Mountain Eagle pounced like a fierce tiger, roaring with anger, the violent battle intent chilling to the bone, a stance as if ready to fight to the death. As a calm sniper, Mountain Eagle was this angry, showing his hatred for the enemy. But this ninja was indeed formidable, suddenly springing up, and with a backward slash, attacked like lightning, too fast for the naked eye to discern.
"Retreat quickly," Luo Zheng was horrified, shouting while rapidly firing.
"Puff puff puff!" Bullets hit the ninja, whose body stiffened, and the knife attacking Mountain Eagle slowed a beat. Mountain Eagle explosively retreated but still had his clothes cut open by the ninja, his chest burning with pain, blood surging, Mountain Eagle looked down in amazent to see a bloody mark on his chest. Fortunately, he was wearing a bullet-resistant vest and tight-fitting clothes; otherwise, this slash would have eviscerated him. Such a fast knife, such a sharp blade.
"Puff puff puff!" Luo Zheng fired in anger while retreating, the ninja darting left and right, dodging the bullets. Luo Zheng angrily emptied his magazine, hitting the ninja with nearly half the bullets, but the ninja seed unscathed. When Luo Zheng's pistol clicked empty, the ninja leaped powerfully like a great bird, raising the long knife high, slashing ferociously at Luo Zheng.
"Courting death." Ghost Hand roared and charged in from the side, leaping high and crashing into the opponent, not caring if the enemy might slash at him, gripping the Tiger Teeth combat knife firmly, aiming viciously at the enemy's eyes, striking with blurring speed, landing five stabs in an instant.
The ninja didn't counterattack, instead, as he was in midair, he punched fiercely at Ghost Hand. Ghost Hand was determined to land a hit and didn't dodge, allowing the punch to hit his heart, continuing to stab with the Tiger Teeth knife, only to find the ninja's head tilted back, narrowly avoiding the knife point. Pain erupted in his chest as if struck by a high-speed train, sending him flying back.
Ghost Hand fell heavily to the ground, spitting a mouthful of blood. After being attacked by Ghost Hand, the ninja also dropped down, landing steadily, casting a cold glance at Mountain Eagle and Ghost Hand on the ground. With a swift spin of the long blade in his hand, he sprinted rapidly towards Luo Zheng, exuding murderous intent.
Seeing that he was about to catch up with Luo Zheng, the ninja flipped his long knife in a fierce attack. Luo Zheng gritted his teeth to dodge, explosively retreating a few steps, throwing the empty pistol forward to force a dodge, drawing his military knife smoothly, and with a roar, pounced back at the ninja, whose chest was throbbing with pain.
The ninja leaned to the side, dodging the thrown pistol, and swiftly slashed horizontally with the long knife. Luo Zheng did not retreat but charged forward with all his strength, colliding hard with the opponent, eliciting a muffled thud. The ninja retreated two steps, but Luo Zheng staggered backward five or six steps to steady himself.
At this mont, the ninja suddenly roared, evidently losing patience, sprinting like the wind, raising his knife for a fierce strike. Luo Zheng, hit hard, churned with blood and his injuries worsened, spitting out blood. Seeing the enemy attack again, his face turned cold, and he gritted his teeth to counterattack, only to find himself dizzy, weak all over.
This mont of hesitation allowed the enemy to charge, Luo Zheng lost the opportunity. Seeing the enemy's long knife raised high, ready to chop down, knowing there was no escape, he couldn't help but look towards where Lan Xue was, to see the one he loved before dying, no regrets in this life, only to find Lan Xue was no longer in her original position.
Soon after, Luo Zheng found himself tackled to the ground by soone, a familiar painful moan sounded nearby, startling him. Luo Zheng woke to find it was Lan Xue, realizing sothing, he was horrified, a surge of power welled up from his heart, "Ao—"
Luo Zheng rolled over and stood up, glanced at Lan Xue on the ground, her back slashed open, a long gash oozing blood. Luo Zheng's eyes turned scarlet, and he charged back at the ninja with fury, letting out a mournful roar, like a wounded fierce beast, delivering a desperate strike.
However, in peak condition, Luo Zheng was not necessarily a match for the enemy, let alone while heavily injured. He was kicked by the ninja, sent flying to the ground heavily, spitting blood. Luo Zheng glared, eyes wide, nearly spitting fire, his entire being erupting with overwhelming hatred, hating his own injuries, hating not being the enemy's match, hating his inability to protect his beloved woman.
War is cruel, rciless, with only slaughter, no compassion.
The ninja sprinted like the wind, gripping the long knife, planning to finish the fight swiftly. Luo Zheng struggled to prop himself up, but his body was powerless, unable to rise, his eyes blazing with anger, locking onto the enemy, only to find the Farrs and Gardeners charging up with fury, trying to block the attack.
But the Farrs and Gardeners were no match for the enemy, the long knife flashing, cutting down several in an instant. Luo Zheng knew they couldn't hold, shouting hoarsely, "Brothers, use the guns, use—guns."
Using guns might take out the enemy, but could also harm the innocent. The Farrs and Gardeners heard Luo Zheng's strained reminder but didn't obey, instead continuing to charge like hungry wolves, surrounding the ninja's fierce tiger using guerilla tactics.
At this mont, the Monk and his n also rushed up, hastily bandaging and treating Lan Xue, Mountain Eagle, and Ghost Hand, evacuating them from the scene to prevent further harm. The Scholar and his team took down another ninja and rushed to aid, the besieged ninja showing no panic, darting left and right, continuously slaughtering, taking down any attackers, fatal or non-fatal, fiercely.
"Out of my way, I'm coming," a powerful voice roared, using Huaxia language. The mighty, domineering voice stunned everyone, making them turn to see a blur flying, indistinct to the eye, suddenly leaping high, crossing everyone's heads, landing firmly in the middle of the battle.
The newcor was dressed in camouflage, standing 180cm tall, slender but looking strong, exuding a hint of laziness, his gaze calmly fixed on the ninja who had stopped. Slowly removing his helt, disarming the gun and backpack, he asked in Japanese, "Pirates?"
The surrounding crowd saw the newcor speaking Japanese and beca alert, aiming guns cautiously, ready for conflict.
"Baka!" The ninja roared, pointing the long knife at the newcor, an invisible killing intent erupting.
"So it is pirates. Ghost, what have you done, letting a pirate bully you like this? Watch how I stand up for you guys," the newcor suddenly shouted in Huaxia language.
Everyone listening realized the newcor knew Luo Zheng, guessing him to be one of their own, and stepped back a bit.
The newcor was surrounded, Luo Zheng on the outskirts, unable to see, but hearing the familiar voice, he laughed, coughed several tis, feeling his breathing ease slightly, and said with difficulty, "Shadow, if you can't take him down, the title of Strongest Soldier King is mine."
