It had only been a month, and already they couldn’t hold back.
"Looks like you’re all desperate to tear a piece off the Land of Fire," Tobirama’s eyes narrowed slightly.
"But I won’t let you get what you want..."
Ever since his elder brother passed, he had been preparing for this war.

Tobirama pulled out files listing the Jōnin in the village. Each of them specialized in different types of ninjutsu, so their deploynt had to be considered carefully.
He couldn’t, for example, send a fire-style user to face off against shinobi from the Land of Water, could he?
They needed to go to the battlefield that best suited their abilities—only then could they maximize their strength.
After careful selection, he finalized the list.
"Call all the nas listed here," Tobirama handed the file to the ANBU.
"Understood, Hokage-sama!" The ANBU took the file and left.
"No matter what, the village must not suffer any losses," Tobirama muttered, looking out at the bustling village from his window, his eyes deep and solemn.
To him, Konoha was no longer just the village his brother once founded.

Just then, a masked ANBU appeared in the courtyard.
"Renya-san, Hokage-sama has summoned you."
"Alright, I understand," Renya nodded.
After delivering the ssage, the ANBU disappeared.
Renya watched his retreating back and murmured,
"This guy feels familiar sohow..."
If his intuition wasn’t wrong, then they must know each other in real life.
"Who could it be?"
He didn’t dwell on the matter. Since Tobirama had summoned him, it must be sothing important.

"Renya, Danzō, Koharu—you three will head to the southwest front. Your opponents are shinobi from the Land of Wind."
"Got it!" the three replied.
"Sunagakure shinobi specialize in poison—you’ll need to be especially careful..." Tobirama’s voice trailed off, and his expression suddenly beca strange.
Speaking of poison—wasn’t Renya particularly skilled in that area?
