Yet, the cities still looked rather empty.
There were far more buildings than people.
The number of children had also reduced considerably,

Kyle didn't notice it, but the Karmic Lines leading to him had changed.
Only 70% of them were red, and that mostly ca from the people who weren't able to have children anymore.
With ti, these people would die.
There were also so lines that were bright green.
These ca from people who had the best ti of their lives.
They could eat beasts!
They had much more powerful techniques and Spells, thanks to the books!
Resources were so much easier to acquire!
There was so much less competition!
Even so of the people who couldn't have children felt great.
Not everyone was interested in romance and children, and the ones who weren't interested found it far easier to get further ahead in life.
Ether Pebbles, Stones, and Gems were so much cheaper!
They were over four tis more abundant than before!
People who had been stuck due to a lack of finances could finally advance.
That was understandable. After all, if Kyle had been in their shoes, he would also have benefited trendously.
Except for the death of so of his friends, this entire thing would have only had positive impacts on him if he were still a Warrior.
Normal life had returned. It was not like the old normal, but it was still normal.

His speed had broken the 100 kiloters-per-second mark.
In this world, he was the undisputed ruler.
A Level Four Transcending Beast could only reach speeds of 40 kiloters per second, and only if they had comprehended Fragnts related to speed.
There was no comparison.
Kyle could fight hundreds of them at once since none of them would be fast enough to hit him.
Kyle looked at the World Ceiling and touched it.
He pressed against it.
It didn't give.
The next mont, Kyle summoned his hamr and struck the World Ceiling.
As soon as his hamr hit…

Kyle's hamr broke.
The World Ceiling vibrated a bit, but that was it.
As Kyle looked at his broken hamr, he frowned.
'It can't resist my power anymore,' he thought. 'If I just used my physical power, it would still be able to withstand the impact, but my teor Ether increases my power by too much.'
'It increases my power and speed, but it doesn't increase the hardness of my equipnt.'
'I need to fix this.'
Kyle closed his eyes and scanned the world.

A chunk of tal broke through the ground near a town and flew into the sky.
The sa thing happened in many different parts of the world.
So monts later, hundreds of pieces of tal floated in front of him.
These were all the Rank S Materials he could find.
So of them ca from the World Wyrm.
So of them ca from the surroundings of the Colossus.
A big chunk of them ca from tal Beasts in the ocean.
A lot of them ca from the underground.
Kyle didn't know how old the world was, but it had to be extrely old.
This world had existed for at least tens of thousands of years, if not more.
And over these many years, people and beasts with tal Affinities had existed.
Rank S tals didn't break easily, and at so point, they would be covered by dirt and sink into the ground.
Kyle imdiately heated the first of the piles into liquid and surrounded his body.
He didn't even feel the heat since the searing pain of his Sin Flas overwheld it.
But that didn't matter.
His body felt it, and that was all that was important.
Next, he consud the pile and focused on it.
After just a couple of minutes, Kyle completely understood this material.
These materials were exceedingly complex, but Kyle's mind had advanced trendously after becoming a Transcendent.
Additionally, his past experiences in comprehending Laws also helped him.
Just a day later, Kyle finished comprehending all the different Rank S tal Materials.
Sadly, it wasn't enough to find an overarching Fragnt.
There were more Rank S Materials in existence, but they were not available in this world.
'Then, I'll just experint and guess!'
