The referees and the two Organizations looked at the arena. The hour was almost up.
The people of Explosive Karma were afraid. They knew that there was no good outco. Either they lost their Ancestor, or they would be destroyed by Dawnlight.
The people of Dawnlight felt a bit nervous. In their minds, they knew that their Treasury Elder couldn't possibly lose. After all, his power was ridiculous.
Even if the enemy Ancestor was a genius from so kind of Peak Organization, how could he possibly win against their Treasury Elder?
Their Treasury Elder used to be a Unique Primal, which ant the baseline of his body was as powerful as it could be. On top of that, he had Level 4.5 Complex Body Law. It was basically impossible to get a stronger physical body for a Fulfilled Crusher.
On top of that, he had another Level 4,5 Complex Law.
By all intents and purposes, their Treasury Elder was the perfect Fulfilled Crusher.
Yet, they still felt nervous.
What if the enemy cheated sohow?
What if he used so kind of powerful bomb that could kill the Treasury Elder?
Sure, killing the Treasury Elder like this would damage the Ancestor's Karmic Luck significantly and wouldn't increase his Montum at all, but what if he was willing to pay the price? What if so other Organization paid him a ridiculous sum of Energy Stones to kill the Treasury Elder?
Yet, they just kept telling themselves that the Seeker Refinent would end like always. Dawnlight would erge as the victor, and they would slowly absorb Explosive Karma.
Swamp Dragon was also quite nervous. His opponent had been incredibly powerful, but Kyle's opponent had been even more ridiculous with his power.
Out of a million Fulfilled Crushers, Crimson Inferno was probably the strongest, and Kyle was still an Advanced Crusher.
"We will now reveal the winner," the first referee said.
Everyone looked at the arena as the Formation Arrays slowly vanished.
The winner was revealed.
Silence.
Shocked silence.
When everyone saw the unfamiliar person in the middle of the arena, they didn't know what to think.
Who was that?
Where was their Treasury Elder?!
He couldn't have died, right?
At the sa ti, the two referees noticed Kyle's uniform, and a lot of things started to make sense.
The Array of Stars.
Explosive Karma was an Organization in the Secondary Sector that was secretly owned by so talented Disciples from the Array of Stars!
Yet, before anyone could say sothing, Kyle suddenly transmitted a long string of words to everyone.
"I solemnly swear that I am in the Compression Realm! I am not and have never been a Sage, False Sage, Fake Sage, or anything like that! I have not and have never gone through more than five Compressions! I did not use any outside power in this fight! I did not use so kind of special item, and I did not receive help from so powerful existence during the fight! I fought with only my personal power and won! I am from the Array of Stars, but I did not cheat in any way! I swear that on my life, belongings, Realm, and whatever you want!"
"It was a fair fight! I won, and he lost!"
Kyle pointed at the Communicator from the Contrast Empire, which was still floating in the middle of space. "You can take this with you. I don't need it. Anyway, gotta go!"
Then, Kyle shot towards the territories belonging to Explosive Karma.
While the others were still shocked, the first referee narrowed his eyes.
His Montum activated, and Kyle felt like a God had locked onto him.
These referees were not new or weak Sages. All of them were geniuses in their own right, and their powers were trendous.
"You are not allowed to leave just like that!" the first referee transmitted. "Your conduct is suspicious, and I will hold an investigation!"
But then, the pressure around Kyle vanished as the second referee appeared between him and the first referee.
"There is no suspicious conduct!" the second referee shouted. "His oath was ironclad! You just want to buy ti so that the Head of Dawnlight can arrive to kill them!"
"The Seeker Refinent is not over!" the first referee said. "The winner has not been declared yet!"
"Explosive Karma wins!" the second referee said.
"You can't decide that on your own!" the first referee shouted.
"There is no Seeker Refinent," Star Genesis suddenly shouted. "Explosive Karma disbands. There is no Explosive Karma anymore! We are just random individuals now!"
Everything was happening so quickly that the mbers of Explosive Karma and Dawnlight could barely react.
"There will be an investigation!" the first referee shouted as his eyes narrowed. "You will not stop ! As a Baron of the Contrast Empire, I hereby declare that this is a matter of royal importance! All established rules are hereby null and void!"
'That fucker declared martial law!' Kyle thought with annoyance. "There will be an investigation! Nobody leaves!" the first referee shouted.
Star Genesis beca nervous when she heard that. She had been a mber of the Contrast Empire, and she knew exactly what the first referee's words represented.
Nobody was allowed to move or impede the Contrast Empire's investigation. Otherwise, they would be declared a criminal.
Every mber of the Contrast Empire had a duty to kill any criminal they saw, assuming they had the power. If they didn't have the power, they had the duty to report the criminal's location to the Contrast Empire, which would send an Executioner.
An Executioner's job was to kill criminals. It was not their job to have a True Battle with them. In fact, an Executioner was not allowed to enter a True Battle while on duty.
Every Executioner only received missions to kill criminals who were one or even two entire Realms lower than them.
If Kyle were declared a criminal, he would be hunted down by Sages and Spirit Lords.
They had no choice. They had to wait until the first referee investigated everything until he was satisfied. Luckily, he couldn't possibly declare Kyle guilty since there was not even the slightest doubt that he had cheated. His oath had been perfect.
Yet, the Contrast Empire still had the right to investigate sothing.
Everyone would stay here and wait until the investigation was done.
Eventually, Explosive Karma would be found innocent, and they would be allowed to leave.
But by then, all of Dawnlight would have already surrounded this place.
The Fulfilled Crushers would kill every powerful mber of the Organization, while the Unique Crusher would kill Kyle.
In front of that Unique Crusher, even Crimson Inferno would die with a 99% certainty.
Star Genesis beca terrified.
She couldn't see a way out of this current situation.
The rules of the Contrast Empire couldn't be broken without severe consequences.
It was over.
Dawnlight would kill them!
