Lin Leqing walked excitedly toward the door, but noticed her cousin hadn’t followed. She waited for a mont before she saw her co out and asked, puzzled, "Cousin, what’s wrong?"
"Nothing!" Li Muchen shook her head, but her face held a hint of embarrassnt and dejection.
She just didn’t want her younger cousin to notice, so she forced a smile.
The two of them soon t up with Chen Jincheng and Sister Hong.
Lin Leqing hurried forward to greet them. "Senior, Sister Hong."
"All ready to go?" Chen Jincheng asked with a smile.
"Mhm, no problem." Lin Leqing nodded. She had already studied the script carefully, and her cousin had even coached her. She was confident she could perform the expressions and actions for the scenes perfectly.
"Then let’s get ready to head out!" Chen Jincheng said with a smile.
Lao Chen had already led so people to get shades, light reflectors, and sliders from the storage room, along with the caras for the shoot.
They were, by all accounts, thoroughly prepared.
It wasn’t that you absolutely had to use this equipnt for a long-form story video, or that a phone was out of the question. Rather, using this gear would definitely result in better image quality, a more cinematic feel, and stronger carawork.
Better image quality, texture, and carawork were all pluses for a video, and Tiao Yin’s algorithm would also grant it more traffic.
"Boss, this is today’s shooting schedule. Please take a look." Xing held out a docunt, handing it over with a delicate air.
Chen Jincheng saw Xing and his eyes swept over her.
The girl was actually wearing a rather proper secretary’s outfit today.
’Hmm, the suit jacket and skirt set on the outside are indeed proper. It’s just that pairing them with an ultra-low-cut lace bustier—the kind that wouldn’t even pass censorship in a video—and that pair of sheer stockings makes it all a bit improper again.’
’It’s the kind of look that says, "I’m dressed very professionally on the outside, but I’m still trying to tempt you, and in a way that you can’t even complain about."’
’The scheming of a little green tea secretary.’
’So, not just anyone can be a "green tea" girl. At the very least, their subtle fashion sches show a keen grasp of male psychology.’
’Looking at his little secretary’s outfit, as her boss, he quite liked it.’
’The girls at the company all dressed nicely, but the ones from the nightclub scene were straightforwardly slutty, wearing revealing clothes. The "green tea" girls recruited from car shows, however, were clearly dressed provocatively, yet they had a way of making n not feel like they were being slutty.’
’It’s a difference in class.’
’As for ordinary girls, like those e-girls, their fashion is just random. Their class is even lower than the girls from the nightclub scene.’
Chen Jincheng took the docunt from Xing’s hand with a smile and began to read it.
Although he had co up with the script’s concept, Sister Hong and Lao Chen had been handling the shooting schedule. Even though he was the boss, he had to follow it during filming.
He could use his "boss privilege," but doing so wouldn’t be good for the shooting progress or team morale.
’Following the rules when he should is all for the sake of his own career.’
A short while later, the group left Second-Life Star and headed for the filming location.
Sister Hong had rented a 7-seater van to transport the equipnt, and the film crew could ride in it as well.
In addition, Chen Jincheng’s BMW 5 Series was also being used to drive Lao Chen, Sister Hong, and Lin Leqing. Li Muchen, naturally, went with Lin Leqing.
As for Chen Jincheng, he, of course, would be driving his own Lamborghini.
He had just opened his car door when Xing, the little secretary, happily followed, opening the passenger door and hopping in.
You could tell she was in a good mood; after all, she got to ride in the boss’s Lamborghini again.
After getting in the car, the first thing she did was pull out her phone to film a selfie video. Moreover, she found a great angle that could capture both herself and the boss, while also getting the Lamborghini’s logo in the shot.
Seeing her actions, Chen Jincheng also flashed a peace sign at the cara.
’He understood his little secretary’s intentions and was naturally willing to give her so emotional validation.’
’It was like he always said: he always gave sothing back to the girls he fooled around with.’
’As long as they didn’t pressure him for a commitnt or an official title, he would satisfy whatever requests he could. This was especially true for trivial emotional validation like this. It was an effortless gesture for him, and it could make a girl happy for a long ti, so why not?’
Seeing her boss cooperate, the girl’s face lit up with joy after she finished her selfie video. She imdiately opened WeChat and posted it to her Monts.

The mont she posted it, her WeChat friends started liking it one after another. Most of them were car models she had added in the past.
"Xing, I’m genuinely so jealous!"
"Xing, you’ve really made it."
"I wish I could join Second-Life Star so bad."
"..."
Seeing these envious comnts, Xing’s sense of satisfaction grew even stronger. She imdiately opened Tiao Yin and posted the sa video to her account.

That’s right, she was going to start a livestream.
Now that she was the boss’s secretary, she wasn’t like the company’s other signed artists who were required to stream at different tis to divide the traffic. This was because many of Second-Life Star’s livestream viewers were fans of the boss.
Or rather, a large portion of them were the boss’s die-hard fans.
The boss’s streaming schedule was irregular; he usually stread for a bit around noon and almost never at night.
His die-hard fans would be left "holess," so they would watch the girls from Second-Life Star, especially a few of the Miss Chengs, as if they were vicarious shareholders in the company.
As a result, the girls could get a lot of that traffic.
But if they all stread at the sa ti, the traffic would be split, and each person would attract fewer viewers.
So, it was better for them to stream at different tis.
But as the secretary, her livestreams could be much more spontaneous. She didn’t have that restriction and could go live whenever she wanted.
