"Alright, now let Uncle Deadpool get back on topic. Hey, you little bug over there, did you leave your ears at ho? Get the hell over here and help!"

Peter watched the crazy, muttering Deadpool. Although his mind was still sowhat dazed at the mont, he understood that the other had co to help him and had just saved his life.

So, he instinctively stepped forward and obediently helped Deadpool pin down Brix, who had just ambushed him.

Although this Universe's Spider-Man was still quite inexperienced in many ways, he still possessed the monstrous strength that was standard for any Spider-Man!

A starting strength of 20 tons was more than enough to pin down a New Year's pig—ah, no—a severely wounded Inheritor!

Amidst Brix's terrified screams and Peter's shocked gaze, Deadpool let out an evil chuckle, grabbed Brix's torn shoulders with his itching-powder-covered hands, and applied a standard Thai massage, thoroughly rubbing the itching powder into Brix's wounds!

Instantly, Brix's agonized screams beca even more horrific than a pig being slaughtered for the New Year!

Applying itching powder to wounds and crippling his hands so he couldn't even scratch, leaving him only able to writhe on the ground, which in turn ground coarse sand and grit into his wounds!

It made Brix experience the wonderful sensation of simultaneous pain, itchiness, and the feeling of foreign objects!

Tsk tsk, even Satan himself would probably pause for a couple of seconds upon seeing this, then kowtow to Deadpool and beg to be his disciple!

Only soone like Deadpool, whose brain has a few screws loose, could co up with such a perverse thod of torture...

After an hour of this extre tornt, Brix's abundant Inheritor vitality and ntal fortitude were finally exhausted. He lay on the ground, eyes vacant and lifeless, breathing more out than in...

At this mont, Brix was utterly spent, not just physically, but ntally as well...

In the eyes of the young Spider-Man, whose worldview had been shattered and whose gaze had grown numb, Deadpool—who had been happily munching on sunflower seeds beside him—finally stopped the uncivilized act of spitting the shells onto Brix's wounds.

Instead, he crouched down, grabbed Brix by his white long hair, lifted him up, pulled up his own mask to reveal his terrifying, acid-scarred face, forced the vacant-eyed Brix to look directly at him, and grinned savagely:

"Now, you tell your daddy, who am I?"

However, after an hour of living hell, Brix's mind had long since collapsed. How could he possibly answer Deadpool's question?

Only incoherent, unconscious muttering ca from his mouth.

In response, Deadpool very seriously put his ear to Brix's mouth, nodding from ti to ti, as if he truly understood the other's muttering and was listening intently to sothing...

This made the young Spider-Man reassess Deadpool a bit. It seed Deadpool wasn't just a tornt-crazed maniac; he did have his own unique strengths. For instance, being able to understand the speech of soone whose mind had broken—that was quite impre—

*Thwip* ——————

Before this thought could fully form in the young Spider-Man's mind, Deadpool on the other side, without any warning, slit Brix's throat with his knife!

Young Spider-Man:???

The young Spider-Man clutched his head in shock, exclaiming, "What the fuck! Why did you suddenly kill him?!"

Deadpool looked at the young Spider-Man with an expression that said, 'Is there sothing wrong with your brain, kid?':

"He's an enemy. Why shouldn't I kill him? Should I lock him up in prison like that Batman guy next door, wait for him to break out, kill you, then co after for revenge?"

The young Spider-Man thought about it and... well... that did make sense...

But the young Spider-Man still asked, puzzled, "Then if you were going to kill him anyway, why didn't you just do it from the start? Why torture him for a whole hour before killing him?"

This was actually the main reason for his earlier shock.

He had originally thought Deadpool kept the other alive because he was useful, which was why he hadn't finished him off right after the successful ambush.

What he didn't understand was why Deadpool went through all that trouble only to kill him afterward.

There's hardly a Spider-Man from any Universe who can keep his mouth shut, including this young one. So, he voiced this question to Deadpool.

As the self-proclaid best friend of all Spider-n, Deadpool naturally didn't mind wasting a bit of saliva to explain things to this young Spider-Man:

"You're clearly not a kid who pays attention in class. Didn't I say earlier? The Inheritor Family possesses a cloning technology. This one here is just a clone. If I kill him directly, his consciousness will imdiately transfer back to another clone or his main body. That would cause almost no real damage to him!"

"So what I needed to do was inflict severe ntal trauma, so that even after his consciousness transfers back, it will take him a significant amount of ti to recover from the ntal collapse I caused. Ti for a boss who tasked to gather forces to oppose the Inheritor Family!"

"Get it now?"

"Oh my god, talking to you feels like babysitting. This is why I don't like kids. I've decided to rank you among my least favorite Spider-n across all Universes!"

After this incessant rant, having lost interest in this Universe's Spider-Man, Deadpool twisted the bracelet on his right wrist. A semi-transparent orange-yellow portal instantly appeared behind him.

Seeing Deadpool was clearly about to leave, the young Spider-Man hurriedly called out, "Hey, Mr. Deadpool, where are you going now?"

Deadpool turned and winked at the young Spider-Man, saying leisurely, "Of course, I'm going to find my favorite Tobey-Spidey, and my second favorite Andrew-Spidey. You know, the probability of them both being in the sa Universe only happened once on the sacred tiline. So, I'm saying bye-bye to you, you little Dutch spider who hasn't been deflowered by Zendaya yet~"

With that, Deadpool waved at the young Spider-Man and, without waiting for a reply, unhesitatingly fell backward into the orange-yellow portal behind him, disappearing from this Universe.

He left behind only a young Spider-Man, staring at the vanished portal and Inheritor's corpse on the ground, looking utterly bewildered...

Parallel Universe, Earth-99999.

This was the Universe Tobey had initially traveled to, the one deeply connected to him.

Due to the differing flow of ti in the Quantum Realm, when Tobey returned with the Scarlet Witch Wanda from another Universe, only about a day had passed in this one.

The aftershocks of the Battle of New York hadn't even fully settled.

People were still reeling from the shadow of the Chitauri invasion that had struck New York just a day prior, and the awe-inspiring might of the Asgardian army that had appeared to suppress the Chitauri...
