Hiruzen Sarutobi frowned.
"Does that matter?"
"We are creating rumors!"
"What we need is not whether it is true. What we need is whether it can create public opinion effects and cause negative impact for Sunagakure. According to your logic, do I actually have a reason to kill Minato?"
Mitokado Homura fell silent.
Danzo offered a suggestion.
"Hiruzen, I think when creating rumors, it is better to create only one at a ti. If we fabricate two at once, the effect may not be as good."
Hiruzen Sarutobi nodded.
"Danzo, what you said does have so reason. Then we will first fabricate the rumor that Rasa secretly killed Sasori of the Red Sand."

Hiruzen Sarutobi looked at Danzo.
"Danzo, is there anything more important than this? This is a major village matter. Only by letting Rasa taste what it feels like to be attacked by rumors will he restrain himself sowhat."

He walked to the window and looked outside, his eyes flickering.
