In the middle of the Grand Hall, an equipnt was enclosed by a semi-transparent Blue Light Barrier.
The device looked sowhat bizarre, with a small podium-like shape, the surface was densely packed with complex talisman markings circling two rectangular pits destined to place the cards to be synthesized.
Two antennas as thick as fingers were placed diagonally across the surface, but their purpose was unclear.
"This thing, haha."
Little Phoenix Fox smiled and introduced, "This is an ancient card-making device."
"Card-making device?"xN
Everyone present didn’t understand.
Because, in their understanding, isn’t card-making directly done with the self-adapting card-making panel?
This was their first ti seeing a physical machine.
"I bet none of you knew about this."
Just when everyone was starting to feel puzzled, Grace Spring also walked out, "There’s a legend, and I’m just saying it’s a legend."
"Legend has it, during the Cube Card taverse’s early stage of creation, the card rules of that ti were nothing like they are now."
"What we’re experiencing now, are Cube Cards that have been updated in multiple versions by the Divine Deity."
"Back then, all cards could be traded with each other."
"And there was no such thing as a card-making panel."
"This device was the specific equipnt used by card players to make cards."
He walked closer and gently patted the firm Blue Light Barrier.
"Why would I have said that Lan-Lan tropolis has a long and rich history?"
"At first, it was only the size of a small town, and this device was the public equipnt of the small town."
At this point, Grace Spring, a native of Lan-Lan tropolis, had a proud look on his face.
"What does that an? You’re saying that Lan-Lan tropolis has existed since the early days of the Cube Card taverse?"
Greenfeather’s eyes widened.
"Of course, you should know that at that ti the map of the world wasn’t as large as it is now."
"The population was sparse, so transmigrators that traveled through even lived in the wilderness like wild people."
"There were only a handful of decent population centers, Lan-Lan Town, the predecessor of Lan-Lan tropolis was one of them."
Grace Spring responded again.
"Hehehe, I’ve already heard rumors about the historical heritage of Lan-Lan tropolis."
Flat Orange, although a mber of the Balance Hall, was actually visiting the Flagship Store in Lan-Lan tropolis for the first ti.
He also touched the Blue Light Barrier in front of him, "Having seen it for myself today, I truly feel honored."
"I presu this ancient relic which has endured countless ages has also been used by the Divine Deity."
This was a question he asked towards the two guides.
"Uh, theoretically, it definitely has been used."
Little Phoenix Fox laughed bashfully, "But much of the history of that ti has been lost, so we don’t know the details."
"After all, at the initial establishnt of the Cube Card taverse, there were quite a few bugs and the world rules weren’t perfect."
"There were often Monsters and Strange Beasts from the Left Heart World or the Right Heart World traveling through."
"Back then, PVE monsters could be found everywhere, and it was quite chaotic."
She said this.
"Lan-Lan Town almost faced destruction a few tis due to monster waves, but luckily at that ti, they had a powerhouse of Card Player Army."
Grace Spring, who understood more about history, said, "Its na was--Lana’s Artillery Team."
"Later, with the support of Lana’s Artillery Team, Lan-Lan Town officially beca the powerful Lan-Lan State."
"I believe the era of national governance did not last long, and under the influence of the divine deity, or to put it better, under the influence of various aspects of the world’s changes, all states were dissolved."
"Finally, it evolved into this kind of Utopian World we see today."
"And in this process, a lot of history was lost. The fact that the na Lan-Lan tropolis was able to be preserved is in itself a great fortune."
Listening to him, many people’s faces were filled with emotions.
Most of them knew a bit about the history of the Cube Card taverse, but none of them knew as much or as deeply as Grace Spring did.
It could be seen that the first generation of those who traversed didn’t have an easy ti, the world back then was also filled with danger and chaos.
If it weren’t for the divine deity’s follow-up interference, they wouldn’t have been able to form such a beautifully peaceful world as they have now.
"Card Player Army, what does the Lana’s Artillery Team an?"
At this ti, Ree Shil raised his own question: "Were they card players or artillery soldiers?"
What he was more curious about were those ancient cards.
"How would I know that?"
Grace Spring looked at him and spread his hands, then continued, "Wait until you have a chance to participate in a historic review instance next ti, then you can go and see for yourself."
Historical review instances were those that mimicked significant events that occurred in the Cube Card taverse.
They would also appear randomly in instances, but in very small numbers.
If one gets a chance to participate once and enter, they would not only be able to witness much of history, but also have a chance to get cards from that era.
In the following days, the two guides took them on a tour around the entire Card Club.
Everyone in the traveling team was amazed no matter where they went, after all, this was everyone’s first ti seeing a card club of this scale.
Only Ree Shil, who had already been shocked once at Hall Two, didn’t find anything particularly astonishing.
After visiting the Card Club, they visited so nearby attractions.
The afternoon was their break ti, left for them to recover from the journey.
Ree Shil wasn’t anxious to visit last ti’s exclusive store, because he didn’t have much money at the mont.
A sparse 20,000 points or so, can’t buy much, not even an ordinary A-grade material card.
And this evening, the Cube Card Association in Lan-Lan tropolis will organize a gathering for all players, the exclusive store is right at the entrance of the association, it’s not too late to take a look then.
