With a slight thought, the initially dim house lit up instantly, soft light pouring out from the windows, finally letting his tense heart relax a bit.
The fence gate opened automatically, and the house door slowly opened as well, welcoming its new owner inside.
Li Qing entered the house, greeted by a living room with a sofa set around a fireplace, deer heads mounted on either side, an open kitchen to one side and an open study on the other.
Soft orange-yellow light from the chandelier lit up the entire room, allowing everything to be seen clearly.
Upstairs were two bedrooms, Li Qing pressed on the bed, finding the touch smooth.
Back downstairs, Li Qing opened the door to the side of the study, with stairs extending downward.
It was a basent.
He took a loop around, ensuring no anomalies, and returned to the basent entrance.
He walked down step by step, the wall lights lighting up along the way, like automatic sensor lights, which intrigued him.
Entering the basent, he saw tables filled with glass instrunts for Alchemy use, and on the other side, a Magic Altar.
According to the books, it should be used for summoning Otherworld creatures. He glanced at the Magic Runes on the altar and then stepped back out, fearing they might include Summoning Runes for summoning Evil Gods if his understanding wasn't mistaken.
Enough already, this Gray Magic Academy was really without any taboos, even though "Magic Origin" and "Mage Promotion Path" clearly stated that Mages learning Summoning Technique are prohibited from summoning Evil Gods.
