Since the Tree King can co and go, Qin Tian also wanted to try. He was wondering, how exactly is this white fog produced?
The mystery lies within this place.
Calming his heart, Qin Tian began to observe the direction of the white fog in the Heavenly Punishnt Forest, paying particular attention to the direction the wind was blowing.
Eventually, Qin Tian decided to track the direction from which the wind was coming directly.
Wind exists in an illusion? Qin Tian thought it was strange.
"These trees, their leaves all face west, which ans that the wind consistently cos from the east. In an illusion, there shouldn’t be any wind; it must be so external force invading!"
Qin Tian beca more convinced of his idea, speeding up his steps, relying on his keen sensing power, swiftly sneaking into the misty site of the incoming wind.
"Ha, could the chanism be here?"
Qin Tian saw that the source of the wind in the Heavenly Punishnt Forest was that monunt!
A monunt carved with the words "Heavenly Punishnt Forest"!
Walking closer, Qin Tian carefully observed and indeed saw small holes on the monunt that were difficult to see with the naked eye.
And from these small holes, streams of air whistled out, forming an unnoticed breeze by rging into strength!
"This is it. Whether or not this is an escape route, I’m sure there’s a secret hidden here!"
Exerting strength in his right palm, Qin Tian coldly smiled, unable to imagine that such a chanism was hidden on the monunt, making it indeed hard to discover.
"Then let see if you can recover like those trees after I split you!"
The palm condensed into the shape of a curved blade, and with a sudden surge of true qi, Qin Tian struck the monunt with his palm!
Bam!
This strike concealed Qin Tian’s powerful true qi from the late stage of the Great Immortal Realm.
When the hand blade collided with the monunt, it couldn’t withstand Qin Tian’s fierce strike, instantly breaking into two pieces!
Whoosh!
When the monunt broke into two pieces, the wind throughout the Heavenly Punishnt Forest suddenly stopped!
Then, Qin Tian noticed that the monunt seed to start recovering its original state...
"Shoot, did it have no effect at all? Impossible..."
Seeing the monunt gradually restoring, Qin Tian was dumbfounded when nothing happened, which was beyond his expectations.
Whoosh!
Bang!
While Qin Tian was in shock, suddenly a gust of white fog blew towards him, and then Qin Tian felt his feet touch the ground, and within a blink, he abruptly opened his eyes—
At this mont, beside him, the white fog had vanished, and there were no giant trees of the Heavenly Punishnt Forest, no monunt, nothing was left!
Replacing them were the normal ancient trees Qin Tian had seen in the Myriad Demon Mountain Range!
"Ha, there’s definitely a chanism there, I am out!"
Qin Tian glanced around, realizing he had erged from the forest, but when he looked back, he could see the place he had been before; looking forward, he also saw the buildings on the Myriad Demon Mountain Range.
He was now about twenty to thirty kiloters away from those buildings.
"Heaven helps !"
Though there might be other ways to break through the Heavenly Punishnt Forest, Qin Tian broke through in less than two hours. He felt it was fate guiding him to delve deeper into the Myriad Demon Mountain Range.
Continuing forward, as he approached the buildings on the Myriad Demon Mountain Range, Qin Tian beca exceptionally cautious, noticing many Demon Clan mbers coming and going, dressed in various attires.
These people were all experts; he must leave no trace.
This mountain peak was the second one in the Myriad Demon Mountain Range, with sparse buildings distributed at mid-mountain, making Qin Tian find these constructions particularly curious: so bridges constructed in the sky, so pavilions even floating, with various colorful and enormous birds and beasts flying by from ti to ti, giving Qin Tian the feeling of entering an animal world.
Which place should I infiltrate?
Qin Tian noticed that many Demon Clan mbers flew in but didn’t walk out, making him feel the infiltration a bit difficult.
"It seems I can only go upstream."
His gaze fell on a rapidly flowing river halfway up the mountain, and Qin Tian decided to jump into the river, ascending upstream to avoid the detection of the Demon Clan outside.
This river flows rapidly, deriving from the lting snow of the Myriad Demon Mountain Range’s summit, just bypassing the doors of so buildings.
Once in the water, Qin Tian imdiately operated true qi to protect himself.
Going against the current forced him to continuously enhance his true qi to resist the reverse flow.
"Damn it..."
However, in the river, Qin Tian’s journey was not smooth, as there were terrifying beasts underwater!
After ascending against the current only a few miles, Qin Tian encountered a large crocodile underwater.
This crocodile was over three tis the size of ordinary ones, and crucially, it was entirely red, with long claws on its limbs!
This was undoubtedly a demon beast!
Coincidentally descending with the current as Qin Tian ascended, one man and one beast faced each other.
"Brother, I was wrong, please don’t target ..."
Qin Tian activated true qi, ready to make a move at any ti but refrained from taking action.
After all, once he started, the surging true qi would likely attract the attention of the Demon Clan.
Yet, Qin Tian’s worry seed redundant as the crocodile brushed past without even glancing at Qin Tian.
After several seconds of confusion, Qin Tian realized that the most sensitive senses of crocodiles, acquired mainly through sll and touch, were inactive due to his true qi shield, preventing any scent from leaking.
Simultaneously, since Qin Tian remained motionless facing the crocodile without a drastic reaction, the crocodile appeared curious yet naturally "filtered" Qin Tian out.
Not just the crocodile, soon after, Qin Tian also saw a two-headed water snake and a huge, purple Poison Scorpion underwater. All these creatures basically ignored Qin Tian moving along the riverbank upstream.
After about an hour, Qin Tian felt he had gone far enough, lightly poking his head out and glimpsed Demon Clan mbers walking along the riverbank, quickly subrged himself back into the water, diving into the depths.
Continuing upstream, Qin Tian noticed the river had a branch ahead, deciding not to ascend the main river path anymore where there were too many people, making it hard to escape.
He chose the branch, entering a stream-like water flow, feeling the water becoming colder as he advanced.
"Crap, where have I arrived? This water is cold—is this a lake?"
Glancing around the environnt, Qin Tian decided to surface again for a look.
"Hiss~"
This ti, barely poking his eyes above the surface, Qin Tian was instantly stupefied!
