The unexpected tragic deaths filled Luo Zheng with guilt and regret, suddenly realizing an RPG was incoming, he was horrified and shouted, "Take cover!"

Unfortunately, it was too late, the ruthless rocket hit a fortification again. The massive explosion's shockwave flipped the sandbags, and those hiding behind the fortification didn't even have the chance to scream before being buried. Luo Zheng's eyes nearly popped out of their sockets, and he roared, "Snow Leopard, quickly, dig them out for ."

"Yes." Snow Leopard roared back, pouncing intently.

"Co on, you bastards." Luo Zheng roared angrily, lying atop the fortification and firing with rage, his face cold as frost, ejecting casings continuously from the chamber of his assault rifle. Each bullet seed like it was guided, precisely hitting the enemy's vital spots, devouring their lives.

"Kill—!" Everyone roared in anger, leaping onto the fortifications to open fire. Doing so exposed themselves to bullets, but their hearts were full of hatred. To avenge their tragically fallen brothers, they abandoned all caution, even Hong ihua joined in, her face icy, bravely shooting at the enemies charging up the hill.

The accurate gunfire of a dozen n, their fearless fighting style, forcibly stopped the assault of dozens. Both sides were consud with bloodlust. The tragic deaths of brothers hardened Luo Zheng's resolve, fueling his rage as he continually shot down the rushing enemies, his form radiating an arctic, deadly aura.

The gunfire was a continuous roar. At such close quarters, it was a test of courage and will for both sides. Any slight hesitation would lead to complete defeat. But the enemies were just too nurous and couldn't be stopped, the situation becoming increasingly dire. Luo Zheng finished his magazine, crouched down with his back against the fortification, and swiftly grabbed another. In his brief mont of respite, he glanced at Snow Leopard, who was dragging a comrade from the debris, life or death uncertain.

"There are too many enemies, firepower is too fierce, we can't hold on, retreat." Lan Xue shouted, reminding Luo Zheng.

Luo Zheng peeked out, the closest enemies were less than a hundred ters away, and a dense mass of them stretched behind. His fierce brows twitched, and he roared, "Brothers, hold on." As he spoke, he produced a remote control.

"Kill!" Everyone roared again, their eyes bloodshot, blazing with anger.

"Da Pingzi, farewell." Luo Zheng roared towards the heavens, his eyes dancing with a red fury, "Send Da Pingzi off." He said, pressing hard on the remote control button.

"Boom boom boom!" Countless Button Bombs exploded rapidly, as if Demons burst from the ground, erupting in countless red lights, devouring all life nearby. The successive explosions created shockwaves that augnted each other, forming a horrifying energy storm, annihilating, and consuming all living things near the 200-ter line.

In that mont, it seed as though the earth itself trembled, the night appeared to collapse. Innurable fragnts soared, blood splattered, dyeing the entire space red, even tainting the night sky. Luo Zheng looked on coldly, shouting, "Charge and kill!"

"Kill!" Everyone roared, leaping over the fortifications, initiating a counterattack on the dazed enemies, within fifty ters of the 200-ter line, the enemies were blown to the ground. But those further away were rely frightened, lying prone, at a loss.

"Avenge our brothers," Luo Zheng roared, his gun crackled repeatedly, each single shot ant another enemy life extinguished, his gaze in the darkness radiated a chilling murderous aura, incredibly terrifying.

"Revenge!" Everyone roared, charging and battling fiercely, the guns bracing against their shoulders, constantly aiming and shooting at any visible enemies.

The enemies at the forefront were the explosion's survivors but were still dood. Under the furious assault of Luo Zheng and others, they were all shot dead with no survivors; the explosion carved out a vacuum line over three hundred ters long. The enemies were shell-shocked, and by the ti they reacted, those left behind were already gunned down.

The enemies were also enraged by the explosions. Officers began organizing a counterattack. After shooting dead an injured enemy, Luo Zheng looked at the foes three to four hundred ters away. He swiftly ordered, "Brothers, pick up weapons and ammo and retreat quickly; we're running low."

"Yes." Everyone shouted in understanding, hurriedly grabbing spare guns. The unit's weapons were all standardized, with interchangeable bullets—a single gun sufficing. They swiftly gathered bullets from the corpses. Luo Zheng picked up a gun, scavenging three magazines from a body; a glance back revealed the enemy attacking again.

"Retreat!" Luo Zheng shouted in frustration, full of reluctant fury.

"Yes." Everyone roared, following orders promptly, turning around and running.

They sprinted to the fortifications, dropping to the ground. Luo Zheng didn't ask them to continue holding their position. Earlier, the Button Bomb line had served as a trap to lure more enemies in, hence the desperate defense. Now, without that line, staying ant certain death. His face cold, he ordered, "Take our brothers and withdraw."

Everyone was taken aback, feeling reluctant. To hold off the enemy's assault, they had sacrificed one brother, and another's fate was uncertain. Could they just leave like that? How would they face their fallen brothers? At this mont, Snow Leopard, carrying a brother of unknown fate, shouted, "Take Da Pingzi and withdraw." His voice was hoarse, filled with raging anger and murderous intent, chilling to hear.

Everyone sprung into action, picking up the shattered remains of Da Pingzi, eyes bloodshot, tears rolling down their faces filled with anguish, yet no one sobbed. They buried their hatred deep in their hearts, each taking a part, retreating swiftly under Luo Zheng's strict orders.

Luo Zheng didn't imdiately withdraw but stayed behind with Lan Xue to cover the rear, continually shooting the mustered enemies with Incendiary Bombs, delaying their pursuit to buy ti for the retreat. Da Pingzi's death, along with the uncertainty of a brother's fate, filled Luo Zheng with uncontainable anger and guilt. Only by killing enemies did he find a sliver of solace.

"Retreat. The brothers have all fallen back. They need your command. As long as the green hills are there, there will always be wood to burn," Hong ihua shouted as she approached Luo Zheng, having glanced at Lan Xue, who remained silent.

"Retreat." Lan Xue ceased firing, looking at Luo Zheng, she shouted.

"Retreat." Luo Zheng's voice bood with endless reluctance and fury, echoing through the night like rolling thunder, carrying with it a chilling and frosty murderous intent.
