The higher the quality of an Imposing Law was, the more versatile it was. The minimum amount of relative Energy an Imposing Law could have was 25%. Anything lower than that simply didn't count as an Imposing Law and wasn't good enough to materialize in the Cosmos.
Imposing Laws of this quality could only do one thing. Most of them just strengthened soone's weapon or created an illusory image. So of them could strengthen the body or increase one's defense or speed, but whichever it was, they could only do one of these things.
When Kyle had condensed his Imposing Law, it had already reached a quality of 50%, which ant the maximum amount of Energy the Imposing Law could use was 50% of the Energy in Kyle's Center.
This was already quite an impressive Imposing Law. After all, Kyle's Law of Hamr had had two abilities back then. It could strengthen his attack and create an attack on its own. It was like condensing two minimum Imposing Laws.
In the Secondary Sector, Kyle had improved his Law of Hamr to a quality of 60%, and he had gained the ability to use it to improve his speed by using his own body like a hamr.
Right now, Kyle was working on adding two more abilities. He wanted to create a distorting effect by swinging his hamr, which was the whirlpool he had summoned. He had achieved so minor success in this departnt, but the power of this whirlpool wasn't up to par.
The other ability was what Kyle had just used, the vibration. He had already given his body the speed of his hamr with his third ability, but now, he also wanted to give his body the durability of his hamr. He wasn't sure how high the quality of his Law of Hamr was right now, but it was definitely above 60% and below 65%. If he mastered both abilities, Kyle believed that his Law of Hamr would reach 70%.
When he had joined Humanity initially, he had set out to create a Refined Law. After all, a Refined Law would push his power to new levels. An Imposing Law was great and powerful, but it was just one component of an even more powerful weapon. If he could create a Refined Law, Kyle believed that he could attain the greatest boost in power he had ever experienced.
After all, Kyle knew how abnormally powerful the quality of his Imposing Law was. This was the most outstanding and advanced part of all of his powers, judging by the requirents for advancent in different Realms.
Having a Level Five Law was just enough to beco a Unique Crusher. This was the level of his Law of Black Hole.
Having an Infused Mind Law was the requirent to beco a Major Spirit Lord.
Having an Infused Soul Law was the requirent to beco an Advanced Spirit Lord.
Having an Imposing Law was the requirent to beco a dium Spirit Lord, which was naturally lower and easier to fulfill than the requirent of becoming a Major or Advanced Spirit Lord.
However, to beco a Fulfilled Spirit Lord, one needed an Imposing Law with a quality of 50%.
The quality of Kyle's Imposing Law was over 60%, and it also represented the highest requirent he could fulfill right now.
Sadly, he couldn't fulfill even a single requirent for advancent inside the Fusion Realm.
Funnily enough, while Kyle fulfilled the requirents to beco a dium, Major, Advanced, and Fulfilled Spirit Lord, he couldn't fulfill the requirents of becoming a Minor Spirit Lord.
Ayuvar had over a million Advanced Spirit Lords, who could technically beco Ascendants, but not even a thousand of them would ever beco Ascendants. They had the power and talent, but Humanity couldn't afford it. Every additional Ascendant represented another Ascendant Demon joining the war. If the new Ascendant wasn't absolutely outstanding, it would be better not to have them.
Only Unique Spirit Lords were allowed to advance, but Unique Spirit Lords were exceptionally rare.
Kyle knew that his Imposing Law was outstanding, which was why he wanted to convert it into even more power by creating a Refined law, but he just couldn't stop improving his Law of Hamr.
In the end, he decided to push his Law of Hamr to the limit. He would improve it to the highest level of quality.
Would it reach 100%?
No.
Kyle had once believed that he could push it to that level, but after learning a bit more about Imposing Laws and Refined Laws from Manny, he knew that it wasn't possible.
There were so powerful Lords and Demigods who had created such an Imposing Law, and there had also been a single Ascendant who had managed to do the sa thing. However, all of them had one thing in common.
Their Imposing Laws were themselves.
They didn't use weapons or Elents as their Imposing Law but their own existence. A human's body, mind, Soul, Center, Core Spark, identity, and existence.
anwhile, Kyle used his hamr, and even if he could "beco one with his hamr", it still wouldn't be possible. After all, even if he felt like his hamr was him, they still objectively and physically weren't.
Kyle could change his entire Imposing Law so that it used his body as a hamr, but that would only bring him so far. In the end, he simply wasn't a hamr, no matter how much he tried or believed that he was.
Yet, he could still push it to 90% if everything worked out. That would be more than enough to condense an exceptionally powerful Refined Law.
However, all of this was too far into the future. For now, he just wanted to get his Law of Hamr to 70%.
The serpent kept launching more attacks, and Kyle kept avoiding and defending. From ti to ti, he got hit by so weaker attacks, but that was part of his training.
At so point, he noticed that two New Sage Demons were about to join the fight.
Kyle condensed several illusory hamrs and killed the New Sage Demons easily before focusing on the serpent again.
Then, he noticed that another dium Sage Demon was approaching, and Kyle beca serious.
He activated his Domain, broke past the defenses of the serpent, and used Compression to destroy both of its heads. At the sa ti, he readied himself for the next battle.
Once more, Kyle entered a fight with a dium Sage Demon. Its attacks were quite different since it had tal and Earth Affinities, but this gave him an opportunity to work on a different part of his Imposing Law.
While Kyle had so goals, he also sotis just let his mind wander and do things without thinking. So people might believe that this was inefficient, but this was exactly what had made Kyle's Imposing Law so powerful.
After a bit, a team of Sages appeared, and they fought Kyle's opponent. In response, Kyle just continued doing his job and killed more weaker Demons.
Eventually, another good opponent arrived, and due to one reason or another, Kyle ended the fight, or soone else interfered.
Killing, fighting, training, killing, training, killing, fighting, training, killing, fighting, killing...
Kyle weaved in and out of combat.
While he was learning many different things, he only did one thing.
Swing his hamr.
