He put away his phone, and just as he was about to reply to Little Maru, he noticed his secretary, Xing, looking at him hesitantly.
"What is it?" Chen Jincheng could tell she had sothing on her mind.
Seeing her boss ask, Xing quickly said, "Boss, didn’t you say that once I committed to the ’secretary’ persona, I could endorse and sell secretary-style clothing when the shopping cart feature launches?"
"Yes, I did," Chen Jincheng nodded.
Now that Xing was his secretary and had committed to that persona, her niche for endorsents and rchandise would have to be focused in that direction.
Xing quickly said, "I’ve designed a secretary outfit myself. I’d like you to take a look, and if it’s good, I want to try starting my own brand of secretary-thed clothing."
"You know how to design clothes, too?" Chen Jincheng was genuinely surprised.
Xing imdiately explained, "Actually, my background is in fashion design. I started out working at a large apparel company. Later, an opportunity to beco a car show model ca up, and since it paid more, I quit."
Chen Jincheng hadn’t known that. Seeing the expectant look on his beautiful secretary’s face, he nodded and said, "Alright, let see the outfit."
"Mhm!" Xing nodded imdiately, then hurried to shut and lock the office door.
Chen Jincheng felt that sothing was a bit off. Then he saw her pick up the small bag she’d been carrying, open it, and take out an outfit.
’So she already has a finished product.’
This made him look at Xing with a wry smile.

When she had changed into the secretary outfit she designed, picked up a file to look the part, and sat down at the secretary’s desk, Chen Jincheng’s eyes lit up.
The secretary outfit Xing had designed was thed around seductive black. The blouse had a low-cut neckline that revealed her collarbones, creating an incredibly strong allure.
The rather short skirt, paired with her slender legs, was incredibly tempting. But the key was the accessories: she had also put on a pair of stockings with red garters and a pair of stilettos.
The entire ensemble was simply divine.
Chen Jincheng couldn’t help but marvel; this girl really understood design, and she clearly understood the male psyche, too.
From a boss’s perspective, he had to give it a big thumbs-up. He was certain that the vast majority of bosses would love for their secretaries to dress like this.
Seeing the approval in her boss’s eyes, Xing happily walked over, sat directly on his lap, and wrapped her arms around his neck. "Boss, what do you think of the secretary outfit I designed?"
"Mmm, it’s very alluring. I like it a lot," Chen Jincheng praised with a smile.
Hearing his praise, Xing said happily, "Boss, you’ve been planning the shopping cart feature, right? When it’s ready, could we sell the secretary outfits I design on it? I’d like to give it a shot."
As for the shopping cart, Chen Jincheng had only planned for three specific product campaigns so far: one for Sister Feiye’s shampoo, one for Yinyin’s stockings, and one for Jiang Xiaobai’s pajamas.
But now, seeing Xing in this outfit, he didn’t mind adding a fourth. Her ensemble was right up his alley, and since Xing had designed it herself, he was happy to give talent a chance.
"Mmm, we can give it a try," Chen Jincheng said with a nod.
But Xing purred, "Boss, there’s one more thing. Will you help ?"
"What is it?" Chen Jincheng asked, confused.
Xing said with an expectant look, "Boss, could you invest so money in so I can set up a design studio for my secretarial apparel brand? That way, I can find a contract manufacturer to produce the clothes for sale. I’ll only take 49% of the equity; the rest is all yours, boss. Please?"
’So she’s playing the honey trap card on .’
’The nerve.’
"With you being this ambitious, how could I possibly say no? We can figure out how much you need later," Chen Jincheng said with a laugh, lifting his beautiful secretary onto the office desk.
He wasn’t agreeing to invest in her purely because he lusted after her body. He genuinely felt that her clothing designs were very alluring and that the project had real potential. It was a solid business idea.
Besides, many online influencers start their own brands after they get famous, and a lot of them turn out to be very successful.
Since Xing had what it took, why shouldn’t he support her?
’He could even get the company’s other talents to think about it. Maybe so of them could create their own brands, too. It might lead to a pleasant surprise.’
Just as he placed Xing on the desk, his phone buzzed with another ssage. It was from Little Maru—a string of question marks. He still hadn’t gotten back to her about checking on her vocal practice.
"I’ll ssage you tonight!" Chen Jincheng replied with a smile. He then put his phone down and turned his grinning face to his beautiful secretary, Xing.
