Inside the office of the Art Department at the headquarter, Ivy looked around all of the desks, walked over to the middle of them and cleared her throat.
“Don’t talk about things that are not work-related during office hours and don’t leak content of our work to those outside of our department.”
She returned to her seat after making sure that everybody had heard her.
That was right. She had received instructions from the CEO office for her to plete a water painting exhibit on the attractions with the boss lady.
After consulting the boss in the domestic excursion, she picked the trip that nobody had ever signed up for and purely for the purpose of it being there. Its pricing was so high that one could take a luxurious trip to Europe for the same cost.
This particular route, per the feedback from those on the excursion team, was just there for the purpose of testing new features of the website. They weren’t expecting any sign ups.
It was perfect for the boss lady to kill time with.
Even though the CEO office had hinted at it that the boss lady’s work was well sought after on the market and could fetch very high price, Ivy, as someone who also had background in art, knew very well that these so-called high prices were all backed by capitalists.
With the right kind of backing, anyone can have art exhibitions, enter into auctions, and can also “self-produce and self-consume” and create miraculous prices.
For webpage display facing consumers, there need to be photos of the sceneries that had been edited carefully. Ink paintings were also worthless in this situation.
No rational consumers would decide to take a trip because the paintings on the webpage was pretty.
Ivy, being able to bee an upper management, her emotional quotient soft skill was up there.
After some thoughts, she came to the conclusion that all she needed to do with to appease the boss lady by giving her something to do.
Having figured that out, she quickly sent over the link to the page to ‘Shishi’, a newly registered Lync account. Her words were sincere and natural.

It was still the 1st; that was 30 whole days to the end of the month.
That should be enough time for one ink painting, right?

The boss lady seemed to be in a good mood and also seemed to be a very easygoing person.
Ivy let out a sigh of relief.
She looked for one of the team members to help with the arrangement of said webpage and also to purchase the copyrights to some ink paintings.
If, for any reason, the boss lady was unable to plete her tasks, there would still be a backup plan for the boss lady.
As Ivy thought about it, she confidently turned her attention somewhere else and began her day’s work.
