Kyle's body was bisected.
The axe barely missed his Center, giving it a close shave.
Without his vast combat experience, he wouldn't have thought of detonating the right side of his body to shift his body's angle, and without the improved reaction speed he received after becoming a Legendary Primal, his actions wouldn't have been fast enough.
If anything had been different, his Center would have been destroyed.
The Core Elder with the axe noticed that Kyle barely managed to survive and imdiately detonated the fire on his axe.
BANG!
Kyle's Complex Law dealt with the fiery explosion, but his Center still received so cracks.
His body was flung to the side, but it quickly recovered.
While this was going on, Swamp Dragon was entering lee combat with the Disciplinary Elder.
He had tried to hit the Head Elder several tis with his arrow, but the Disciplinary Elder always kept him at bay.
Having no choice left, Swamp Dragon ca closer to launch his attacks.
Surprisingly, Manny was nowhere to be seen, but there was a good reason for that.
Star Genesis had entered battle with the Formation Elder and the Diplomacy Elder.
The Formation Elder had noticed that soone was ssing with his Formation Arrays while he tried to create new ones, and he had told the Diplomacy Elder to attack Star Genesis.
While Star Genesis was busy with the Diplomacy Elder, Manny had gone to the Formation Elder to keep him busy.
Because of that, the Head Elder was no longer under any illusions, and he had dispelled his attack.
Right now, the Head Elder was attacking Swamp Dragon, while the Head rushed towards Kyle again.
The Core Elder with the axe and the Head were both charging right at Kyle, who had just recovered from his injury.
Both of them would arrive at the sa ti, and if Kyle attacked one of them, the other one would kill him.
This ti, the enemy wouldn't miss his vitals.
He had to find a way out.
As always, Kyle had to take a chance.
He pointed at the Core Elder with his left index finger, and a small teorite shot out of it.
The Core Elder saw the teorite and beca solemn.
He rembered what this seemingly weak teorite had done to their Formation Array.
If he got hit by that, he would die.
The Core Elder moved to the side, while the Head's speed suddenly shot through the roof.
Within an instant, the Head readied his humongous sword.
Kyle readied his hamr, and his Energy dropped critically low as he activated his Law of Hamr again.
The hamr and the sword were about to hit.
anwhile, the Core Elder noticed that he couldn't flee from the teorite and readied his power as well.
The Core Elder struck the teorite with his full power, while Kyle's hamr clashed with the two-handed sword of the Head.
BOOOOM!
Several clashes happened at the sa ti.
The Core Elder easily destroyed the weak teorite.
The two-handed sword smashed into the hamr.
Kyle's arms shook under the strain, and his body was thrown into the distance.
And then, there was one last clash.
CRKSH!
The pick of an illusory hamr ramd into the neck of the Core Elder.
The Core Elder had been fully focused on the teorite, and he hadn't noticed the illusory hamr that had appeared behind him.
The pick perfectly hit the Energy Pathways connecting the Core Elder's Center with his mind.
The Core Elder's mind no longer received Energy, which made it stop functioning, which led to his body no longer receiving orders.
The Core Elder entered a state of near-death. While beasts would imdiately die from such an attack, humans had more Aspects of Power.
As a human, the Core Elder just entered a coma. With ti, the connection between his mind and Center would be rebuilt.
The Head saw that he managed to push Kyle back and quickly rushed after him.
He readied his sword again, while Kyle barely managed to recover.
Sadly, Kyle didn't have enough Energy to use his Law of Hamr anymore. The illusory hamr had lost a bit of Energy, which ant Kyle hadn't been able to recover all the Energy he had used.
anwhile, the Head Elder launched another terrifying storm of icicles at Swamp Dragon, who retreated.
Swamp Dragon flew backwards, but the storm of icicles would reach him soon.
And then, the Core Elder's unconscious body appeared between Swamp Dragon and the storm.
Swamp Dragon had noticed the Core Elder's state, and he decided to make use of it.
The Head Elder noticed and was put in front of a choice.
Continue his attack or interrupt it?
"Continue!" the Disciplinary Elder transmitted as a shield of tal appeared around the unconscious Core Elder's body.
The attack swallowed the Core Elder, but the shield protected him well.
Swamp Dragon rushed to the Core Elder's shielded body.
Most of the icicles were blocked, but several of them still hit him, injuring him severely.
Suddenly, an arrow shot out of the storm of icicles, and the Disciplinary Elder created a second shield around the Head Elder.
CRK!
The Disciplinary Elder's eyes widened in horror as he noticed an arrow appearing in his chest.
What?!
But it had flown towards the Head Elder!
At the sa ti, Manny charged out from one of the buildings, quickly followed by the Formation Elder.
Manny had gotten involved at just the right ti, clouding the Disciplinary Elder's perception.
The Disciplinary Elder saw that he was about to die and made a choice.
"RAAAAAH!"
With a shout, he used up all of his Energy to create two gigantic and impenetrable shields around the unconscious Core Elder and the Head Elder.
Then, the Disciplinary Elder succumbed to Swamp Dragon's toxin.
anwhile, Swamp Dragon's Energy and Biological Energy dropped to critical levels.
He had just barely managed to survive the storm of icicles.
At the sa ti, he noticed that the Head Elder was still healthy, and on top of that, he now had a dense shield of tal around him.
The Head Elder readied another attack, but then, his eyes widened.
The Head Elder quickly pointed his weapon to his right and launched his attack.
CRKSH! CRKSH! CRKSH!
Explosions of blood ca out of the storm of icicles, and monts later, the burned and torn husk of a human rushed out of the storm with incredible speed.
Kyle charged right at the Head Elder, who didn't have ti to retreat or to launch another attack.
The Head was charging around the storm of icicles, but he would soon reach Kyle again.
As Kyle readied his hamr, his mind was going wild.
He didn't have enough Energy to use his Law of Hamr, and the tallic shield around the Head Elder was simply too powerful.
He wouldn't be able to get through it.
But he had to get through it!
There was no other way!
It was do or die!
Kyle swung his hamr.
