The lesson ended without a hitch and I got invited by so of the mothers for a celebratory dinner tomorrow which... I had to decline. Obviously.
I don't have ti to spare for it and it doesn't sound right. Although not everyone, there are so among those invitations hinting at a different idea than just a friendly, celebratory dinner for finishing the 10-lesson course. Still, I made sure to act grateful for their offer and promised to make it up to them so other ti.
That allowed to extricate myself from the situation without causing any waves. I had to admit, though, that it was always flattering to be desired by these won. If it was the old , I'd probably not hesitate to dig in because my desire to steal soone would be properly sated with them.
Unfortunately, it was all in the past already. I'd rather spend my ti with my girls now. Or do sothing productive?
Well, if there's rit in making connections with them, I just needed to maintain what we already had as their instructor. And if they need my help, I'll see if I can provide assistance.
The sa as the previous tis, with the lesson over, we convened inside Ayu's office where... I more or less pampered the three of them before and after discussions about the job.
Marika ntioned about Ichihara-san bringing Koharu tomorrow since her husband already advised her not to continue inviting to their ho for the lesson.
As for whether they're going back here to the gym or another setting like our house, Ichihara-san never ntioned it.
At the very least, it's more likely the forr. Ichihara-san was still a mber of the gym, after all. It'll be a more convenient setting as well than our house with only a few pieces of equipnt related to boxing.
After taking another shower to wash off our sweat and changing out of our training attire, I left the gym with Marika and Sena.
As always, Ayu was too stubborn to go ho early even though Hisa-jii wouldn't really mind her clocking out early. I could've stayed with her and waited but with Sena and Marika also with , I just decided to return later.
"So, where do you want to go?" I asked Marika who was already clinging to my left. On the other side of the street, I could see the black car of her guards tailing us already.
"Uhm... Anywhere with you?" She answered with an innocent smile and sparkling eyes.
But before I could reply, Sena, who was clinging to my right, interjected, "Co on, Marika. What did I tell you? Your innocent smile can only work with Ruki a few tis."
Marika pouted, looking a little bit helpless. "But Sena, I just want to spend more ti with Ruki-kun before going ho."
Sena grinned while shaking her head, "I know that's what you want but Marika, won't it be better to add so adventure when you're going out with him? For example, when I first went out with Ruki, he brought to a park. We played hide and seek like we were back in kindergarten. A police officer ca and scolded us though."
Ending that with a mischievous giggle, Sena just recalled one of our earliest dates, way before I stole her completely. Nonetheless, It remained a fond mory. But the police part was because she kept jumping on the slide as she ran away from .
The hide-and-seek changed into tag because she's always caught within the first thirty seconds.
"Oh! Playground! Ruki-kun... can we?" Marika tugged my sleeve as she suggested with her eyes brilliantly sparkly. Clearly, she wanted to experience the sa thing. Looking at the ti, the nearby park should be deserted already.
Well, might as well give the girl another fond mory before sending her ho. It's not like I could bring her sowhere with more privacy with her escorts tailing us.
I eventually nodded and the girl imdiately rejoiced. On the other hand, Sena facepald, "I said that as an example, not a suggestion. Ugh... Marika, you're too innocent for this world. Or maybe naive is also an apt word."
"My apologies, Sena... I certainly lack experience and knowledge about what you usually do in this situation. But I trust you and Ruki-kun will guide through a fun evening," Marika said with a shy smile as she put her hands together.
Like this, even Sena blushed at how Marika seemingly lit up like a light bulb with how pure and innocent she was. It was like watching a child get excited to visit a the park for the first ti.
Before going straight to the park, we stopped by an ice cream store, getting so ice cream on a cone to eat while walking. It was a small gesture but the delight on Marika's face was worth more than gold. She picked mint chocolate chips while Sena picked sothing fruity and I went with the plain vanilla.
But even if that's the case, both girls tried to take a bite of my ice cream and then they had taste theirs. The passersby seeing us couldn't help but roll their eyes.
Before we reached our destination.
The park was indeed empty. The swings were squeaking in the gentle breeze of the night as we approached. Almost instantly, Sena grabbed Marika's hand as they ran inside it.
"Let's go! Before hide and seek, let us have you try everything this park has to offer."
Although not expecting Sena's enthusiasm, Marika followed her after gaining my nod. She looked back at , her excitent bursting at the seams. She was like a kid in a candy store, eager to try everything.
As I stood near the entrance, the car carrying Marika's guards parked nearby. I made eye contact with them, assuring them that I had everything under control. They nodded, knowing full well that I would not put Marika in harm's way.
Before long Marika's sweet giggles echoed through the park, mingling with the rustle of leaves and the distant sound of the city's hustle and bustle.
She tried each playground equipnt with childlike glee, her laughter was as infectious as a sumr fever. Sena egged her on, also finding her own amusent in guiding the girl who had probably never set foot in such a place.
"Ruki-kun! Co here. Let's do this one." Perhaps noticing that I remained by the entrance, Marika called out to , pointing at the see-saw. Her cheeks were slightly flushed from excitent. Her exhaustion from the lesson earlier had seemingly vanished and was replaced with a hopeful expression on her face.
"You and Sena should do it. I'll look after you." I said as I walked in, approaching them.
Marika's eyes sparkled at the suggestion and she imdiately climbed on one end of the see-saw.
Sena did the sa before pouting, "What about , Ruki? Won't you look after too?"
"Of course, I will. I'll catch you even if you're capable enough not to hurt yourself if you fall."
"Boo! Not enough. I want a kiss too!"
"Now, that's being greedy, Sena." I chuckled, watching as they both balanced themselves on the see-saw, their laughter echoing through the quiet park.
I stood in the middle, watching them as they rose and fell alternately.
Of course, for Sena, this was a piece of cake with how athletic she was. But Marika imdiately felt dizzy after being flung up high a few tis.
"Marika, are you okay?" I couldn't help but laugh as she held onto her stomach, looking slightly green.
"I-I'm fine," She assured, her voice wobbly. "It's just... I've never felt like this before. It's... thrilling!"
After saying that, she looked around and pointed at another piece of playground equipnt. "Ruki-kun, I also want to try that swing! Push us!"
"Girl, you might go ho nauseous," Sena warned with a smirk as she gracefully hopped off the see-saw.
"But it is fun! I always see them on TV and wonder what it feels like!" Marika exclaid. She was indeed living the childhood she'd never had before.
"Alright, alright. You're the one who suggested this, Sena. Let's give her a fond mory to rember."
"As long as you kiss us after."
"You keep asking for kisses, was what we did earlier not enough?"
"We're insatiable. Especially when it cos to you, am I right, Marika?"
"Yes! I also like a kiss, Ruki-kun." Marika giggled as she stumbled her way to the swings, her guards watching from afar. They're probably also worried that the usually dignified lady was acting like a playful young girl in a children's park.
In any case, can I even turn them down? Of course not.
I walked over to them and helped them both sit on the swing before doing my duty of pushing them. It was a simple pleasure, to see them laugh and have fun.
Really, this kind of mont was sothing we all needed. Just a pure sense of relaxation and bliss, away from anything else.
With this, we spent close to an hour before Marika eventually collapsed in my arms, her energy drained from all the running and giggling she did. Sena was fine, of course. Her stamina was close to mine, after all. In any case, she pretended to be exhausted too.
Because of that, I brought them both to the bench, comforting and pampering them as they caught their breath.
