The entire duration lasted less than a month. Or to be precise, 26 standard Terra days.
The actual combat ti in between was only 14 days. The rest of the ti was spent on the troops already assembled, marching along the road.
The operation involved the two battle groups pointed out by Gu Hang, plus a part of the Alliance navy. They executed annihilation strikes against the ’traitor battle group’ Li Guang Sword, under the guise of being employed by the temporary governnt of the Eastern Cosmos Domain.
The battle group fleet of the two battle groups, plus the Alliance navy, comprised a total of eleven large warships of battleship cruiser level and above, which even included an Emperor-class battleship.
The overwhelming naval power took only five days to swiftly destroy the outer defense of Li Guang Star.
Afterward, the joint forces of Yellow Springs Seagull and Blood Shark descended to land on the exposed starport, where they engaged in a decisive battle with Li Guang Sword.
Li Guang Sword’s erroneous decision to not abandon the starport cost them dearly. Four companies stubbornly defended the starport, but after two days of fighting, over three hundred warriors of Li Guang Sword were slaughtered in the starport.
Blood Shark and Yellow Springs Seagull invested over six hundred troops, not only having a nurical and combat strength advantage but also possessing aircraft delivered by carriers and small warships to provide fire support at close range. Originally, those planets that signed confirmation letters and acknowledged the proxy governnt of the Cosmos Domain unwillingly were all dumbfounded. The toughest bone was so quickly and utterly defeated, it was terrifying.
Even a Starfighter Battle Group defending with full force, recalling all troops, and stubbornly holding their ho planet was beaten like this, then what could the ordinary planets do?
The Alliance doesn’t even need to mobilize extensively to easily destroy them head-on.
Moreover, inside their planets, there are countless supporters of the Alliance.

What shocked the most were the other three battle groups within the Eastern Cosmos Domain.

They even had experiences fighting side by side.
They understand Li Guang Sword’s combat capability, which is not a fragile battle group. Even as a sub-group of Infinite Corps, inheriting the traditions of Infinite Corps, Li Guang Sword’s operational status was the best among the four battle groups, always maintaining troops at peak status—it’s a full-strength group. And what about them?
