This restored the Insect Queen’s originally sowhat bloated genes to a state of simplicity.
Of course, Chen Ming couldn’t understand everything before him; he could only see the Insect Queen’s exploded body continuously secreting pitch-black rancid fluid.
It was the Insect Queen’s consciousness transmitting in real-ti to Chen Ming the effect his spiritual energy had on the Insect Queen.
And as the remaining body tissues expelled the fluid, they gradually adhered back together under the pull of the mycelium that had already beco part of the Insect Race, restoring their original state.
Before Chen Ming’s spiritual power was depleted, he received the last consciousness transmission from the Insect Queen, stating that through the consumption of spiritual fungi, the spiritual energy gained was further enhanced.
It was at this point that Chen Ming understood the effect of the Insect Queen’s spiritual energy.
A simple and brutal ability to enhance physical qualities through spiritual energy.
And this spiritual energy was not embedded in the Insect Queen alone but rested upon the hive mind of the entire Insect Nest.
The hive mind is the brain of the Insect Race, so it makes complete sense for the spiritual energy to nest within the Hive Mind Network.
Chen Ming instantly followed this train of thought to figure out a possibility.
But he was quickly interrupted by his exhausted spiritual power, and he fell into a coma.
When Chen Ming awoke.
He saw that the scale of the Insect Nest, which had already developed on the planet under his control, was reduced by a whole quarter.
All the vanished insects had been absorbed and devoured by the Insect Queen last night to complete this deep maintenance process.

The underground approach was also ruled out.
Because Chen Ming was well aware of the chanical Race’s city, and he had verified his understanding through the Supre Point’s scan.
The entire underground area of the chanical Race’s city was a seamless blend of high-strength steel pillars and plates, bearing the weight of the entire city.
Unless the Insect Race possessed the power to overturn a city directly, attacking from underground was not a wise choice.
Of course, Chen Ming also considered hollowing out the soil and rock layers beneath the entire chanical Race city, causing the entire city to sink underground.
But through Chen Ming’s knowledge of the chanical Race he controls, it was clear the chanical Race had counterasures for subterranean attacks.
