The reason Chen Ming wanted to acquire the chanical Race chips was naturally related to Gamma Z.
Even though Gamma Z is currently an entity that Dusk wouldn’t suspect at all, it is still just a Gamma Level Dusk.
This ans its influence is definitely no match for the Gamma AB entities, one of which is highly suspected by Dusk, while the other hasn’t been investigated yet but is undoubtedly connected to Chen Ming.
Therefore, Chen Ming was thinking of letting Gamma Z quickly advance to the Beta Level by consuming chanical Race chips.
At least Beta Level AI could manage so of Dusk’s large production lines.
If possible, Chen Ming even wanted to upgrade Gamma Z directly to Alpha Level.
Old Wu didn’t dwell on Chen Ming’s concealed motives and, after thinking for a mont, said, "This thing doesn’t have much value, but honestly, it’s hard to buy."
"After all, it’s taken from the chanical Race. It contains White Cloud Steel and so other more expensive materials."
"Plus, I rember soone else is also purchasing chanical Race chips—it seems the governnt is involved, though I’m not entirely sure."
Listening to Old Wu, Chen Ming suddenly realized sothing.
He’s certainly not the only one with a Dusk core, yet the chanical Race chips, which should have been monopolized by the governnt, military, or various companies possessing many Dusk cores, are still just being normally acquired.
It’s evidently restricted.
So Chen Ming directly asked Gamma B, who was still en route, and received a definite answer.
There is indeed a restriction on how much Dusk can absorb chanical Race chips.
Because the chips contain the consciousness of chanical Race life forms, consuming too many would be like contacting substances such as Spiritual Stone, producing redundant data that requires ti to process.
Moreover, Chen Ming suddenly thought of a problem he had just realized with his previous idea that needed solving.
Currently, Gamma Z’s identity is completely clean regarding Dusk.
But once Chen Ming sends over the chips and they get detected, that would be big trouble.
Gamma Z has no legitimate reason to have found chanical Race chips on Dusk’s turf.
So even without the absorption restriction, Chen Ming can only make Gamma Z find ways to advance on its own.
anwhile, Old Wu continued, "If you really need them, I can try. I’d have to go elsewhere, towards the Star Realm bordering the chanical Race territory."
"The price shouldn’t be too high, probably about three to four tis the weight in White Cloud Steel. I’ll need to check specifically. How many do you need?"
Chen Ming considered it. Although Gamma Z can’t use them, Gamma B and Gamma A might be able to.
He also had so Dusk AI control in other regions; who knows, they might co in handy later.
So after calculating the approximate price Old Wu ntioned, Chen Ming said, "Ten chanical Race Guard Level ship chips first, two Destroyer Level ones, nothing more advanced for now."
"Anything else?"
"That’s all."
"Alright."
Old Wu got up from the captain’s chair, stretched, and said, "It’s the first ti in so many years I’ve been this busy."
"Not earning enough?"
"Not really, just feeling it’s been so many years."
Old Wu’s words suddenly piqued Chen Ming’s curiosity about his past.
But since Old Wu had no intention of elaborating, Chen Ming didn’t ask.
Old Wu left the ship to help Chen Ming handle the matter.
Chen Ming didn’t linger much at the Space Station either, redirecting his focus back to himself.
It was only ten in the morning Earth Ti.
He still had plenty of ti before being sent away.
So Chen Ming didn’t rush to continue reading, instead glancing at the three Dusk individuals he previously controlled.
Their examination wouldn’t take long anyway; nothing was likely to co up.
None of the Gamma A entities that ca into close contact with Chen Ming were problematic, let alone these three.
But even if nothing cos up, Dusk should still be wary.
The two Dusks that went down the mines were each assigned to a small exploration station far from the colony.
They were responsible for the daily maintenance of the exploration station and the scanning of yet-undiscovered resources deep Underground.
The AI responsible for controlling the entire mining site had all evidence proving no contact with Chen Ming’s robots.
Therefore, it was assigned to a new mining station, with the sa duties as before.
Naturally, the distance from the colony was also significant.
However, once the Gamma AI was implanted in the factory, the factory equipnt under Gamma AI’s control also fell into Chen Ming’s hands.
Even though control of this industrial equipnt would be lost if the AI Core was removed.
As with the previous mining site, after losing the three AI cores Chen Ming controlled, he completely lost control over it.
This is different from his ability to control the spaceship.
Chen Ming had nothing much to say. His ability to go from controlling a spaceship to controlling cores and indirectly controlling factory equipnt was already astounding, and there would be no issue even without it.
As long as the AI core remains in the equipnt, his control over this industrial equipnt is the sa as his control over space ships.
Hence, the other two Dusk AI working at this mining station also fell into Chen Ming’s clutches.
But Chen Ming wasn’t sure if it was a trap intentionally set by Dusk.
The mont after this Gamma AI was inspected, it was relocated to a new work environnt with two new AI subordinates. This seed suspect to Chen Ming.
Therefore, he wouldn’t let them take any action anyti soon.
If he wanted rapid developnt in a short ti, he still had to rely on Gamma Z.
