Seven high-ranking officials gathered together to discuss the strategic direction and important matters of the Second Frontline.
All seven were high-level Chaos Dominator powerhouses who had reached the seventy-second tier, basically hitting the current cultivation ceiling. Their potential was exhausted; only by earning enough contributions would they have a chance to obtain an opportunity to rebuild their foundations within the Chaos Alliance.
"Currently, the Scavengers' offensive is extrely fierce. We are at a slight disadvantage. Ying Wenzheng looked at everyone and said, "I propose increasing logistical supplies, raising mission rewards, boosting civilian procurent, elevating the status of skilled masters like alchemists and artificers, and opening up more legacies and scriptures. What do you all think?"
"Agreed!"
Thus, after discussion by the seven high-ranking officials, nurous proposals were issued one by one.

The Old City Lord finally finished refining the newly acquired Seven Stars Myriad Annihilation Sword.

The three Deputy City Lords hurried to the City Lord's Mansion. The mont they saw Su Yuan, they sensed the City Lord's aura emanating from him.
All three were utterly shocked.
"Greetings, City Lord Seven Stars!" Jia Jicheng, reacting first, imdiately saluted.
The other two Deputy City Lords, as if waking from a dream, also promptly paid their respects.
