"Dad, why the rush? I wanted to rest more in this village. Can I stay an extra day and return tomorrow?" Ming Yuexin had enjoyed her ti in Taohua Village so much that she was almost reluctant to leave.
"Alright, you can return tomorrow." Ming Heying nodded.
"Yuexin, you're leaving tomorrow? Is this your family?" Just then, Zhou Ruolan returned and felt sowhat saddened upon hearing that Ming Yuexin was leaving tomorrow. After spending several days together, they had beco like sisters, with a sense of regret at having not t sooner.
However, she also understood that soone like Ming Yuexin certainly didn't belong here.
"Yes, Sister Ruolan. I have to leave eventually." Ming Yuexin sighed.
"Young lady, young man, thank you both for saving my daughter." Ming Heying said politely to Li Chuan and Zhou Ruolan.
Upon seeing the aura of this elderly man, Li Chuan imdiately knew he was no ordinary person, and he didn't want to get too involved with these people, so he nodded with a smile, saying, "Sir, it was what we should do, no need to be polite."
