"You know, this also is quite useful for ," Sebastian said. "I'm only missing Yin-Lightning's Base Fragnt, which should be its capability to absorb energy. It's basically the very thing that makes it different from normal lightning."
"By trying to beco more efficient with the absorption, I'm sure I can learn more about its absorption effects."
