Aunt Song and Loli’s mom ca back from grocery shopping and saw Lin Fan taking a photo with a beautiful woman at the entrance of the community, looking very close.
"Isn’t this Loli’s boyfriend? Who’s this foxy girl next to him? No way, could he be a scumbag?" Aunt Song exclaid in surprise.
From her expression, you could tell she’s a typical gossip-loving old lady who likes to stir up trouble.
Upon hearing this, Loli’s mom indeed looked upset. No one could accept their daughter’s boyfriend being a scumbag.
However, Lin Fan had long noticed their presence but pretended not to see them. He put on a serious face and said to the beautiful woman beside him, "Miss, you’ve co up to take a photo with because you’re drawn to my handsoness and wealth. Out of politeness, I obliged. Now you want to get in my car too? Strictly speaking, I don’t really know you; you’re just a passerby to . I’m sorry, I have a girlfriend whom I love very much, and I refuse your excessive request. Please leave!"
Seeing Lin Fan’s righteous deanor, the woman felt ashad and left covering her face.
Passersby around him gave Lin Fan a thumbs-up.
"Well done, young man!"
"Positive energy!"
"Handso, rich, and has such upright values!"
"So envious of his girlfriend, she’s really lucky!"
Hearing the complints from those around, Loli’s mom was very pleased, and Lin Fan’s words just now earned her praise as well.
"See, you misunderstood my son-in-law. My son-in-law is not a scumbag!" Loli’s mom chided Aunt Song.
Aunt Song nodded embarrassedly, her expression awkward.
She’s the type who likes to see others in trouble, so being proven wrong by Lin Fan made her feel quite uncomfortable.
Lin Fan found it amusing internally, grateful that he was clever enough to redeem his image in ti. If he left a bad impression on Loli’s mom, he’d also have trouble explaining to the police officer sister.
He pretended to just notice the two of them and exclaid in surprise, "Oh, isn’t this Aunt Song? This must be auntie, nice to et you, I’m Lin Fan, Lily’s boyfriend."
Lin Fan walked over with a smile.
Loli’s mom smiled broadly, "Indeed, where’s Lily? Didn’t she co back with you?"
Lin Fan replied, "She asked to wait for her here, she should be back soon."
"Alright," Loli’s mom said with a smile, sizing up Lin Fan. The young man was indeed handso. The more she looked at her son-in-law, the more she liked him.
Aunt Song laughed, "The young man is really good. We both heard what you said, your values are upright. Sister Lian, I’m really envious of you. Where can you find such a good son-in-law?"
Lin Fan smiled without responding. Aunt Song was really just a gossip; earlier she took the opportunity to stir trouble. Now she’s praising, just going with the flow. If given the chance, she might play tricks again. Lin Fan really had no patience for such a person.
Loli’s mom, nad Lu ilian, was pleased with Aunt Song’s words and said, "Enough of that, Little Fan, quickly co to our place. We live in building 12. Drive to the bottom of the building and wait for us."
Lin Fan nodded, "Okay, I’ll head over now."
Then he returned to the car and drove into the community.
Watching the top-tier supercar, Lu ilian felt delighted and clicked her tongue, "Old Song, where do you think Loli found such a young man? This girl used to have no luck with blind dates, and she ended up finding such a good one on her own!"
Handso, wealthy, young, and loyal—a perfect catch!
Aunt Song said, "I don’t know. I had found a coal boss for her, which was pretty good too. Who knew she had already found soone."
Lu ilian laughed, "How can your coal boss compare to Little Fan! Let’s go back quickly and cook sothing nice for my future son-in-law."
Seeing Lu ilian’s cheerful look, Aunt Song rolled her eyes behind her back and felt quite upset.
She had painstakingly arranged so many blind dates for Loli, but none could compare to Lin Fan, making her feel her efforts were wasted.
The two chatted as they walked into the community, heading towards building 12.
Before reaching the bottom of the building, they suddenly noticed a group of people gathered under building 11, making a commotion and all looking up at sothing.
Out of curiosity, they went over, and following everyone’s gaze, they were both startled!
About ten floors up, from a window ledge, ca the sound of a child crying. A small boy, about three or four years old, had his feet dangling out of the burglar-proof screen, his body stuck in it. If he wasn’t rescued quickly, he might fall!
Initially, the community residents, hearing the child’s cries, were puzzled, trying to locate the source until they discovered this alarming scene.
So enthusiastic residents quickly went to the house, only to find the iron door tightly shut. Clearly, there were no adults at ho!
The careless parents had left a three or four-year-old child at ho alone!
The child must not understand anything and sohow climbed onto the ledge!
The situation was extrely dire, as the young boy could fall at any mont!
"What to do, we’ve reported to the fire departnt, but they won’t co that fast!"
"If he falls, it will be terrible. We can’t catch him!"
"How could the parents be so careless!"
The crowd buzzed with discussions, worrying about the boy and criticizing the parents, creating a noisy scene.
Lu ilian, anxious, had red eyes, "The poor child, soone quickly save him!"
Aunt Song sighed, "Who can save him, unless Spider-Man cos."
She thought she was being funny and couldn’t help but chuckle, only to stop when she saw Lu ilian genuinely looked distressed.
Though Aunt Song was quite tactless, she was right. To save the young boy, there were two ways. One was to break in, but this had been ruled out as the house installed an iron door for anti-theft, which couldn’t be easily broken by ordinary people. Besides, it might be too late to break in now.
The second way was to climb up!
However, the building was quite flat, and unless you were a superhero like Spider-Man or a professional climber with full equipnt, climbing up was nearly impossible for most people.
While everyone was anxious, a young man walked over quickly from the side.
So observant people noticed that the young man had just gotten out of a top-tier supercar under building 12 and imdiately rushed over upon noticing the commotion here.
Lin Fan!
He glanced up at the boy’s situation and said solemnly, "There’s no ti, we must save him now!"
Saying that, Lin Fan walked straight to the wall, grabbed a window edge, and started to climb up!
The situation was urgent!
Originally, Lin Fan intended to break in, which wasn’t difficult with the energy in his body now, but he judged there wasn’t enough ti.
He feared that even before he could get up there, the child would have fallen.
Surprised that soone was attempting to climb up to rescue, everyone’s eyes turned to Lin Fan.
"Ah, isn’t that Little Fan?"
Lu ilian exclaid in shock.
Aunt Song was also stunned; it was Lin Fan!
