On the more detailed dropdown panel, Chen Ming could see more detailed data, such as the status of different parts on this chanical Race.
Details about its chanical arms and weapons were displayed comprehensively on the panel.
However, these were not important; only a few special lines caught his attention particularly.
One of the lines was [Individual Consciousness: Deceased].
Another was at the bottom of the panel [Executable Actions: Repair/Transformation/Disassembly].
What caught Chen Ming’s attention the most was the three components listed under a section on the chanical Race’s body, similar to the [Important Equipnt] on the spaceship panel.
[Standard Level Core Chip (Damaged)] [Standard Level Sub-Core (Damaged)] [Nano-Level Maintenance chanical Body (3%)]
Like all the damaged chanical equipnt Chen Ming had encountered before, these could be repaired with the right materials.
But would repairing a chanical body lead to the revival of its deceased individual consciousness? Would it, upon awakening, cause the nearby chanical Race’s small robots that hadn’t yet noticed the intrusion to suddenly surround him?
As soon as Chen Ming had this thought, he imdiately dismissed it.
Not to ntion how unreliable reviving a chanical life solely by repairing its parts might be.
His Spiritual Energy alone could ensure that the chanical body under his control remained under his command for life; direct repair was all that was needed.
Chen Ming activated his Spiritual Energy, along with a slight consumption of Spiritual Power and a small decrease in materials.
The entire Silent Mantis was successfully repaired.
But Chen Ming’s Spiritual Energy only repaired its externally worn armor, internally aged circuitry, and the chip and sub-core.
The [Nano-Level Maintenance chanical Body (3%)] section showed no changes.
It was like fuel; Chen Ming had to figure out a way to manufacture it to replenish it.
But the difficulty of manufacturing fuel and nano-level robots was not even on the sa dinsion.
So Chen Ming chose to temporarily ignore it.
He looked at the line of consciousness on the Silent Mantis panel.
Just as he thought.
The chanical Race’s consciousness remained deceased, not restored by the repair of the chip and sub-core.
Chen Ming knew the consciousness of the Dusk individual existed as a segnt of data within the core, but he didn’t know what form the chanical Race’s consciousness took.
He had no way to revive a chanical life form.
Chen Ming shook his head slightly, and relying on his control over the Silent Mantis, attempted to read the contents within its chip.
But the attempt ended in failure.
Although Chen Ming succeeded in extracting the internal data, he couldn’t understand the content at all.
This was just like his previous attempts to read other chanical Race chips, similar to the Empire’s current inability to decipher the chanical Race’s language and data.
As relics of another civilization, the chanical Race was indeed very special.
After considering for a mont, Chen Ming simply asked the Extraordinary installed at the Supre Point, "How is your Dusk’s research on the chanical Race going?"
"I don’t handle the research on the chanical Race. I generally handle the design and manufacturing of ships. You should know since you took out of the giant shipyard, right?"
