261- True Love Is A Broken Shoe (真爱是破鞋)
Qiao Hong Ye glared at Jing Yun Zhao, her eyes filled with hatred. This person could always find her Achilles heel, that was what made her hate her so much.
“What are you so proud of? When you’re even more unfortunate than me now. With your family being so poor, wouldn’t you have to fork out all your money to your parents so they can retire early? Now that I remember, didn’t you always plain, saying that my parents didn’t give you any clothes and even starved you? But look at you now, if you were to live with your biological parents, you would’ve starved to death long ago!” Qiao Hong Ye said with a haughty look while grabbing Jiang Xia’s arm.
“I rather starve to death than die under your hands, wouldn’t you agree?” Jing Yun Zhao countered.
However seeing Qiao Hong Ye’s haughty face, Jing Yun Zhao couldn’t hold back anymore and continued, “Jiang Xia truly loves you huh? I mean why else would he sleep with a girl that has had multiple partners? I’m just curious whether Cao Xing knows you have a boyfriend now, and would he escape from prison to kill you if he were to know?” (C: Punchable face more like)
Jing Yun Zhao was just spouting nonsense as there was no way Cao Xing would be able to escape from prison, and the chances of him killing Qiao Hong Ye was even more impossible.
However with the chance to trigger the pair of lovebirds in front of her, why wouldn’t she take it?
Jing Yun Zhao’s lightly spoken words caused Qiao Hong Ye to glare at her ferociously, as if wanting to strangle her.

Hearing this, Qiao Hong Ye glared at Jing Yun Zhao fiercely saying, “It’s all your fault! Jing Yun Zhao, at any rate, I’ve called you sister for so many years; I already have nowhere else to go, yet you’re still trying to harm me so viciously!”
Jing Yun Zhao just glanced at her with an extremely cold stare.
Qiao Hong Ye used to pretend like she was getting bullied, always having an aggrieved expression, but now that she had to stay at home for a period of time, her weak and pitiful persona disappeared. However with just a few words, her fox-tail was starting to show.
