For instance, ten destroyers paired with twenty or thirty frigates.

So Chen Ming still needs to find a way to augnt this number.

But the seventy billion he has on hand needs to first be used to purchase industrial equipnt, it cannot be used casually.

Therefore, Chen Ming plans to fall back on his main job temporarily to earn a bit to fill the gap for new ship expenses.

If there’s any money left after buying the equipnt, then he’ll consider using it to buy ships.

If he can simultaneously test his fleet’s strength while earning money, it’s clearly more suited to his current situation than just making money.
