"Great, brothers, thank you all." Yuanfei Zuo shouted as he jogged over, his face full of excitent. The Japanese sword in his hand was covered in blood, still dripping, and his clothes were soaked with blood too. It was unclear whose it was, but it didn't look like he was injured. His eyes were squinting with laughter, clearly enjoying the battle and venting much of the generational hatred that had been pent up in his heart.
"The helicopter is deployed, evacuate imdiately, just in case." Luo Zheng said with a serious expression, quickly offering a reminder.
Yuanfei Zuo was montarily taken aback, then quickly reacted, his expression turning much more serious. He swiftly assessed the battlefield and said, "Alright, anyway, most of the enemies are dead. Those old folks are probably all burned to death in the big fire. No one could survive such a fire. Gather up the brothers and retreat!" The latter part was shouted to those around him.
"Yes!" Those around him heard the command and enthusiastically echoed it.
The combatants, reluctant to miss such a good opportunity, didn't retreat imdiately but quickly hacked down the enemies who offered little resistance. Once they confird there were no targets left, they excitedly caught up with the main force that had started retreating. The black ninja clothes they wore were soaked in blood, making them appear like ssengers from hell under the moonlight.
The team quickly charged into the vineyard, using its cover to sprint forward. In the night, several black shadows moved silently, their murderous intent still lingering, but they ran swiftly. Luo Zheng followed behind the main force. Mountain Eagle's n had already retreated, figuring out their way back to the hotel themselves. Luo Zheng couldn't abandon Yuanfei Zuo, so he stayed close to Yuanfei Zuo, alongside Lan Xue.
Before long, news ca from Mountain Eagle's group that they had reached the highway and were driving away. Luo Zheng worried about an enemy helicopter attack and was about to ask when Lan Xing's voice sounded in his earpiece: "The Ghost Group is causing a commotion, the helicopter hasn't turned back, be careful."
"Hmm." With many people around, Luo Zheng didn't say much, just grunted noncommittally. He quickly noticed a helicopter appearing in front and signaled Yuanfei Zuo to hide in place. Yuanfei Zuo wasn't naive; he imdiately relayed the order, and everyone stopped advancing and concealed themselves on the spot. The lush grapevines provided cover, making it difficult for an ordinary helicopter to spot them.
Soon, the helicopter roared over their heads, heading towards the manor. Luo Zheng quickly urged Yuanfei Zuo to accelerate the retreat. No one was foolish, they knew the possibility of being discovered was high if they stayed. Discovery equaled death, so everyone rushed forward warily, trying not to make a sound.
Luo Zheng didn't run but stopped cautiously to observe the helicopter. He saw it hovering in the sky, the manor's raging fire clearly visible below. Besides the manor completely engulfed in flas, corpses scattered across the outside plaza and garden were also clearly visible, with no living soul in sight.
The helicopter hovered for a few circles before turning away and soon disappeared into the night. Luo Zheng quietly breathed a sigh of relief, pondering that the enemy's ground support troops would soon return. He imdiately signaled Yuanfei Zuo and the others to charge out of the vineyard and run to the vehicles parked on the open ground behind the hill.
To avoid exposure, everyone had co in tour buses. Two or three were enough to carry everyone. They quickly loaded the injured and deceased onto the buses, and once everyone was settled, the buses hurriedly started and drove away, bypassing the small hill up ahead. They soon hit the main road and sped forward, quickly vanishing into the night.
Almost simultaneously, chaos erupted at the Ghost Group in Japan's capital. Many ninjas stord into the Ghost Group, indiscriminately attacking people and smashing things, causing chaos with chickens flying and dogs jumping. However, they showed restraint and did not kill anyone. But the capital had very strong security, and soon, a large number of police arrived, followed by the Constitutional Soldier Team, with many citizens watching, creating a chaotic scene.
Ghost Hand, wearing civilian clothes, mingled among the crowd, calmly watching the direction of the Ghost Group. He felt a surge of impulse to rush in and join the chaos but controlled it desperately. The country had not approved Luo Zheng's plan, so no one dared to act recklessly, avoiding trouble for the country. But thinking about Luo Zheng's orders to create chaos and fish in troubled waters, he couldn't help but groan excitedly, clenching his fists.
At that mont, the ninjas who stord the Ghost Group felt the situation was chaotic enough. They prepared to leave before the police controlled the scene, rushing out of the main gate. Seeing the ninjas rushing out, the police were bewildered. Ninjas in Japan enjoyed high status, taking it as their duty to protect the country, embodying the spirit of the Samurai Path. The citizens were sowhat puzzled, and the police were even more uncertain about whether to open fire. However, their duty compelled them to form a formation and block the way.
The Constitutional Soldier Team had just arrived and was unsteady on their feet. But as trained soldiers, upon seeing ninjas rushing out, they hesitated only briefly before charging in with guns raised. The ninjas fearlessly advanced in combat formation, their Japanese swords flying, toppling many police officers in an instant, causing significant injuries, though not fatal.
Seeing the brutal actions of the ninjas, the police were agitated. Ignoring the ninjas' special status and privileges, they prepared to open fire. At this point, mbers of the Constitutional Soldier Team charged up and mingled with the ninjas, making it risky to open fire without causing collateral damage. The police had to forgo shooting and move in to engage.
These ninjas were indeed fierce, slashing ferociously in all directions, pushing back those who encircled them. The soldier team, concerned about the surrounding crowd, dared not fire. But there were many people, blocking the ninjas' attempted escape firmly. Seeing this, Ghost Hand's eyes lit up, and he called out loudly in Japanese: "Those bastards are impostors, desecrating our ancestors! Destroying our Ghost Group! They deserve a horrible death! Everyone, rush in and help!"
The crowd, unaware of the truth, looked at Ghost Hand in surprise, stirred into anger by his words. The Ghost Group was an unusual place, a spiritual sanctuary and resting place for ancestral spirits. The crowd's anger was ignited. At that mont, Ghost Hand's n responded together, pressing forward.
"Listen to ! Can you stand by while the resting place of your ancestors is attacked? They aren't real ninjas; they're impostors! Everyone, rush in and help!" Ghost Hand continued shouting while deliberately moving forward. His n followed closely.
People tend to follow the crowd, gaining courage when others do. As so rushed forward, others gained confidence and joined in, making the scene even more chaotic. People scread about impostors and called to kill them. The police and soldier team heard these words, their suspicions aroused, and thought: Yes, ninjas represent the Samurai Path of defending the country. How could they attack the Ghost Group? They must be enemies.
With this realization, they acted without restraint. On the outskirts, more people chambered bullets and aid at the fierce fighting ninjas.
