Circuit (3 rounds): 10 jump squats, 20-second sprint-in-place, 30-second balance on a ball or unstable pad.
Power of Olympus (45 min)
Purpose: Build unyielding strength, divine posture, muscular armor.
Atlas Barbell Complex: Squat, deadlift, clean (5 sets of 3).
Titan Push: Weighted dips superset with clap push-ups.
Knee-of-the-God Circuit: Reverse step-ups (7x10/leg), Nordic curls (7x6), calf jumps (7x30).
Sprint sled drags or hill sprints for explosive power.
Wings of Hers (30 min)
Purpose: Multidirectional speed, godlike reactivity.
Sprint pyramid: 10-20-30-40-30-20-10 ters.
