Daimon crushed the droids that were surrounding General Valdran and the remaining soldiers with him while motioning for them to stand up. "You warriors did well to hold them off for this long. Reinforcents is on the way but will take so ti before they arrive. So, in the anti General Valdran." Daimon called. "You will create a new command post here while I will go around the planet and start saving the survivors of the planet."
General Valdran nodded his head as he received his orders, but he still had one question. "What will we do about reinforcents in the anti." Daimon lifted his hands in the air as he created a massive Force Barrier around the city where the command post resided. The Barrier would keep droids out, destroying them if they try to enter the barrier and blocked any projectiles that they fire.
While at the sa ti, it would allow any Imperial civilian or military personnel to enter freely without any problem. This was thanks to every citizen within the Imperium having so form of connection via the Force with Daimon.
The Barrier itself was visible to the naked eye, a giant blue sphere that covered the entire city. Outside of the barrier, an entire battalion of droids, five thousand strong, crumbled as they tried to force entry.
Daimon turned to General Valdran who was not that surprised at what he was seeing. "This will protect you will we regroup."
"Thank you, Sir." replied General Valdran.
"Now, I will take my leave. Start gathering any survivors and directing them here. Reinforcents will most likely arrive before anything pressing happens so your main mission now is to just regroup and hold this position." General Valdran nodded as Daimon leaped into the sky and over the do of the city right in front of their faces leaving a few of them stunned.
Every few miles he dropped down, landing in the middle of battles where Gen’Dai and other citizens fought and fell. He assisted thousands of soldiers and saved hundreds of thousands of civilians in half an hour. Those saved were directed at bunkers and other military installations. One of the things Daimon did was to bring the power back into the bunkers he ca across, activating the bunkers barrier which stopped the droids from entering or detecting the bunker with orbital scans.
He continued to move swiftly across N’varos, appearing at critical battlefronts as an unstoppable presence. Each ti he arrived, waves of droids were obliterated and reduced to scrap tal scattered across the battlefields.
At the industrial city of Tarkun, soldiers fighting desperately within a crumbling foundry saw their salvation as Daimon descended like a teor, igniting the enemy droids in an instantaneous inferno. In monts, the surviving Imperials rallied, quickly re-establishing their defensive lines.
In the fertile plains of Solanis, Daimon landed amid a hopeless lee fight. Gen’Dai warriors were fighting fiercely against towering chanical constructs and enslaved alien combatants, their lines on the brink of collapse. Daimon’s form expanded, unleashing a shockwave of the Force that vaporized hostile combatants but left the Imperials untouched. Inspired and reinvigorated, Imperial units swiftly regrouped and fortified their positions.
Everywhere Daimon intervened, the tide rapidly shifted, allowing Imperial troops and civilians precious breathing room. At a secluded bunker in the icy polar region, Daimon appeared to halt an imminent massacre, erecting another barrier that vaporized an entire legion of attacking droids.
However, as Daimon moved to the dense urban sectors near the planetary equator, he sensed an overwhelming danger descending from orbit. Looking skyward, he saw the shadow of a colossal chanical monstrosity, entering the planet’s atmosphere. Its arrival was marked by a seismic shockwave that leveled entire city blocks.
Daimon appeared within the Titan’s path, hovering directly before the chanical giant as it stood taller than any structure on the planet. The Titan unleashed a barrage of weaponry, energy blasts powerful enough to glass entire landscapes. Daimon deflected them, absorbing and redirecting their energy into space, towards the droid fleet.
"Your conquest ends here," Daimon made his voice resonate throughout the planet, echoing into every Imperial mind, bolstering their fighting spirits. The soldier’s eyes started to glow a faint white as they beca filled with the energy to fight and overpower the enemy.
The Titan, unfazed by what happened, began to unleash its full destructive potential, weapon systems erging from every joint and limb. Daimon raised his hands, sending a massive wave of Force energy towards the Titan. A second later, it hit the Titan, stunning it for a few seconds, while Daimon jumped up high in the air above the Titan.
It didn’t have ti to find out where Daimon was before its entire left arm was cut off. Since it didn’t feel pain, it quickly reacted, swiping its hand in Daimon’s direction. The swing connected, but didn’t do any damage as Daimon stopped it with his right hand, then pushed it back.
Landing back on the ground, the Titan fired its weapons at Daimon, creating craters on the ground as he dodged every attack. The Titan now focused solely on Daimon, considering him a top-level threat.
In space, thousands of Imperial ships exited hyperspace, instantly engaging the Abominor fleet that was in orbit. Progenitor Raelos stood on the bridge, coordinating the counteroffensive against this alien invaders. Fighter squadrons sward out of the carriers, intercepting enemy fighters while the capital ships targeted the enemy’s capital ships. The Imperial fleet within minutes had opened up a hole within the enemies formation, allowing for transport ships carrying ground troops to descend upon the planet.
Sensing the arrival of his fleet, Daimon put his lightsaber away and had used both of his hands to pick up the massive Titan. It slowly lifted off the ground until it floated in the air. As it was being held in the air, Daimon created a Force Singularity which was essentially like a gravitational vortex that started to consu the body of the Titan and pull it into a singular point.
The Titan couldn’t even fight back and was totally consud, erasing its entire existence. With the Titan destroyed, Daimon transitioned back to his body that was within his personal chamber onboard his flagship. He got up, walked towards the exit of the chamber, opening the door. Standing in front of the door was, one of Raelos’ assistant, an Officer who was ordered to wait for him to exit the chamber and give him updates.
Daimon erged from his ditation chamber, t imdiately by the waiting officer who saluted. "Your Highness, Progenitor Raelos requests your presence on the bridge. We’ve secured orbital dominance and are initiating planetary reclamation operations."
"Lead the way," Daimon replied, following closely behind as the officer guided him through the busy corridors, bustling with personnel coordinating logistics and battle reports.
On the bridge, Raelos turned from the tactical holo-display, seeing Daimon’s entry into the bridge. "Sir, the enemy fleet has been practically neutralized. Ground forces are currently deploying to reinforce surviving units and secure key locations."
"Excellent," Daimon said, observing the tactical maps displaying real-ti troop deploynts and engagents. "Coordinate rapid-response teams to prioritize evacuations and imdiate dical relief. I want every surviving Gen’Dai citizen accounted for."
"Understood," Raelos acknowledged, directing his aides to issue new orders.
Across N’varos, Imperial transports descended, landing amidst battle-ravaged sectors. Fresh battalions of Imperial soldiers charged forth, imdiately engaging remaining enemy droids. The Imperials fought ruthlessly, pushing outward from each secured landing zone.
General Valdran, bolstered by reinforcents and inspired by Daimon’s earlier intervention, led a renewed offensive from the capital. His voice rang clearly across comms, "Drive them out! For the Imperium!" Soldiers roared, charging forward, reclaiming streets, and sectors once lost to the enemy.
Sector by sector, city by city, the tide irrevocably turned. Enemy droids, now deprived of command support from orbit, were dismantled by Imperial strikes. Captured battle slaves were disard and detained, while surviving citizens erged cautiously from shelters, greeted by soldiers distributing dical aid and supplies.
Back aboard his flagship, Daimon closely monitored progress, satisfaction evident in his calm gaze. The holomap continuously updated, shifting from red to Imperial blue, symbolizing reclaid territory.
"Raelos," Daimon called, "dispatch your Ascendants to handle any remaining high-threat enemies personally. I trust your warriors to swiftly conclude this conflict."
"It will be done, my warriors have been itching for a mont like this," Raelos answered with determination, signaling The Legion of the Twin Suns, to land on the planet and start hunting down any enemies they co across.
Leading the Twin Suns was Colonel Dranvus Hellforged. As soon as the Twin Suns landed on the surface, they started their own massacre of thousands of battle slaves who were trying to flee. Everybody was extrely excited to be defending the people they swore to protect and getting rid of the enemies of not just the Emperor, but of the Imperium as well.
Colonel Dranvus led the charge, wearing the armor of the Twin Suns which had two suns on the chest plate of their armor and dual wielding their own twin Forceblades. Unlike the Progenitors and Force Scions, the Ascendants were not Force sensitive, however, they were created with distinctive abilities that distinguished them from a normal soldier. So, while they couldn’t call upon the Force, their ability to create Forceblades was sothing that they were granted through the genes of their Progenitor, Raelos.
The battle slaves, seeing the tall monstrous armored soldiers, were filled with fear as they tried to run away. They were abandoned by the Droids and forced to fight for survival on an alien planet. In a matter of minutes, they were wiped out as the Twin Suns pushed on.
In the devastated remnants of the Shield Tower, Major Xarnak stood amidst scattered debris and smoke, directing reconstruction and salvage teams. The sight of Imperial banners rising anew amidst the ruins sent a wave of relief and pride through him.
Hours later, the last enemy stronghold in the southern continent fell. Imperial flags rose across N’varos, signifying complete reclamation. Daimon, from the bridge, broadcasted planet-wide, his voice resonant and commanding.
"Citizens of N’varos, today you stood resilient against overwhelming odds. Your bravery and sacrifice shall not be forgotten. N’varos stands free once more, and its wounds shall heal under the watchful care of the Imperium. Those who have attacked my people on this day will be hunted down and destroyed."
Across the battered world, cheers erupted, echoing across battlefields, city streets, and bunkers. Gen’Dai warriors, dics, engineers, and civilians alike shared the triumph, bolstered by the knowledge that their Emperor himself had co to save them and had protected them from the alien invaders.
With N’varos reclaid, Raelos began to initiate reconstruction imdiately. He assigned humanitarian relief and began restoring planetary defenses while ensuring the citizens saw imdiate support in any form that was needed.
Daimon on the other hand surveyed the damage and wanted to see how many they lost. Once he learned this, he would return to Veldari and inform the rest of the Imperium about this tragedy and what their next step was. In his head, he was already preparing a speech that he would give to the people and determining how he would say it.
