"Sis~" ca Huo Tingxuan’s voice from outside the door.
"What’s up?" Tianxin lay on the bed without moving, exiting WeChat.
She was afraid that if she forgot to log out of WeChat, her parents might see her chat history with Brother Ziyang, which would be a disaster.
"Dad asked to call you down for dinner. There are lots of delicious dishes today!" Huo Tingxuan’s voice was filled with excitent; he couldn’t wait to go down and eat.
Today, mom made several dishes, all their favorites!
"I don’t want to eat, you go ahead!" Tianxin replied.
"Why not? Mom specially made several dishes today, including the ones you love. Why won’t you eat?" Huo Tingxuan didn’t understand why his sister wouldn’t co down for dinner.
"You go ahead first, I’ll be right down." Tianxin said. If she didn’t say this, her brother would definitely stay at the door.
Although she wanted to go down for dinner, she had to hold back!
Mom forbade her from going out, so she wouldn’t eat!
"Alright, then co down quickly!" Huo Tingxuan said and ran off; he wanted to hurry downstairs to eat.
The dishes mom made were delicious; just thinking about them made his mouth water.
The whole family was already full, but Tianxin still hadn’t co down for dinner.
"Huo Tingxuan, did you really call your sister?" Huo Shaohua asked incredulously, wondering why his daughter hadn’t co down for dinner.
"Dad, I really did call her. She first said she wouldn’t eat, then said she’d be right down!" Huo Tingxuan truthfully relayed his sister’s words to his dad.
If he wasn’t honest, dad would definitely scold him!
"Not eating?"
"Yes, sis first said that, then said she’d be right down."
"Is Tianxin sick?" Huo Shaohua looked at Tian Xingyun and asked.
"She didn’t co ho last night. When she ca back today, I scolded her a bit. I guess she’s sulking and doesn’t want to eat!" Tian Xingyun had already guessed her daughter’s intention but wouldn’t compromise!
"Why did you scold her? She didn’t stay out on purpose," Huo Shaohua defended his daughter.
"Don’t worry about it. If she doesn’t eat, so be it. Missing one al won’t hurt!" Tian Xingyun said sternly, determined to teach this girl a lesson.
Scolding her a few tis, she dares to use not eating as a threat to her parents; it’s outrageous!
Making a mistake and not seeking forgiveness, but daring to hurt her own body by not eating—she must be disciplined!
"Missing one al won’t hurt? Wife, that’s too harsh!" Huo Shaohua frowned.
"I’m not forbidding her from eating; it’s she who doesn’t want to eat, so let it be!"
"Mom, if sis doesn’t eat, she’ll get sick!" Huo Tinghao spoke up.
"I’m warning the two of you: it’s your sister who chose not to eat, not mom forbidding her. So... don’t secretly give her food, got it? If anyone gives her food, they’ll be fasting with her!" Tian Xingyun sternly warned her two sons.
"Got it, mom..." The two little guys nodded fearfully.
"Go watch TV, only allowed for one hour, understand?"
"Got it, mom." Saying this, the two little guys dashed off.
They felt the atmosphere was off today, better not to provoke mom!
After the kids left, Huo Shaohua looked at Tian Xingyun disapprovingly and said, "Wife, what are you doing?"
"Disciplining your precious daughter, she learned to stay out all night! She needs a good lesson; if we don’t discipline her now, there’ll be a next ti!"
"Then take it easy!" Huo Shaohua said no more, acknowledging that their daughter playing and not coming ho was indeed wrong.
