In the smoke of battle, the surviving warriors started striking their shields with warhamrs, the steel symphony of the Steel Bone Butcher and the plasma hum of the Ironfist Ambassador weaving into an ancient rhythm. Bach’er bent down to pick up a half-bloodstained orange-red shoulder armor, the Ring of Punishnt symbol on it was seeping blood—exactly like the one shattered forty years ago when Ouyi took a poison blade cannon shot for him.
"Will the reinforcents inherit this?" He wiped the blood from the tal fragnt. Ouyi ca over and tore open the damaged neck armor, revealing a fierce glacier crack tattoo beneath—each Ironfist warrior brands this mark at the sa spot when they rise to veterans.
"Bloodlines can be copied, souls cannot." The Battle Group Leader pointed at the Pharmacist collecting genetic seeds, "What are those kids engraving on the Holy Armor?" Bach’er moved closer to the new warrior’s armor, finding densely packed runic text amidst the bullet marks, nas from generations of fallen Ironfist Ambassadors.
When the blue light of orbital bombardnt pierced the clouds, the banners of the two battle groups were already planted in the furnace core of the Green Skin Farm. Steel Bone warriors decorated their power armors with beastman teeth, while Ironfist recruits sang the Punishnt Hymn around the bodies of fallen brothers. Bach’er looked at the plasma-scorched battlefield and suddenly realized the brand new majestic armor in the sunset glead with the sa matte finish as the old Sky Eagle Armor.
Iron-grey armored masses raced across scorched earth, the roar of blast bomb guns making Bach’er’s ears tremble. He watched with his own eyes as an Ironfist Ambassador warrior leapt from a transport hatch, the power backpack blasting blue trail flas—mid-air, he shattered the engine of a green skin truck with a thermite cannon, and the exploding tal fragnts rained into the beastman crowd like a downpour.
"Leave the right flank to !" Ouyi’s shout exploded in the comms channel. Bach’er glimpsed an arc light of orange-red arm armor in the smoke, the Terminator Squad led by the Ironfist Battle Captain was using Thunder Battle Hamrs to pierce the green skin’s defenses. The warriors of the Steel Bone Butcher instantly contracted their formation, forming a death vortex with chain-saw swords to strangle the stragglers.
The unique stench of beastn suddenly intensified. Bach’er backhanded a leaping jumper, with the foul green blood splattering onto the Steel Skull Badge on his power armor shoulder. His peripheral vision scoured the battlefield, finding Ironfist warriors retaining the iconic trident advancent formation—the left and right wing blast bomb gunners alternately covering, while the Central Assault Team forever held high the Earth Splitting Battle Banner inherited from the Punisher Legion.
"Waaagh!!"
The deafening roar erged from beneath the earth, the entire plain suddenly surged like waves. A beastman warlord twenty ters tall burst through the rock layers, a rusty power claw tearing open five Chira transport vehicles. Bach’er felt his teeth clattering, the tallic skulls hanging on the monster jangling, each from an Interstellar Warrior it had shredded.
"Holy Blood above..." Instinctively, the Steel Bone Battle Captain reached for his Holy Relic Box at his waist, seeing Ouyi already draw his Punishnt Type Power Sword. The warriors of the Ironfist Ambassador simultaneously unfolded their foldable boarding shields, their movents identical to when they confronted gene thieves in the Salamas Nest Capital forty years ago.
"Old rules?" Ouyi’s voice was tinged with laughter, the scorching red light leaking from the visor seams. Bach’er suddenly recalled their youthful tis of jointly slaying Terran warriors, the doubts within dispersing like morning fog under the sun. He heavily struck his chest armor, the Steel Bone Butchers imdiately split into three forming wedge formations.
As Ironfist’s Terminators lted through the warlord’s knees with thermite torrents, Bach’er was leading the first veteran company climbing up the monster’s back. His chain-saw sword wedged into an armor seam, the flying sparks stained his visor crimson. A familiar battle cry suddenly arose from below—decades later ten Ironfist recruits used a human ladder to hoist Ouyi into the air, the Battle Group Leader’s sword blade blazing an ion arc light that made it impossible to open one’s eyes.
"For The Emperor!!" Blades from two generations of Battle Group Leaders simultaneously pierced the beastman’s eye socket. Amidst the muffled sound of skulls shattering, Bach’er heard the clash of steel and iron, just like their first joint charge under a glacier on the mother star. When the warlord fell with a boom, he saw Ouyi’s battle flag planted in the monster’s chest, the scorched black bullet holes on the flag identical to those from the battle thirty years ago to aid the Steel Bone Mother Star.
