This is an estate, and they stopped at a large gate under heavy guard. The guards were strictly vigilant, saluted the driver, and began to thoroughly inspect the entire vehicle from inside out, even the chassis was not spared. After about ten minutes, the car was allowed to pass, slowly driving up a steeper slope.

The high walls were lined with cables, surrounded by mountains on three sides, with only a single road in and out. Xiao Lin crouched on the sports ground; it was far from the urban area, and in his view, the distant lights were faint.

Many wealthy Middle Eastern n have their own territories, and Lao Ma’s employer must be one of them. To get in, you must first destroy the electrical grid on the high walls, and there’s a surveillance cara every five steps. The entrance has a monitoring room, not even a bug could fly in, but for Xiao Lin, this is as simple as daily routine.

He selected a cara closest to the gate, snapped a few dry tree roots, and threw them. The roots hung on the cara. Sandstorms often rise at night in the Middle East, frequently carrying debris along.

Two people walked out of the guardroom; such things were no longer surprising to them. They made funny faces at the cara, speaking in a local dialect Xiao Lin could barely understand. He pressed against the wall, approaching the guardroom, where another person was monitoring, with the electrical cable control switch on the wall.

Silently climbing in through a window, he quickly dealt with one person, gently placing his head on the table, detached the power controller, and cut the cable lines with scissors. Just then, the person who went out to clean up debris returned, saw a stranger inside, and drew a gun to shoot. Xiao Lin pulled out a Silver Needle, aiming it at the two people, before the bullet could be fired, they were already struck in their acupoints, collapsing limply to the ground.

The estate was beautiful; in this Middle Eastern country covering most of the desert, green plants and water are the most precious lives, and here, you can see vast greenery and hear the sound of rushing water everywhere.

The circulating water system kept the fountain before the main building rising and falling non-stop, changing into dozens of forms, the lights refracting the fountain to a dazzling brilliance like diamonds.

The main building retained all the features of Middle Eastern architecture, white tiled walls, golden spires, resembling an elfin castle amidst the greenery, with each courtyard design and decorative elent on the tiled walls fully reflecting the owner’s style and taste.

From a side room ca the screams of a woman, mingled with silvery laughter, as Xiao Lin slowly approached the main group of buildings, climbing onto the roof via a water pipe, and hung upside-down on a colonnade, peering in.

Several young won, scantily clad, leaned against a Middle Eastern man, occasionally picking a grape from the fruit plate and placing it in their mouths, then leaning close to the man, feeding him the grapes from their mouths, letting out depraved laughter.

The man had a broad, bare chest, casually draped with white harem pants at the waist, with nurous scars crisscrossed on his brown skin, demonstrating his masculine prowess, a man who made won scream.

Lao Ma, dressed in local attire, followed Jun Zhe, who similarly donned a white robe, into the side room, folded his hands in salutation to the man lying there, then took a seat on the thick carpet.

The man smiled slightly, dismissed the dancers, leaned back into a comfortable couch; to his right was a smoking pipe, and he took a puff from the long pipe, the room imdiately filled with tobacco scent, top-grade Turkish tobacco, costing a fortune per gram.

Lao Ma handed over the acquired box, neither spoke.

The man rely accepted the box, uninterested in its contents. Lazily sinking into the softness, he looked like a harmless cat, half-closing his eyes.

"Sir, this batch of samples is rare!" Jun Zhe, familiar with the man’s personality, succinctly expressed the value of what was acquired in the most fitting terms.

"Price?"

"Estimated at one billion!"

The man chuckled softly, shifting slightly to find a more comfortable position: "Such a big commotion, just worth a billion?"

"This ti was an accident!"

"Leaked information is considered an accident?" The man glanced at Jun Zhe before saying solemnly: "Find the person."

Xiao Lin, hanging outside, couldn’t help but be startled, this wasn’t the person he saw at the temple that day, though very similar, but the feeling was off, this wasn’t Hassan.

"Master!" A person resembling a servant, a black man, stood outside the hall. The man waved him over; he approached the man’s side and whispered a few words, after which the man smiled sinisterly and waved him away.

"The guards are dead!"

"What?" Jun Zhe got up from the carpet, staring into the man’s eyes, sensing a jeering mockery.

Yes, the man’s eyes were full of ridicule, for him having his residence invaded wasn’t a big deal, but giving the man in front of him a sense of defeat was more interesting instead.

Jun Zhe turned and dashed out of the master bedroom, while at that mont, Xiao Lin crossed his arms and forcefully jumped from the pillar, his straightened body resembling a leaf in the night, drifting with the wind.

The sound of the wind brushed past Jun Zhe’s ears, causing him to quickly raise his head and look toward the courtyard’s sky, which was empty. He furrowed his brow, wondering if it was an illusion, and stopped his approach to the main door, maneuvering through the courtyard.

Upon landing, he rolled several tis on the grass before stopping. Xiao Lin clutched his chest, quietly gathering his breath, suppressing the impact from his fall. His chest was still a bit sore, and he spat out a mouthful of dark blood.

Surveying his surroundings, dog barks had already started to ring out nearby. The dogs would soon follow his scent, and the entrance would surely be tightly guarded. He dashed towards the main building once more, knowing that the most dangerous place was often the safest.

Hmph! Suddenly, a cold snort sounded above his head. Instinctively, he raised his right hand to block the silent tool of the enemy. He underestimated this man nad Jun Zhe.

Xiao Lin cursed, exerting all his strength to force the opponent into a corner. He struck the base of the opponent’s neck with two fingers, but surprisingly, the foe wasn’t caught in the critical point. In shock, Xiao Lin was hit with an uppercut punch and simultaneously got kicked, sending him tumbling to the ground.

Xiao Lin rolled twice before stabilizing his stance, and Jun Zhe chose not to pursue, instead waiting for Xiao Lin’s counterattack.

A master among masters, Xiao Lin wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth, laughing delightedly. It had been a long ti since he’d faced such an opponent. He was excited, his eyes filled with bloodlust akin to a wolf, relentlessly gripping the enemy and refusing to relent until the end.

Despite being skilled in close-range combat, Xiao Lin abandoned his specialty this ti. He pulled out his belt, which wasn’t a regular leather belt; its end was a sharp thin blade, and the belt itself whipped out into a whip, slicing toward Jun Ze with powerful force.

Jun Zhe pushed off his toes and jumped back, observing the whip’s direction. He began to run in circles around Xiao Lin, with a spin, his body arched in mid-air, closing in on Xiao Lin.

This was sothing Xiao Lin couldn’t predict. Retracting the whip, he crossed his arms to block Jun Ze’s right leg. The impact of the knee against his arm was astonishing. Xiao Lin sank downwards, barely shifting an inch, a sweet and sour sensation rising in his chest, blood spilling from his mouth, and his shoulder wound tearing anew.

"Who are you really?" Jun Zhe asked coldly.

Ha! Xiao Lin reversed his grip on the short blade. Monts before, he might have cherished his opponent, but now he must take decisive action. The barking was getting closer; the sll of blood excited the beasts.

He stepped out with his left foot, his other foot swiftly moving into its place, and Jun Zhe’s vision blurred as Xiao Lin vanished. Apart from the scent of blood, there was no sound; Xiao Lin was as dark as the night itself.

Though the enemy was beside him, Jun Zhe felt bewildered at the inability to sense him, risking losing the opportunity in the blink of an eye. Xiao Lin wouldn’t squander the chance. His cold gaze locked onto Jun Zhe’s main artery, a smile creeping onto his face, and the Silver Needle pierced the skin, feeling no pain akin to a mosquito bite.

"I’m a Military Doctor!" Xiao Lin gave Jun Zhe the answer he desired just before Jun Zhe’s eyes closed, whether he still had the awareness to hear it being another matter.

No longer able to hide him, the barking was already upon him. Xiao Lin glanced up at the rushing figure, climbing onto a windowsill, flipping over inside.

"It’s Jun Zhe young master!" The people below exclaid: "Still breathing! Quick."

"Did you turn the manor upside down just to find you, Military Doctor?" A cool voice rang out behind Xiao Lin. He tightly gripped the thin blade in his hand, only their breathing remaining in the dark room.

"Young Master Chopin!" A knock on the door. Xiao Lin swiftly turned, covering Chopin’s mouth with his left hand, the blade against his artery, silently: "Master Hassan asks you to wait in the room for him."

"Put down the blade, I an no harm. If I don’t speak, they’ll co in." Chopin pulled Xiao Lin’s left hand away, trying to catch his breath.

"Why are you here?" Xiao Lin curiously asked.

"There are many reasons to be here." Chopin looked amusedly at Xiao Lin, his playful eyes making him seem peaceful, and pointed to the bed: "There’s a storage cabinet behind the bed. You can hide there until..."

"Chopin!" The door opened, and Hassan walked in: "Are you okay?"

"I’m fine, just about to sleep. Why is it so noisy, did sothing happen?" Chopin blew his hair in the dim light.

"Soone broke in and killed a few people." Hassan’s eyes focused on Chopin, scanning every corner of the room, seeking any flaws to uncover. (To be continued. If you like this work, feel free to vote for recomndations, monthly votes on Qidian; your support is my greatest motivation.)
