Komine Sachi: "At three in the afternoon, I will be waiting for your grand arrival in my bedroom."
Jhin hadn't seen Komine Sachi around much lately. During her free ti between classes, she was always writing and drawing in her notebook, and as soon as school ended, she would hole up in her bedroom and not co out. The situation was a bit like when she was teaching herself how to make bombs in preparation for blowing up the school.
Sachi isn't researching sothing extre again, is she?
Among all the girls, Komine Sachi was the only one who looked harmless but was a high-danger individual capable of smiling while stuffing your bed with C4, then waking you with a good morning kiss while simultaneously pressing the detonation button.
Jhin arrived at Komine Sachi's room exactly on ti.
Komine Sachi was wearing the sa maid outfit from their date, standing respectfully in the room. "I am most grateful that you could arrive as promised."
After speaking, she led Jhin to sit down at a low wooden table.
"Co to think of it, I think this is the first ti I've ever been in your bedroom, isn't it?"
"Yes, it is."
With practiced skill, Komine Sachi brewed a cup of black tea, placed the cup on a porcelain saucer, and smoothly passed it to Jhin. "Please have so tea."
"Hoo~ Sss~"
Jhin blew on the steaming hot liquid in the cup and took a small sip. The taste of this black tea completely blew the tea from his own tea bags out of the water. The black tea Sachi brewed was smooth, its rich aroma rushing from his mouth into his nasal cavity, as if enveloping his entire being in its fragrance.
"This is the first ti I've ever had such delicious black tea. Sachi, you're really amazing."
Praised, the smile on Komine Sachi's face grew even brighter. She clenched her small fists to cheer herself on, then brought out a hamburger and fried chicken from behind a black partition on the table.
"So you haven't forgotten about that ti."
"How could I ever forget? You said you wanted to eat a hamburger and fried chicken made by ."
When Jhin and Komine Sachi had gotten close as children, they once went to a nearby fast-food restaurant to eat hamburgers. The result was disgustingly bad; Jhin couldn't understand how soone could make a simple hamburger taste so terrible.
Because Komine Sachi had been the one to choose the fast-food place, she felt incredibly sorry for Jhin and burst into tears. It was then that Jhin said he wanted to eat a hamburger and fried chicken made by her.
Unexpectedly, the two never saw each other again after that. Jhin disappeared without a trace due to Kazami Kazuki's disappearance, while Komine Sachi's willfulness led to her parents' car accident.
Jhin picked up the hamburger. It was clear Sachi had taken into account that he was a boy and adjusted the size. The hamburger she made was as large as three fists stacked on top of each other.
Holding the massive hamburger, an odd image Jhin had seen online suddenly flashed through his mind.
A maid had placed her foot, clad in white stockings, into the middle of a hamburger. Red ketchup and yellow mayonnaise flowed over the stockings, and the juice from the at patty soaked into them, revealing the oily, bright, flesh-colored roundness of her toes. The maid wore a disgusted expression and said, "Master, please hurry and eat this hamburger."
Well, aside from the fact that playing with food was a bit unacceptable, it was a very appetizing picture.
Jhin subconsciously stole a glance at Komine Sachi's small feet hidden in fuzzy slippers. Unfortunately, besides her slender, well-proportioned calves and the bunny slippers, he saw nothing.
Komine Sachi took in all his small movents. Seeing the hint of regret in Jhin's eyes, she felt that her preparations had been insufficient.
I shouldn't have worn slippers. Would it be too deliberate to find an excuse to take them off now?
Jhin devoured the hamburger in a few bites and launched an attack on the fried chicken. He picked up a golden-brown piece, dipped it in the small dish full of ketchup, and then put the whole thing in his mouth.
A crisp "crunch" echoed continuously in his mouth. The rich aroma and savory juices of the chicken were perfectly sealed within the crispy batter shell. When the golden crust broke, the two unrestrained elents rushed to the taste buds on his tongue, and the faint scent of black pepper mixed in doubled the deliciousness.
Jhin gave Komine Sachi a thumbs-up. "Sachi, the quality of these two is good enough to open your own shop."
"To receive your praise is my greatest honor." Komine Sachi took two steps back, smoothly slipping her rosy-white, stocking-clad feet out of her slippers, and continued serving food as if she knew nothing.
Jhin's eyes watched his nose, his nose watched his mouth, his mouth watched his heart, and his heart watched her jade-like feet. The two of them, by unspoken agreent, ignored the pair of little bunny slippers that had been ruthlessly "abandoned" by their owner.
The shutter sound of the personal terminal clicked continuously as Jhin saved these photos into a folder he had nad "Jailer."
Komine Sachi brought out a dozen kinds of cream desserts and placed them before Jhin, yet she didn't prepare a knife or fork for him.
What's this all about? Is she planning to have eat with my hands like soone from India?
Jhin was baffled. Just as he was about to ask, Komine Sachi pinched the red ribbon in front of her chest and gave it a gentle tug. The entire maid outfit slipped right off her body to the floor.
A maid outfit can be taken off like that???
Jhin's pupils seed to be experiencing a violent earthquake, his mouth agape.
Komine Sachi knelt properly. She picked up a bit of cream with her pristine fingertips and spread it on her snow-white peaks. A tender pink strawberry tip poked out from the white snow, resembling a strawberry tart.
Komine Sachi's eyes were alluring as she presented the strawberry tart and extended an invitation: "This is the dessert. Please enjoy."
"Winner Theory?"
"Kazami-san, do you know about Jhin-san and Miss Irisu's..." Kato gumi hesitated, not directly saying that her brother was cheating, and instead used a more tactful phrasing: "...special relationship?"
Co to think of it, with her trait of going unnoticed, she really did run into these kinds of situations easily.
Since she had already been seen, Kazami Kazuki didn't plan to hide it from her any longer. She shrank into the chair that was a bit too large for her, gave a hard push with her bare white feet on the floor, and turned to face Kato gumi.
"Are you referring to the little ga Makina and Jhin were playing in the garden?"

Kazami Kazuki put a chocolate Pocky stick in her mouth. Her calm deanor made Kato gumi wonder if they were even talking about the sa thing.
"Kato-san, have you ever heard of the winner theory?"
"The winner theory?"
"That's right."
To this day, Kato gumi's mind was still in a complete fog. She couldn't yet accept what Kazami Kazuki had told her. It was simply too shocking. If she hadn't seen it with her own eyes and heard Kazami Kazuki's explanation, she would have thought it was the plot of so light novel.
Kato gumi saw Jhin walk out of Komine Sachi's bedroom. As he passed her, Kato gumi could sll the scent of cream mixed with a particular aroma on him, a scent she had slled before in the garden.
The sharp-eyed Kato gumi even noticed a single strand of pink hair stuck to Jhin's collar. Her feelings grew even more complicated. Glancing at the still-open door, she turned and left.
