In the shabby office, the scent of engine oil and the pungent sll of smoke intermingled, spreading unchecked.

An incandescent lamp hung from the ceiling, casting a dim light on the figures sitting in a circle.

Illuminating a few faces, either grave or expectant.

"Cough, cough..."

Suddenly, a slight cough broke the silence.

"Crow, can’t you smoke one less cigarette?"

A crisp voice like a yellow warbler followed, with a hint of dissatisfaction.

"Sorry, I’m a bit sleepy, trying to refresh myself."

Li Dingjian yawned as he stubbed the half-burnt cigarette in the ashtray.

"Open the window, let so air in."

The Professor spoke in a deep voice, instructing.

Upon hearing this, Big Hamr imdiately stood up and strode toward the window.

As the window creaked open, fresh air, carrying the chill of the night, poured in, dispelling the stale atmosphere inside.

Everyone’s spirits lifted as they refocused their attention on the central figure, the graceful lady.

She wore a black long dress, and her smooth long hair cascaded over her shoulders.

Her eyes sparkled as if they contained bright stars.

Even through the lenses, one could sense the brilliant radiance within them.

anwhile, the pen in her hand glided lightly over the drawing paper, as if imbued with life, wandering freely with her thoughts.

The room was silent.

Besides the faint sounds of breathing, only the delicate rustling of the pen tip on the paper remained, as if narrating scenes of stories.

Gradually, the lines stretched and unfolded, and a detailed and vivid drawing erged.

Everyone held their breath involuntarily, eyes wide open, watching intently.

On the white paper, a foggy forest ca alive.

The mist twisted among the gray-black trunks, making the woods appear deep and mysterious.

A few people with mouths agape seed to be shouting sothing desperately.

Behind them appeared so eerie shadows, lurking in the mist.

So were hunched, others long and twisted, indistinct, as if crawling out of Hell to devour people.

Even in re representation on paper, it exuded an uncanny aura that raised goosebumps.

And deeper in the dense fog, a blurry silhouette of a towering giant tree erged.

The tree soared into the clouds, its trunk so thick it would take dozens to encircle.

Its massive canopy appeared subtly in the mist, with firefly-like points of light floating and dancing.

Adding an indescribable mysterious hue to the already eerie scene.

One had to admire the artist’s exceptional skill in capturing such an essence.

Li Dingjian and the others, though impressed, looked at each other with eyes full of puzzlent.

Not understanding what this painting truly ant.

"Xiao Chu, is this what you predicted would happen in two days?"

The Professor pondered briefly, then looked up at the artist, his gaze probing.

"Yes."

Lin Chuqiao nodded slightly, put down her pen, and lifted a hand to rub her sore brow.

After a long sigh, she expressed her confusion:

"During the last prediction, I already felt sothing was off, and this attempt feels stranger, there’s not even a shadow of the Jinbapen bottle..."

The Professor, hearing this, took a deep breath.

The results of the three predictions were completely different, clearly indicating a crucial variable.

Either the Jinbapen bottle involves too many powers, making the situation intricate, resulting in vastly differing outcos.

Or, soone else is also employing so covert abilities, obscuring truth intentionally.

This causes Lin Chuqiao to only glimpse a fragnt occasionally, unable to see the whole picture accurately.

Just which one is closer to the true scene?

As everyone pondered, Lin Chuqiao further explained:

"My predictive ability becos more accurate as it gets closer to the real scene, so although this prediction seems highly deviated, its reliability should be higher."

"Miss Lin ans, the real Jinbapen bottle possibly isn’t in that manor?"

Li Dingjian’s eyebrows twitched suddenly, a hint of doubt flashing in his eyes as he posed a potential scenario.

"That’s not right!"

Hearing this, Big Hamr interjected in a booming voice:

"Didn’t those guys who escaped say they saw the Jinbapen bottle with their own eyes, hidden in the manor’s underground vault?"

"Oh my, Big Hamr, don’t you like to think more?"

Sitting next to him, Bai Ling couldn’t help but speak up.

Big Hamr, hearing this, retorted defiantly: "Why do you say I don’t think?"

"Don’t you know, our opponent is a dignified financial conglorate family."

Bai Ling rolled her eyes, her tone full of disdain for his lack of insight:

"It’s suspicious that those guys supposedly with average strength could escape successfully. If the manor’s defense was really this simple, the Professor alone could handle all the guards."

Big Hamr was left speechless, scratching his head awkwardly.

Quietly mulling over how that reasoning did seem valid.

While listening to everyone discuss back and forth, the Professor sat aside, frowning, equally absorbed in thought.

These days, the team mbers worked together tirelessly, searching for clues non-stop, finally pinpointing the target to a manor in Mist Mountain.

But what followed was an unexpected developnt; more teams than anticipated were attracted to compete for the treasure.
