Kyle had had no other choice but to risk everything and finish his Level Five Complex Law. He didn't know if it would help get him out of his current predicant, but he knew that he wouldn't get out of it without it.
As the stream approached Kyle from his left, the arrows approached him from the front. Left with no other choice, Kyle threw the black hole towards the arrows while trying to avoid the stream.
When the black hole moved forward, the eight arrows started to shake. Their gravitational pulls kept their trajectory stable, but only to a certain degree.
The black hole's impressive gravitational influence pulled on the arrows while Kyle moved to the side.
The arrows shook as they tried to follow him, but the black hole kept pulling them inward.
Most of the arrows would miss him, but one of them still flew towards him.
BANG!
Kyle detonated his legs, which gave him just enough of a speed boost to avoid the last arrow.
When Eyes of Clarity saw Kyle avoiding her strongest attack, her heart shook.
Naturally, Kyle's Complex Mind Law and Montum had been affecting her mindset for a long while. His Complex Mind Law was the only reason why his three opponents even believed that he was a Legendary Crusher.
Eyes of Clarity was a decisive person. When she made a decision, she went all out.
However, that didn't an that she couldn't change her mind.
She saw how her opponent managed to deal with their strongest attacks, and as much as it pained her, she had to accept reality. If he could avoid those attacks, he could also avoid others.
"Retreat!" Eyes of Clarity transmitted to her two friends.
Combusting Steam's mind stopped working for a mont as she heard these words.
Retreat?
They had never retreated!
What about their Montum?!
Then, Combusting Steam saw Eyes of Clarity readying more arrows before firing them.
Two volleys of eight arrows each shot towards Kyle.
This attack consud almost all of Eyes of Clarity's remaining Energy. It was a desperate attack that cost far too much Energy.
However, this attack wasn't ant to kill the opponent but to gain distance.
Combusting Steam hesitated. She believed that they could win as long as she also launched an attack, but her leader had given her an order. Everyone needed to follow Eyes of Clarity's orders during a battle. They could bicker about it after the battle, but during battle, they had to follow the orders, even if they were wrong. A unified execution of a suboptimal strategy had a higher chance of success than a chaotic execution of several strategies.
And yet, Combusting Steam really didn't agree.
She knew that they could win!
Retreat or attack?
Retreat or attack?
Kyle ca closer as the arrows approached.
Combusting Steam still hesitated.
"RETREAT!" Eyes of Clarity transmitted with urgency as she shot past Combusting Steam.
BANG!
At that mont, Kyle's Barrier Formation Array broke as Sandstorm Corruption charged through.
After watching her friends attack the wall for a long ti, she asked for orders, but when she didn't receive any, she realized sothing was wrong.
She broke through the wall, and the image behind the wall changed. Instead of her friends attacking the walls, she saw her friends fighting Azure Cot.
Kyle noticed that Sandstorm Corruption was back, but he had already expected this to happen at so point. The Formation Array he had used to fool her simply recorded an image and replayed it. The Barrier Formation Array also collapsed by itself in accordance with the image, creating an illusion.
When Sandstorm Corruption saw Kyle, she gritted her teeth in hatred and charged forward. This guy had played her!
Then, Sandstorm Corruption saw Eyes of Clarity taking out a spaceship.
'Spaceship? Why?' Sandstorm Corruption thought in confusion and shock. Sadly, she hadn't heard the order to retreat earlier.
Kyle stopped advancing as the arrows kept flying at him.
He only had a limited amount of Energy left, and he didn't believe that he could charge through the volley of arrows easily.
The next mont, Kyle released a manifesting wave of Space Energy.
CRK!
The Formation Arrays on the spaceship broke apart, and the Gravity Energy within its materials compressed it into a chunk of tal. Eyes of Clarity was still inside, but such a compression wouldn't pose any danger to her.
When Eyes of Clarity noticed her spaceship compressing around her, she beca infuriated and frustrated with herself.
She had completely forgotten that Azure Cot was a Formation Array Master! They had been fighting a powerful Fulfilled Crusher with an Imposing Law for a while, which was essentially the opposite of fighting a Formation Array Master.
'How did I forget that?!' she thought in terror and frustration. Forgetting one's enemy's abilities was a rookie mistake, and she hadn't made such a mistake in thousands of years.
Of course, under normal circumstances, she wouldn't make such a mistake. This mistake ca because of Kyle's Complex Mind Law and powerful Montum.
As the spaceship collapsed, Kyle retreated. The arrows were still chasing him, but attacks like this lost Energy the longer they needed to travel. As long as he kept running away, the attack would beco harmless.
'I can only launch one attack before I'm out of Energy,' Kyle thought. 'I can only kill one of them.'
Kyle saw Sandstorm Corruption charging towards him at incredible speeds. She was even faster than he was.
He saw Combusting Steam hesitating.
He saw the tallic sphere, which used to be the spaceship, shaking as Eyes of Clarity started to break out.
Kyle gritted his teeth and made his decision.
Combusting Steam finally made a decision. She saw Sandstorm Corruption charging towards Kyle, which told her that Sandstorm Corruption also didn't agree with the order to retreat.
She would fight!
anwhile, Eyes of Clarity broke through the wall of tal surrounding her.
Yet, just as she broke through the wall, she saw a black and azure hamr in front of her.
The enemy's Imposing Law!
Eyes of Clarity used her remaining Energy to launch a hastily constructed arrow of light at the illusory hamr.
Space shook, and Eyes of Clarity watched in horror as her arrow of light lost its focused nature and scattered.
Several individual beams of light struck the hamr, making it seem even more illusory.
Yet, the illusory hamr survived.
Eyes of Clarity tried her best to retreat, but the gravitational influence of the illusory hamr was too strong.
The only thing she could do was to hold her arms in front of her face.
The illusory hamr hit.
BANG!
Eyes of Clarity turned into a cloud of gore as her valuables scattered around her.
anwhile, Kyle's Energy fell to less than 10% of its maximum.
Combusting Steam and Sandstorm Corruption watched in horror as Eyes of Clarity died.
Combusting Steam beca terrified, and she realized that Eyes of Clarity had been right.
They had to flee!
"Run!" she transmitted to Sandstorm Corruption as she turned around.
The next mont, she charged into the distance.
Kyle saw Combusting Steam retreating and gritted his teeth.
If she were on her own, Kyle would be able to chase her while recovering his Energy.
However, Sandstorm Corruption was charging at him, and she didn't seem like she was about to stop.
'I won't get all three of you, but I will get two!'
