At first glance, this seems like a 1-for-1 exchange.
But that’s not actually the case.
Strictly speaking, after [Charm], the [Sorcerer Sprite Dragon] is gone, but the player gains 1 of the opponent’s cards.
So it should be considered a 0-for-1 exchange.
