhile, the dodging mosquito seed to initiate a shadow clone technique, filling the air with its afterimages.
It wasn’t long before the frog began to show signs of fatigue.
The speed at which its tongue launched visibly slowed down.
And now was the Giant Mosquito’s ti to counterattack.
Initially, Ree Shil thought the insect would use so sort of pecking attack, but it was nothing of the sort.
It tilted its body slightly, then, with a sudden thrust forward, a visible Air Force Cone projected towards the frog.
Such an unusual mode of attack was completely outside his notion of a mosquito.
And the defensive tactics of the frog were shocking as well; it conjured a semi-transparent barrier, like a Golden Bell Cover, blocking the attack.
"Is this the Kung Fu Kingdom, where even the animals and insects know kung fu?"
He marveled at the sight before him.
The situation was now at a stalemate; the frog couldn’t hit the mosquito, and the mosquito couldn’t break the frog’s defense.
What he had assud would be a natural predation scene had turned into a prolonged battle.
About ten minutes later, following an intense struggle, the Giant Mosquito appeared to have the upper hand.
In Ree Shil’s view, it may have been due to the mosquito’s deeper "internal strength."
The frog’s cover shattered into fragnts after withstanding yet another Air Force Cone attack.
Subsequently, it was penetrated by several cones and quickly lay lifeless.
The huge body slumped down, supported by a few wooden piles.
[Buzz Buzz Buzz Buzz!]
There was a sense of excitent in the buzzing of the Giant Mosquito’s wings.
It promptly flew down and landed on the frog’s back, then plunged its long, sharp proboscis straight into the frog’s flesh.
Ree Shil could see that with each suck from the Giant Mosquito, bulging pumps moved along its segnted proboscis towards its "mouth," while the frog’s body rapidly withered away.
After about 5 minutes, the mosquito’s previously shriveled abdon beca sowhat distended.
