For the farrs shooting from the windows, the sides were blind spots; they would have to lean out to shoot, but by doing so, they would expose their bodies at the window and certainly die. The situation had beco even more critical. Luo Zheng quickly rolled to the doorway, pulled the pins from two grenades he held, listened briefly to the situation outside, estimated the enemy's approximate location, and quickly threw out the grenades.

"Boom, boom!" Two huge explosions rang out, mixed with screams of pain.

Luo Zheng felt a surge of spirit, and he threw two more grenades to the other side. Another round of explosions followed, and the farr heard more screams. Excited, he shouted, "Brother, great idea! Blast these sons of bitches to death, quick, throw a magazine, I'm out of ammo."

"Catch." Luo Zheng tossed the collected magazines to the farr, listened carefully to the outside noise, sensing where the enemy was firing from. He pulled the pin on another grenade and threw it in that direction. He couldn't be sure it would hit its target; with the enemy's heavy fire, Luo Zheng couldn't risk peeking out to observe and had no choice but to continue in this manner.

After several grenades, Luo Zheng felt that the gunfire from outside wasn't as intense as before and he paused, then imdiately felt a wild joy and called out loudly, "Brother, cease fire, stay alert!"

Understanding, the farr nodded in agreent, bent down to move beneath the window to the other side. Standing up, he peered through the window and fired outside, spotting two enemies hiding around the corner of the front wall, about ten ters away. The difficulty of killing them with gunfire was significant, so he said right away, "Brother, give a couple of grenades to have fun with."

"Catch." Luo Zheng, without any hesitation, threw over two grenades. His icy face bore eyes like the bright moon in the lofty sky, bursting with fierce combat intent. With the grenade suppressing the enemy fire, the battle reached a deadlock. Now it was a matter of who could avoid mistakes and whose tactics would prove more effective. Having fought for so long without the enemy using rocket launchers or similar heavy weapons, Luo Zheng was confident in holding out, leaving the duration to fate.

The farr caught the grenades, his eyes cold and murderous. He calmly pulled the pin from one, quickly stretched his arm out, threw the grenade toward the enemy at the corner, then retracted his arm lightning-fast.

"Swoosh!" A bullet hit the window fra, causing the farr's face to contort. He looked at the spot where the bullet hit and shouted loudly, "Brother, we have a Sniper."

"Boom!" Almost simultaneously, the grenade he had just thrown exploded.

"What?" Luo Zheng's ears were filled with the sound of the explosion, and he didn't hear clearly, prompting him to ask loudly.

"We have a Sniper." The farr yelled back, his voice overwhelming the surrounding whizzing bullets and reaching Luo Zheng's ears. Luo Zheng was taken aback, his brows deeply furrowed. A sniper was different from East Yi Yun mbers; the latter could only be considered slightly trained militants. Although fierce in combat due to their beliefs, their fighting power was limited. Snipers, however, were well-trained, extrely responsive, and keenly aware of the battlefield - they should not be underestimated.

"Be careful," Luo Zheng shouted, continuing to listen and pinpoint the locations of the gunfire outside. The intensity had died down, sporadic at best. Although the shooting hadn't stopped, most of the enemy had been reduced, aning there were only about a dozen or so enemies left outside.

"Not good, those bastards are setting up a heavy machine gun at the entrance," the farr suddenly yelled. Unlike Luo Zheng, the farr standing by the window had a bit of a view and saw several people setting up a heavy machine gun at the entrance under the moonlight, stacking sandbags as a barricade. Alard, he hurriedly warned the others.

"A heavy machine gun?" Luo Zheng's face turned pale. The firepower of a heavy machine gun was much stronger than that of an AK47. The mud walls, solidly packed, would not hold; a sweep could bring the walls crashing down. His scalp tingled, and he gritted his teeth, quickly peeked out for a glance, then retracted just as swiftly, all in less than half a second.

For a sniper, that ti was enough to beco alert and aim, but that was all. By the ti they could get their finger on the trigger, the target had already vanished, making an effective kill impossible. However, for observation, it was sufficient. Luo Zheng had already seen the position of the machine gun. Without any hesitation, he pulled out a grenade, calculated the distance and the landing point in his mind, pulled the pin, and forcefully threw it.

In the darkness, the grenade traced an arc through the void, carrying Luo Zheng's anger and hopes. It landed one ter in front of the heavy machine gun and rolled forward. The acrid sll of gunpowder hissed out. The East Yi Yun mbers hiding behind the sandbags saw the dark object and froze for a mont. By the ti they realized what it was, their faces turned ashen. Instinctively, they scrambled back, but it was already too late.

"Boom!" The grenade exploded with Luo Zheng's fury, with the powerful blast tearing apart the sandbag fortifications, sending dirt and sand flying. The shrapnel scattered in all directions, catching up with the retreating targets, ripping through their flesh and skin, burrowing into their bodies, churning and tumbling inside...

"Aah!" Screams echoed as limbs and flesh were thrown about. Several East Yi Yun mbers fell to the ground, instantaneously killed. One lucky survivor lay on the ground, moaning in pain, his arm already severed from his body and lying quietly a ter away, blood gushing out.

"Whoosh!" Another grenade rained down from the sky, like an angry War God, landing accurately two ters behind the fortification. It exploded with a "bang," the red glare as if Luo Zheng's rage, scattering shrapnel everywhere and the smoke quickly dissipating. The surviving mber closed his eyes in relief.

"Good, that was a great blast," the farr shouted excitedly after witnessing the scene through the window. His grip on the gun tightened, and he swiftly scanned for enemy movent. The East Yi Yun mbers were no longer a concern; the balance of the fight was tilting in their favor. But the danger was not over. The snipers lurking in the darkness lood over them like a sharp sword, and without eliminating them, they couldn't let their guard down.

The gunfire outside diminished even more. In the black of night, an occasional burst of gunfire sent reluctant bullets flying, but they quickly ceased, shifting elsewhere. The East Yi Yun mbers were terrified by Luo Zheng, the human Grenade Launcher, and his precise throws. They dared not linger in one place, and this tactic of firing a shot and then moving irritated Luo Zheng greatly.

"Brother, the enemy has a sniper. I'll handle the grenades, you're the Sniper and more familiar with their tactics. We can't call it quits until we find and take him out," proposed the farr with a face full of bloodlust.

Luo Zheng agreed, realizing it made sense. The enemy fire outside was now limited, and with the farr's combat experience and capabilities, he could locate the enemy fire points and bombard them even without looking. Luo Zheng consented and was about to make a move when suddenly a series of crisp gunshots erupted from outside the courtyard.

"What's happening?" the farr shouted, seeing Luo Zheng with a surprised expression as well. He quickly turned his head to look out the window with a solemn face as hard as iron and a cold gaze as sharp as ice. Under the moonlight, aside from the sporadic gunfire, nothing else could be seen.
