Yan Shaozhe's face remained cold.
"Of course. The infamous Scorpion Tiger Douluo Zhang Peng is a man of countless sins. If you're appearing at this particular ti and place, it ans you're planning sothing sinister again.
Teacher was rciful and spared your life and now, you repay that kindness by causing more trouble."
At these words, the storm clouds churned violently, and an elderly figure in black robes erged. A bone chilling aura spread outward, making many of the Shrek students feel uneasy.
Zhang Peng locked eyes with Yan Shaozhe, falling silent for a mont before finally speaking.
"Back then, Elder Mu spared my life, and for that, I have always been grateful. With his power, he could have easily killed .
That's why, as long as Elder Mu was alive, I would never lay a hand on a Shrek student even if soone held a knife to my throat.

In an instant, a dragon's roar erupted, and a brilliant cyan streak of light surged forward, crashing toward Zhang Peng like a raging tidal wave.

"Enough talk! Today is the day you die!" Xian Lin'er's anger flared.
Back when she and Yan Shaozhe were in a relationship, he had flirted with countless won behind her back.
Infuriated, she left him and instead married Qian Duoduo out of spite.
Though they were technically husband and wife, their marriage was in na only.
"Hahaha!" Zhang Peng laughed mockingly.
"Still holding on to old emotions, Xian Lin'er?
You're the Martial God Douluo, yet you waste your ti thinking about a hypocrite like Yan Shaozhe?"
Xian Lin'er's face darkened in fury.
She charged forward, the phantom of a cyan fla dragon flickering behind her.
A deafening dragon's roar echoed through the sky, and a storm of blazing cyan flas erupted around her, surging toward Zhang Peng.
Zhang Peng, however, wasn't intimidated.
His Scorpion Tiger martial soul was a variant of the Dark Demon Evil God Tiger, making him incredibly powerful.
With a mighty roar, dark energy burst forth, repelling the incoming flas.
His body morphed into a massive black tiger, its dark purple eyes gleaming with killing intent.
Behind him, a long scorpion tail lashed violently, surrounded by a storm of dark energy.
With a low growl, he flicked his tail, sending countless needle like beams flying toward Xian Lin'er.
These were the Scorpion Tail Needles, a deadly soul skill anyone struck would be poisoned instantly.
Xian Lin'er's Counterattack
But Xian Lin'er was unfazed.
As a Sea God's Pavilion Elder, her strength was undeniable.
With a swift motion, she brandished a high grade Level 8 soul tool spear.
Another dragon's roar erupted as a cyan fla dragon appeared behind her.
Her body enlarged slightly, her aura growing even stronger.
Years of Shrek Academy research had shown that Super Douluos could activate True Body Descent using their martial soul's true form while maintaining their human shape.
And Xian Lin'er excelled in human combat.
Thus, she chose to fight in this form rather than fully transforming into her dragon form.
With a swing of her spear, cyan flas surged along its length, raising the air's temperature dramatically.
She spun the spear rapidly, creating an impenetrable wall of fire.
Zhang Peng's Scorpion Tail Needles clashed against the flas, producing a series of tallic clangs before being incinerated.
In the next instant, she closed the distance, launching a fierce lee assault against Zhang Peng.

"Dean Yan, will Dean Xian be able to win?" Ye Xiaosheng asked, concern evident on his face.
"Have faith in her."
Yan Shaozhe smiled confidently.
"Her title is Martial God Douluo for a reason.
Countless warriors have fallen before her.
Zhang Peng may be strong, but Lin'er will win."
Suddenly, a chilling aura swept across the area.
Yan Shaozhe's keen senses reacted imdiately his body emitted a brilliant white glow, instantly dispersing the ominous energy.
"Who's there?"
"Stop hiding like a rat and show yourself!"
A hoarse voice chuckled.
"Impressive perception, Dean Yan."
Another elderly voice followed.
"Indeed… we almost had them.
But now… it seems we'll have to fight you first."
Two elderly figures materialized, surrounding the Shrek students.
Each had nine soul rings, their aura formidable.
They were the Ten Thousand Souls Douluo and Hatred Douluo both elders of the Holy Spirit Cult and powerful Titled Douluos.
Yan Shaozhe's face darkened.
"So, you two are Zhang Peng's backup?"
The situation was getting worse.
Even though he trusted Xian Lin'er, taking down Zhang Peng would take ti.
