The man in the lead said.
"Thanks!"
Hu Qi casually signed his na, thanked them, and brought the two packages inside before closing the door.
One was a small, square box, and the other was a long, rectangular package.
Hu Qi unwrapped the long package first, revealing a mahogany box.
Upon opening it, his eyes fell upon a pure black Horizontal Blade.
The first thing he felt as he picked it up was its weight. Hu Qi estimated the blade weighed at least fifty-five pounds. An ordinary person would have trouble just lifting it, let alone wielding it.
But for a Secret Martial Artist who had cultivated Qi Blood Power and possessed thousands of pounds of strength, it was nothing at all.
The entire hilt was forged from an alloy, its surface finely frosted for a comfortable, non-slip grip that felt excellent in his hand.
With a gentle tug, Hu Qi slowly drew the blade from its sheath.
It had the sa Horizontal Blade design, with a long, straight body that emanated a cold luster. The edge was as sharp as frost and carried a strange blue tint.
Bringing it closer, he could even feel a faint chill, as if it could effortlessly slice through any obstacle.

Holding the Cold Iron Saber in one hand, he slowly pressed its tip against his other arm.

However, as Hu Qi increased the pressure, a slight stinging pain erged, and at the sa ti, a cold energy began to seep from the blade into his flesh and blood.
He pulled it away and saw a small cut from which trickles of dark red blood flowed.
Only after he circulated his Qi and Blood a few tis did the wound begin to scab over and show signs of healing.
However, the process was clearly much slower than before.
Hu Qi was very satisfied with this result.
Compared to his previous blade, this Cold Iron Saber was far superior, both in its Sharpness and in the cold energy that hindered healing.

He then found a maintenance manual inside the mahogany box, along with a bottle of anti-rust oil and a whetstone.

After unwrapping it, he found no extra items inside, only a book with a plain white cover. Three large words were written on it in black ink: *White Whale Posture*.
Hu Qi picked it up. The book wasn’t thick; it felt very thin in his hand, only a dozen or so pages long.
He began to flip through it. The first page showed an illustration of a giant whale, and the second page gave a general overview of the Giant Whale Sect.
The Giant Whale Sect originated a thousand years ago. Its founder was inspired by observing the colossal whales of the sea.
Thus, its legacy techniques were created in imitation of giant whales, and the Disciples of the Giant Whale Sect possessed exceptionally vigorous Qi and Blood.
Its Qi Blood Foundation Building Pile Skill was ranked among the top Schools in the world.
Flipping further, he ca to the Nourishing Essence Breathing Technique, which he was already very familiar with.
Hu Qi knew it by heart and had no need to read it again, so he just gave it a quick glance before flipping to the next section.
Finally, he saw a few lines about the White Whale Posture.

Through the clear plastic, he could plainly see the half-bottle of black-red blood sloshing inside.
He put it in his backpack, returned to the taxi, and told the driver to drop him off at any random hotel.
After getting a single room at the front desk, Hu Qi walked in with the backpack containing the Camphor Tea Duck.
The receptionist rely glanced at the situation and didn’t pay it any more mind.
Bringing a duck to a hotel room was a bit strange, but it wasn’t anything too out of the ordinary.
When you’ve worked the front desk of a hotel long enough, you’ve seen all sorts of crazy things.
Compared to this, they were more interested in gossip, like catching cheaters and their mistresses.
