However, the Fourteenth Legion seed to have so special interest in Sky Steel themselves, though rather ambiguously, leading to so conflict with the company.
If indeed both the Fourteenth Legion and the company showed up together, then there really might be an urgent matter needing his attention.

However, the officer didn’t imdiately state their purpose for contacting Chen Ming, but instead ntioned sothing else.
"Mr. Chen Ming, I don’t know if you’ve been following the Empire’s public war intelligence reports on the Sunset Star Realm, where we’re engaged with Dusk’s main forces."
Chen Ming knew the Empire had been engaged in battles with Dusk’s main forces elsewhere, though he was only aware of it and generally didn’t focus on the specific military developnts.
So Chen Ming gave a negative response.
Hearing this response, the officer said, "Then let briefly outline it for you."
"In our engagent with Dusk at the Sunset Star Realm, we have gained overall advantage recently. After Dusk’s setback leading to a shortening of their defense lines, the battle has reached a stalemate, making further breakthroughs difficult."
"However, as long as we continue to pressure Dusk, their lines will eventually be breached."
"So, to seek a way out, Dusk chose to transport a device to so place using a high-output energy source paired with ultra-long-distance transport facilities."
"We discovered this and made a prompt counter."
"In this special operation, we managed to break through Dusk’s defenses once more and achieved results, but failed to achieve the final strategic goal, failing to stop Dusk from transporting their object."
"Yet, under our continued assault, before Dusk could destroy their transported equipnt’s data, we succeeded in invading their colony."
"The special action team retrieved relevant intelligence, and upon investigation, so results erged, revealing that the chanical Race transported so kind of spiritual device."
Spiritual energy?
Dusk having just brought Chen Ming, an extraordinarily capable Psychic, there, and then suddenly making moves to transport spiritual energy equipnt over great distances, would surely be thought connected.
Chen Ming quickly connected the logical dots in his mind, then said to the officer, "I have a few questions."

This question caught the Fourteenth Legion officer a bit off guard.
