At least until soone from Zuo Jing took action first, Chen Ming couldn’t unleash power that would threaten the surrounding environnt.

Once Chen Ming stopped moving, the black mist that was just darting around the room suddenly rolled through Chen Ming’s body, and behind him, it coalesced into a human shape.
With a handso face, the figure turned around and tidied his neat suit, asking Chen Ming, "Had enough fun?"
Although Chen Ming hadn’t seen this face before, the person’s mannerisms and his voice had already given it away.
This guy was the Glass Bead Spirit Ability User who had run to the planet and got recorded on surveillance when the Black Mist Spirit Ability User was captured; he had just changed faces.
The Glass Bead Spirit Ability User, seeing no response from Chen Ming, asked mockingly, "Want to try again?"
In the cramped private room, with the hustle and bustle of the city outside, it was indeed difficult for Chen Ming to capture this guy without unleashing his full power.
So he simply gave up the idea of continuing the confrontation under environntal constraints and sat back in his chair, intending to see why Zuo Jing was quicker than the governnt in approaching him.

The Glass Bead Spirit Ability User, seeing this, wasn’t angry. In fact, his heart was sowhat pleased.
"Rage Disease brings an overwhelming desire for destruction and slaughter. You must be familiar with the pain caused by these two desires burning within you?"
"You want to release it, but you’re restrained by the Empire’s laws, so you choose a compromise, killing Zuo Jing instead."
"Only by killing Zuo Jing and criminals can you indulge your urges without being hunted by the Empire."
"Zuo Jing deserves to die."
Chen Ming’s words seed to amuse the Glass Bead Spirit Ability User: "Even if Zuo Jing deserves to die, it should be the Empire’s laws to judge, not so individuals avenging based on personal desires."
"You should just admit it; there’s no need to use Zuo Jing as an excuse. Slaughter is just slaughter; you’re obeying your urge for violence."
"If you were really just aiming to kill Zuo Jing, as a psychic, you could have used efficient thods to kill them quickly, instead of slaughtering them like a beast."
Chen Ming stared nacingly at the Glass Bead Spirit Ability User who revealed his identity in his words and said, "Ever thought that I’m letting mbers of Zuo Jing experience the kind of despair that normal people used as your test subjects faced?"
Yet the Glass Bead Spirit Ability User wasn’t buying into it: "Your pale excuses can’t beautify your violent behavior. You’re enjoying the feeling of slaughter, you’re a villain at heart."
"Heh, who would’ve thought that one day soone from Zuo Jing, the top cult under the Empire, could lecture on morality."
The Glass Bead Spirit Ability User shook his head and said, "I’m not here to lecture you; I just wanted to say..."
"Since you’re pursuing such a thrill of slaughter that defies worldly norms, constantly skirting the edges of legal gray areas, with one foot already in the black, why not join us?"

Previously on the Space Station, indeed, killing Zuo Jing was on Chen Ming’s mind.
