"Mu Forensic!" Along with Xiao Sun ca a few people from the forensic departnt, carrying their usual tools.
"The body is over there!" Mu Rongyun pointed in the direction of the low flat house and then led them over together.
He and Hua Qingyi tacitly avoided the issue of Wu Shuang's injury, but Xiao Sun, being a ticulous girl, noticed her captain's discomfort.
"Captain Wu, you don't look well, did sothing happen?" Xiao Sun placed her hands on Wu Shuang's arms, the low body temperature startled her. "I can't go back now, I still have things to handle." Wu Shuang shook off Xiao Sun's hand; she absolutely wouldn't leave at this mont, or rather, she wouldn't leave the north district until Xiao Lin was found.

"If I leave, you and he might fight; besides, I'm also worried about Xiao Lin's safety." Wu Shuang slowly moved towards Mu Rongyun's direction.

"Hua Qingyi, are you still insisting on staying here?" Mu Rongyun suddenly turned to Hua Qingyi.

"The wound was treated, but without sterilization asures, it's susceptible to infection. Combined with her stubbornness, her wound split open, and she's currently in a high fever. She'll faint in less than half an hour. Without further treatnt, with her rapidly decreasing immunity, sepsis is highly likely."
"Xiao Sun has already gone to buy dicine in the northern district."
"Are you planning to wait for her to return?" Mu Rongyun's voice dropped a few degrees; Hua Qingyi subconsciously wanted to stay.
"You can take her back to the lodge. Here's the key."
"Don't think of leaving here alone to find Xiao Lin." Wu Shuang stubbornly pulled Hua Qingyi's sleeve; her persistence was above his.
If he initially thought Wu Shuang was just a burden, now he was genuinely annoyed. Without thinking, Hua Qingyi picked up Wu Shuang and headed for a nearby car, Mu Rongyun closely following behind.
The lodge's owner was checking out a guest. It was Sunday, so guests were leaving, making this mont particularly busy for him.
As Hua Qingyi carried Wu Shuang back upstairs, it coincided with the owner's busiest mont, so he only caught a glimpse of Mu Rongyun and Hua Qingyi's backs as they disappeared around the stair's corner.
Just as Mu Rongyun said, Wu Shuang was already comatose, with so trace of rationality left. "You should know your colleague's number, give her a heads-up, don't make her run in vain." Hua Qingyi reminded Mu Rongyun after covering Wu Shuang with a blanket.
"I'll go buy the necessary equipnt. Feed her so water every ten minutes, don't let her get cold. If there's ice, use it to bring down her fever." Murong Yu touched Wu Shuang's forehead before turning and walking out the door.
"Ha, only at this ti does he look sowhat humane." Although Mu Rongyun's gentleness was still cold, at least Hua Qingyi found him sowhat human now.
Following Mu Rongyun's instructions, he opened a small window gap, letting so fresh air into the room. After making sure the blanket wouldn't be kicked off, he went downstairs to find the lodge owner.
"I thought it was you, so what?"
"Give a bucket of ice."
"What do you want ice for?"
"Do you have any?" Hua Qingyi frowned.
"Oh, wait a mont." Sensing Hua Qingyi's mood on the verge of exploding, the lodge owner smartly ran to the back, quickly filling a stainless steel bucket with ice cubes and returning. "Yesterday you went out with Lao Zhao, I…"
Before the lodge owner finished, Hua Qingyi had already turned around and went upstairs, disappearing from sight. He took out his phone and dialed a number. "That person is back."
