Hi guys. First and foremost, this is NOT a "I'm dropping this novel" kind of chapter. I just have a couple questions for you.
How are you feeling about the story so far? Do you feel like it's heading in the right direction, and are you enjoying it?
Going back and rereading so of the chapters, I've definitely felt a couple of regrets about how things have played out a bit.
Mainly that being the strength of the jedi, and how the SM's kinda just steamroll everything.
In the beginning of this novel, I had stated that this wasn't going to be a "curb stomp" novel, but that's kinda what it turned out to be… but the thing is… I don't feel like it's wrong.
I've thought a lot about this, and I've tried to write as honestly, and as close to the "truth" as I can. aning that this is honestly how I think things would have played out if three SM's showed up.
I do think that I could have changed the way I added chaos, and taken the more "legends" route with the Jedi, but in my opinion, you can't have SM's without a touch of chaos.
I do not regret adding chaos however. But I do see that I could have done it better.
Do you think that the story is taking too long?
What about the multiple POVs, with Bo, Obi-Wan, and all the rest. Do you think im switching around too much, and if so, should I skip over so of those things, and instead of giving them a chapter or two, just sum it up in a paragraph?
I'm curious to know what you think. Please talk to . Tell what you've liked, and disliked. Please give criticisms on how to improve.
