Feeling the rare tranquility, Fang Cheng slowly stretched out his arms and started to move his muscles and bones.

It’s been many days since he last exercised normally, and he felt like all his strength was bottled up, his body slightly itching.

"Let’s go out for so morning exercise."

Fang Cheng murmured to himself, unable to suppress a surge of impulse in his heart.

In such a picturesque environnt, the intense desire to thoroughly work his body and sweat it out.

Thinking it, he acted. Fang Cheng quickly freshened up, took out the prepared lightweight workout clothes from the wardrobe, and swiftly changed into them.

He lifted his wrist and glanced at the sports watch given to him by Zhou Xiui.

The fluorescent screen displayed the ti: 6:09.

With a slight curve of his lips, everything was ready. He then stepped out of the room with a steady stride.

The light in the corridor was dim, enveloped in silence.

The doors of the two neighboring rooms remained firmly shut, with no sound escaping.

His grandfather, uncle, and mother were probably still sound asleep, so he tread carefully and quickly headed toward the elevator.

He hardly encountered any staff on his way, the entire hotel seemingly imrsed in the darkness before dawn.

Exiting the revolving glass door, a refreshing air tinged with a slight chill hit him.

Taking a deep breath, the chill penetrated his heart and lungs.

It felt like a gentle hand softly brushed away the lingering laziness and fatigue from his body.

Fang Cheng felt instantly invigorated, his eyes brightly focused on Yulong Lake, half-veiled by the morning mist in the distance.

Today’s training plan officially comnced!

He first ran a segnt along the empty lakeside, then arrived at a series of low rolling hills.

While out yesterday for a stroll, he noticed a small park hidden in the woods while passing through this area.

Inside, there were so basic fitness facilities, including horizontal bars, parallel bars, rowing machines, and such, which he particularly took note of.

Following the winding path, he pressed onward; the stone path underfoot was a bit slippery.

Dewdrops from the nightti fog had not yet completely dissipated.

The flora along the path seed slightly withered, yet many hardy green plants stood resilient.

Frost flowers adorned the leaves, vaguely shimring in the dim light, like tiny crystals.

Soon, he smoothly arrived at the training site he rembered.

Fang Cheng’s gaze slowly swept across the surroundings.

In his view, apart from the dusky silhouettes of facilities and pavilion outlines, no other human figures were to be found.

Lush trees and faint mist encompassed this small park.

Occasional insect chirps and bird calls further emphasized the serenity of the place.

Subsequently, Fang Cheng’s eyes settled on the ticulously arranged fitness facilities.

In the dim environnt, the polished horizontal bar glistened with a cold light, seemingly waiting quietly for soone to challenge it.

Fang Cheng felt a warmth in his heart, quickly took off his clothes, and hung them on the horizontal bar.

Then he moved to the leaf-covered ground and first practiced Air Attack, performing a set of Tai Chi Boxing.

Each form unfolded slowly, seemingly gentle but actually containing a harmonious blend of strength and softness.

As his feet moved through the leaves, they made a gentle "rustle" sound, floating lightly with the wind generated by his punches.

The mist seed to thicken with the night and was even blown into the window.

The surrounding mist drifted lightly, tendril by tendril, brushing against his skin with an extraordinarily crisp coolness.

With each breath, it perated his lungs, bringing an imdiate sense of ntal clarity and acuity.

His body and mind further relaxed in this extrely soothing exercise.

Completing the set of punches was akin to finishing a warm-up.

Fang Cheng then walked toward the nearby horizontal bar, grasped the bar, jumped slightly, and began his physical training.

After days of inactivity, his body felt like a rusty machine, creaking with each set of movents.

However, with every completed standard move, he vividly felt the relief of stretched muscles from their tension, releasing strength like a bursting dam.

Quickly, the once-rusty muscles and bones seed infused with oil, becoming smooth and agile.

He completed a set of around 100 one-handed pull-ups.

Continuing on, Fang Cheng practiced single-leg squats, six-finger push-ups, one-handed hanging leg raises, one-handed handstand pushups, and the Iron Plate Bridge.

His figure constantly changed positions in the open space among the trees, every move executed ticulously, steady, and powerful.

The expected training volu today wasn’t large, nor was there an intentional pursuit of high load, mainly serving a restorative purpose.

Unnoticed, the east gradually lightened with a fish-belly white hue, as the first light of dawn quietly appeared.

The golden rays, like lively threads, pierced through the misty surface of the lake, reflecting sparkling ripples like scattered flecks of gold.

Then, piercing through the leafy green barriers, scattered patches of golden light fell onto the forest’s open space.

The muscular silhouette kept rising and falling, leaping amid the interplay of light and shadow.

He appeared like a skilled dancer, showcasing srizing techniques.

Gradually, beads of sweat started to erge on Fang Cheng’s forehead, crystal clear and glistening in the morning light.

At this mont, faint footsteps began to be heard around him.

Early exercisers started passing by on the nearby paths.

So were dressed in lightweight sportswear, moving briskly, while others wore headphones, imrsed in their rhythm, adding a touch of vitality to the forrly serene morning.

However, Fang Cheng wasn’t disturbed by this and didn’t stop his actions.

At this mont, he was wholly imrsed in his training, thoroughly enjoying the pleasure of sweating it out, his mind seemingly lding with the winter morning’s nature and tranquil environnt.
