In the small hotel room, three shirtless n were caught red-handed by the police who stord in. However, the three n vehently denied the allegations, claiming they had no intention of assaulting the intoxicated female.
"You booked the room here beforehand, then took the girl out drinking, got her drunk, and brought her here. You're saying this wasn't preditated to harm her?"
Loli fud, these three n were indeed shaless. Caught in the act, yet still arguing.
"Officer, even though you are a police officer, you can't wrongly accuse us, good citizens. It's a fact we didn't harm her. You can see for yourself, she's lying fine and intact on the bed!" Brother Pang said.
Shaless, utterly shaless.
Sure, the police prevented the assault, so they hadn't actually hard the girl. The question is, can they escape legal consequences just because of that?
If they are to be punished by law, do they have to complete the assault to be punished?
The lead officer said sternly, "How do you explain being shirtless?"
Brother Pang said, "It's because the weather is too hot, we were just cooling off, it was a misunderstanding, sorry."
The lead officer said in a deep voice, "With a drunk girl here, you three n stripped to your boxers, claiming to be cooling off, do you take us for fools?"
Brother Pang said, "No, officer, we're just cooling off, it's true, we're not deceiving you, you can believe us, after all, you see she's lying here completely untouched!"
The lead officer said, "You know the conversation you had along the way has been monitored, right? Those words can prove your intent to assault this lady!"
Brother Pang said, "I know, it's the policewoman who set us up. But what we said was just joking, can't be taken seriously. We're close, so we joked around. Anyway, we didn't really harm her, right? Now, does joking break the law?"
This Brother Pang seized upon the fact that they hadn't actually assaulted the girl as a point to exonerate himself.
As long as he hadn't actually hard the girl, everything else could be explained as a joke. Joking isn't against the law; a joke gone too far might rit a warning, but no jail ti.
It's safe to say this Brother Pang held onto this point tightly, hoping to dodge the charge.
Loli was furious; truly shaless.
"Let explain what happened. Tonight, my friend and I were having a late-night snack when we saw these three n drinking with the girl. The three n were suspicious, suspected of conspiring to get the girl drunk, so I approached to understand the situation. I don't believe the things they said during this process were just jokes, especially the vulgar things said after entering the room. Shaless to claim those were jokes!" Loli said coldly.
The Skinny Tall Guy and Blonde Hair didn't speak. Since the police ca in, they seed to be terrified.
This Brother Pang, however, remained calm and said, "Officer, you have no friends, do you? No, more precisely, you have no close friends with whom you can joke around. You wouldn't understand the closeness between us. We're friends who can joke like this, don't fra us with your thinking. It's an injustice, like snow in June!"
Loli said angrily, "Is that so? Anyway, tonight everything has been docunted as evidence. You'd better save your words for the court, see if the judge believes you!"
"No need to wait for court, we can reveal their true colors now."
A voice said, and everyone turned to see Lin Fan walked in, actually grabbing the small hotel owner like a chick.
The small hotel owner looked ashen at the mont, seemingly clueless about what's happening.
"What's going on?" Loli asked.
The police also seed puzzled.
Lin Fan glanced at Brother Pang, "You said you didn't touch this girl and what you said was just a joke?"
Brother Pang assud Lin Fan was a policeman; he could only reply when asked, "That's right, we were just joking!"
Lin Fan said, "You an you didn't touch her?"
Brother Pang said, "Of course, as long as you're not blind, you can see she's lying there intact, clothes tidy!"
The lead officer said sternly, "Watch your words!"
Brother Pang said, "Sorry, we're wrongfully accused, naturally feeling uncomfortable. What I'm trying to say is, we didn't harm her, it was all a joke."
Lin Fan said, "You really didn't touch her? You know there's a law for attempted assault, right? Although you haven't hard her yet, that's because the police stopped you, but you had the intention to harm her and put it into action, only failing due to reasons outside your will. This can be punished under the attempted assault. Officers, you know the law better than I do, how is attempted assault judged?"
The lead officer said, "Attempted assault is also a violation of the law. Legally, it's treated like the cri itself but punished leniently, aning a prison term of at least three to ten years. Even lightly, at least three years!"

Lin Fan wasn't trying to intimidate them, just stating a fact. For criminals, there is legal punishnt and social punishnt. If you believe that coming out of prison is the end, you're mistaken. Social punishnt is the most terrifying, as it's a lifelong sentence, even after death, it'll be spoken of.
Especially for heinous cris like assaulting won, social death is the most severe, hated by society for life.
In simple terms, life is ruined.
Upon hearing this, the Skinny Tall Guy and Blonde Hair were sweating profusely, evidently scared witless.
The Skinny Tall Guy said hoarsely, "Don't talk nonsense, we didn't intend to assault her, we didn't touch her, what Brother Pang said is true!"
Blonde Hair said, "So you're not a cop…not a policeman, we always thought you were one. You have no right to investigate us!"
Brother Pang sneered, "Ah, so you're not a cop, I haven't accused you of impersonating one yet. Who do you think you are? We're talking to the police, what's it got to do with you to interfere!"
