Emperor Winterfire and the Holy King looked with barely contained shock at Kyle.
This was the first ti in recorded history that a Mortal managed to kill a Transcendent!
This was always considered to be impossible.
After all, how could a Mortal kill a Transcendent? It was strictly not possible.
A Transcendent could fly, had several tis more Ether inside their body, and could use the Ether in the environnt like their own Ether.
This was like an Initial Fighter killing a Peak Fighter.
The enemy was several tis stronger, faster, more intelligent, had more Ether, more techniques, and so on.
They had entertained the thought that the Imperial Advisor would lose, but seeing it happen with their own eyes was sothing completely different.
If Kyle was already this powerful as a Mortal…
How powerful would he be as a Transcendent?!
There was no doubt.
If Kyle beca a Transcendent, he would be stronger than both of them combined.
This was not normal!
This was not how this world was supposed to work!
How could he even reach such levels of power?

The next mont, they looked at Sebastian, who just smiled.

While the Transcendents were looking at Sebastian, Kyle slowly refilled his Ether.
Despite how it had appeared, the fight had not been that easy.
Kyle had essentially spent 50% of his Ether on pure speed before spending the remaining 50% to heat up his hamr.
If the Imperial Advisor had sohow managed to deal with the attack, Kyle would have been at a disadvantage.
Because of that, this could be considered a light True Battle for Kyle, and his Montum improved by a bit, which had been his goal.
"Alright, my turn!" Sebastian shouted as he moved forward.
Kyle smiled and approached him.
"Go fuck him up!" Kyle shouted as he gave Sebastian a fist-bump.
"This will be easy!" Sebastian answered with a laugh.
Yet, despite what Sebastian had said, both of them knew that this wouldn't be easy.
Sebastian's battle would be more difficult than Kyle's.
Kyle stopped behind the Duchess of Twilight and watched Sebastian.
'Oh boy, this will not be easy for Sebastian. Sure hope he doesn't die,' he thought.
"Next duel," the Duchess of Twilight said.
The Holy King narrowed his eyes and floated forward.
He stopped just two kiloters away from Sebastian, which was not a great distance for people of their power.
"I'm not one for a lot of talk," Sebastian said before looking at the Duchess of Twilight. "When can we start?"
"You are free to start whenever."
BANG!
Sebastian imdiately shot forward as soon as the Duchess of Twilight finished her last words.
The Holy King was caught off guard, but he imdiately recovered.
Sebastian reached the Holy King in almost an instant.
At that mont, the Holy King pulled out a gigantic sword, and his surroundings shone in a holy light.
BANG!
Tons of red lightning bolts ca out of Sebastian, and the light in the surroundings dimd as the regular lightning around his body intensified.
That was when Sebastian unleashed a terrifying storm of lightning.
The lightning was blocked by the humongous sword of the Holy King.
More light gathered around the Holy King as he readied an attack, but before he could unleash it, more red lightning appeared in the surroundings.
Emperor Winterfire noticed that the light was growing weaker again, which surprised him.
The fact that the light was reducing this much ant that Sebastian was wasting the Holy King's Ether at an astonishing rate.
No matter how powerful Sebastian was, he shouldn't have had enough Ether to neutralize this much Ether of his opponent.
He had also never seen these red lightning bolts before.
That was when he had a terrifying thought.
What if this was the lightning equivalent of Winterfire?
Emperor Winterfire quickly combined all the clues and realized what was going on.
Sebastian's lightning was absorbing the enemy's Ether!
He wanted to warn the Holy King, but he couldn't.
He was not allowed to interfere.
anwhile, the Holy King didn't know that there even was such a thing as a lightning equivalent to Winterfire.
He also didn't know where sothing like this could possibly exist. After all, no one had ever reported seeing such red lightning.
The fight continued, and Sebastian unleashed another terrifying storm of lightning.
The Holy King was pushed onto the defensive, and he beca more confused as ti passed.
Where did all of this Ether co from?!
Emperor Winterfire saw the Holy King's confusion and gritted his teeth.
He rembered how the three of them had found the "World Current", back when they had entered Silvester's Duchy.
Emperor Winterfire knew that Yin-Wind was the source of all the Yin-Elents, but when the Holy King and the Imperial Advisor had asked him about it, he had lied.
After all, if the Holy King realized that he could create Yin-Light, he would soon beco more powerful than Emperor Winterfire.
It was not that difficult to comprehend a lone Fragnt of a Yin-Elent, but that lone Fragnt would boost one's power by quite a bit.
Emperor Winterfire couldn't accept the Holy King becoming stronger than him.
But now…
BANG!
The red lightning beca more prominent as the Holy King attacked.
This ti, Sebastian was pushed back. The Holy King had attacked just when he had been reloading his Ether storage.
Yet, a mont later, a sphere of red lightning left Sebastian's body.
As the sphere left him, it autonomously absorbed more of the surrounding Ether, becoming bigger.
Emperor Winterfire could see what was going on, but he couldn't share his insights.
The Holy King pushed Sebastian back, shoving all of his Light Ether into the red ball of lightning to neutralize it.
By now, he had realized that this was probably a more powerful version of lightning.
Sadly…
Kyle snorted.
Emperor Winterfire looked away.
The Holy King turned around in horror.
Yes, he knew that this was a more powerful version of lightning, but he didn't know how Yin-Elents worked.
He didn't know that one of their primary aspects swapped.
If he had known, he could have foreseen that the Yin-Lightning absorbed Ether instead of using it.
The Holy King saw the sphere, which had grown to an enormous size!
How?!
That was when the Holy King realized that the red lightning was absorbing his Ether, not neutralizing it!
'I'm an idiot!' the Holy King thought.
Sebastian moved into the gigantic sphere, and an instant later…
The sphere turned from red to white.
This sphere held the equivalent of 400% of Sebastian's Ether as pure Lightning Ether.
Sebastian winked before he snapped his fingers.
The sphere turned into a lightning bolt.
The Holy King blocked.
CRACK!
The bolt shot through the damaged sword.
The Holy King's eyes widened in horror.
BOOOOOM!
The lightning vanished…
And a cloud of ashes scattered into the wind.
